Bergpension Battagliahütte

La ubicación del alojamiento, en las montañas con una vista espectacular. Pero también el trato de los dueños. A pesar de ser su dia libre, nos dejaron todo listo para poder ir, nos atendieron de maravilla. La comida muy rica y de buena calidad en un ambiente tradicional, sobrio y muy familiar. El servicio de primera, adecuaron sus tiempos a los nuestros (pedimos desayunar media hora antes, y no fue problema). La habitación amplia y cómoda. Nos quedamos con ganas de quedar mas tiempo.

El baño asignado a nuestra habitación era de uso exclusivo, pero no conectado (había que salir y bajar unos escalones). No es un punto negativo, simplemente algo desconocido o diferente a lo que esperábamos.

Boven in de bergen. Persoonlijk vriendelijk ontvangst. Gratis welkomstdrankje. Speciaal eten gemaakt passend bij onze situatie. Fietsen konden binnen staan. Je loopt zo de deur uit voor de mooiste wandelingen en uitzichten. Heerlijke dekbedden en kussens. Douche is lekker warm. Knus, vriendelijk ingericht. Wij hadden een kamer met een toilet en een douche. Het is een houten pension dus erg sfeervol. Schitterend uitzicht. Persoonlijke communicatie, duidelijke communicatie.

Het ligt wel afgelegen, hoog in de bergen. Kleine ruimte met toilet en douche. Door al het hout is het wel gehorig en kraakt het lopen.

Piękne miejsce, ciche i bardzo klimatyczne. Gospodarze serdeczni, czuliśmy się jak u dobrych znajomych. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, a śniadanie przygotowane na drogę bardzo umiliło nam wyjazd ;)

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die einem jeden machbaren Wunsch erfüllten. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl und willkommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und rustikal. Die Küche ist sehr empfehlenswert mit Produkten aus der Region und immer frisch zubereitet. Selbst unser Hund war ein gern gesehener Gast, der sich mit den beiden Hofhündinnen sehr gut verstanden hat.

It was a great stay, unfortunately only for one night but we would love to come back and stay for longer. The views are stunning, the owners are very friendly and the food is delicious.

Das Frühstück war toll. Die Lage ist einzigartig und die Bemühungen der Gasgeberfamilie, dass es uns an nichts fehlt und jeder Wunsch erfüllt wurde war außergewöhnlich. Es ist eine echte und authentische Berghütte mit allem, was man sich vorstellt.... und mehr!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Battagliahütte ist wunderschön gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Unsere Bad war vom Hausflur aus zugänglich, wurde aber ausschließlich von uns genutzt. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit auf der Battagliahütte verbracht, vielen Dank dafür an das Betreiberpaar!

Das tolle Personal ist einfach nicht zu toppen, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Nette ehrliche Menschen, die man sofort mag.

**A spectacular mountain stay with incredible views and wonderful hospitality** This is a review I was really looking forward to writing! We needed somewhere to stay for one night in Switzerland and came across Bergpension Battagliahütte. At first, I was a little sceptical because of its location at the top of the mountain, but what a fantastic surprise it turned out to be. The place is absolutely spectacular. The views are breathtaking, the rustic atmosphere gives it so much character, and the food was very good. Most of all, though, the staff were outstanding — extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Dinner was excellent, and we definitely recommend the schnitzel. Breakfast was also very good. We arrived around 15 minutes earlier than expected, but this was no problem at all for the staff. We also highly recommend taking some time to walk around the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful mountain views and trails. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that the bathroom was separate from the room, but it really wasn’t an issue for us.

Výborný přístup personálu, cítili jsme se velmi příjemně v domáckém prostředí.

Tomas und seine Familie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen, waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Kinder waren die Hunde Mira und Lilly ein Höhepunkt. Wir hätten sie gerne mit nach Hause genommen. Das Essen hat uns nach der langen Reise wieder aufgemuntert und war super lecker. Ein herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Danke! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei.

Eine unglaublich herzliche Familie, die über die Dauer des Aufenthalts immer unser Wohl im Auge hatte- sei es die Verköstigung außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten, die Erfüllung gesonderter Wünsche, das Gespräch am Abend oder das Geben toller Tipps für den nächsten Urlaubstag, hier fühlt man sich wohl. Natürlich ist auch die Lage sowie das urig Gemütliche der Hütte super.

Nicht, nicht gefallen, aber zum eigenen Bad musste man über den öffentlichen Flur gehen und es ist recht hellhörig- aber das sind zwei Aspekte, die unsere Stimmung nicht trübten.

Die Lage ist wunderschön und das Wirtepaar ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei der herzlichkeit hat man sich sofort wohl gehfühlt und auch die Kinder waren immer willkommen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Everything! The location is stunning! The room was so lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views. Tomas, our lovely host was so kind, friendly and accomodating, we arrived very late due to train issues, but Tomas gave us a lovely welcome. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. We are travelling with 2 teenage boys who were both smitten with everything about Switzerland. Gondola is literally a few minutes walk and added to our whole experience. Can't rate our stay highly enough.

Ocenili jsme zejména velmi milý a přátelský přístup hostitelů. Líbila se nám i klidná lokalita v horách. Jídlo bylo vydatné a chutné, a to jak snídaně, tak i obložený talíř (sýry, uzeniny, nakládaná zelenina), který jsme dostali večer po příjezdu.

The property was fantastic, very unique being an older property and had a lot of charm and character. The owners were fantastic, they were very accommodating and helpful and it was a delight to stay there. The breakfast was fantastic, they accommodated all of our needs and the food was delicious. A huge thank you to the owners of such a lovely house.

Extremely charming, cozy and quaint small hotel. Very clean. Very comfortable beds and a spacious family room- even with a table/ area to sit together inside the family room. Incredibly dramatic views of the mountains and valley from the room, restaurant and balcony. Laid-back and relaxed vibe, and generous hospitality. Tomas and his family are super friendly and attentive hosts. Great home cooked food. Walking trails adjacent to hotel. Great cable car ride. Bar a short hike up the mountain is part of a working cheesery/ dairy farm- given an impromptu tour which was fantastic!

Die Lage der Hütte in den Bergen ist sehr schön, und ideal, wenn man Zeit hat für den Umweg, und kleine Wanderungen plant. Die Familie Pastoralis ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer war zu schwach für einen Empfang. Die Matratzen könnten komfortabler sein. Der Preis für ein einfaches Zimmer in einer Berghütte ist zu hoch.

Een hut in de bergen is altijd leuk. Leuk om een keer te proberen met kinderen. Lieve eigenaren. Het is niet heel Zwitsers.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da. Die Battaglia Hütte ist so, wie wir uns ein Restaurant und eine Unterkunft in den Bergen vorstellen. Es ist einfach, gemütlich und hat Flair. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das kleine Hotel hat eine tolle Lage am Hang mit phantastischer Aussicht. Der Charme des alten Hauses und die unglaubliche Ruhe haben uns sofort beeindruckt. Wir sind von herzlichen Gastgebern empfangen worden, denen die Leidenschaft für ihr kleines Hotel und seine Gäste sofort anzumerken ist. Eine sehr gute Küche mit frischen Zutaten und frisch zubereitet, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen , runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Die Lage, die Betreiber, das Essen - alles war prima. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und werden sicher mal wieder vorbeikommen.

Urige Berghütte mit sehr, sehr netten Gastgebern. Jederzeit ein offenes Ohr für Sonderwünsche der Gäste. Leckere Speisen aus Ungarn ,zusätzlich zum Angebot.

The owner is a tyrant. We were on our way when snow came in and the road to the Pension was iced over. The Pension is apparently at the top of the mountain. (I did not know this when booking) It was a one lane road and we did not feel comfortable or safe traveling the rest of the way up the mountain. After coming down I immediately messaged booking.com to let them know. The owner had requested we pay cash when arriving. We didn’t arrive but booking.com had my credit card information. The owner called and texted to harass me about payment. I informed him to go through booking.com who had my payment information. I was totally willing to pay. He starts texting me threatening messages that he would start an “international incident”, telling me he would “do law consequences” against me. This was the very next morning. I was on a train & did not have reliable service until later that evening, when I did pay the fee because apparently he doesn’t use booking.com to collect his fees. I thought if you were listed that booking.com handled it. It has been this way with every previous booking. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly.

Wunderschöne Lage, leckeres Essen, tolle und nette Besitzer, sehr familiäre, kinderfreundliche und hundefreundliche Pension, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es war für uns wie im Märchen.

It's a beautiful place to visit; it's very peaceful, and in winter, the snowy landscape makes it even more enchanting. Thomas and his family were incredibly welcoming: they go out of their way to treat guests well, are very kind, helpful, and above all, very attentive. You can feel the warmth of home and their enthusiasm for making their family project a success. I highly recommend staying here. Besides the comfortable house, they offer excellent food.

While this isn't directly related to accommodation, it's important to note that transportation options are limited. For those visiting, there are two alternatives: the cable car or a taxi. Getting there is easier; however, returning to Chur can be a bit more complicated, as the cable car only starts operating at 8:00 a.m. If you need to get down before then, options are scarce, as was our case. Fortunately, Thomas was very kind and helped us arrange transportation the night before, allowing us to arrive in Chur first thing in the morning.

Der Gastgeber Thomas war sehr gastfreundlich, wir haben uns in der familiären Atmosphäre wohl gefühlt! Das Zimmer war gross und heimelig, das Frühstück lecker.

Das Haus ist sehr alt, dementsprechend liessen sich die Türen zum Gang/Badzimmer nur sehr sperrig und geräuschvoll öffnen und schliessen. Dies störte in der Nacht etwas... Kleine Duschtücher.

Einfache und sehr saubere Bergunterkunft.

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Trotz unseres Eintreffen nach Küchenschluss mussten wir nicht hungrig ins Bett gehen. In familiärer Atmosphäre wurden wir bewirtet, wir kamen nach der langen Fahrt zur Ruhe und in entspannter Stimmung folgte noch kurz und unkompliziert der Check-in. Urige bewirtschaftete Berghütte mit nostalgischem Charme. Die Gastgeberfamilie lässt den Aufenthalt mit ihrem Engagement und der Natürlichkeit zu einem Erlebnis werden.

Leider nur zwei Übernachtungen gebucht zu haben!

Sehr nette und kommunikativer Gastgeber innen, äußerst gemütliche Zimmer, wo wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen ist ausgezeichnet: hier habe ich das beste Cordon bleu meines Lebens gegessen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gerade für die Schweiz herausragend gut.

Es war einer der schönsten Familienausflüge ! Der Empfang war so herzlich und wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause! Sehr heimelig und sauber ! Die Gastgeber waren außerordentlich freundlich und wir konnten uns immer an Sie wenden! Die Lage war wirklich wunderschön und gemacht für Familien! In der kleinen Gaststube mit Fondue und heissem Stein zu fahren, ist mutig. Allgemein macht die Liegenschaft einen stark renovationsbedürftigen Eindruck. Da müsst investiert werden.

Das frisch gemachte Omelette war sehr lecker. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen.

What a delightful treasure to come across. Bergpension is a cosy lodge tucked on the edge of the Brambrüesch moutain with commanding views of Chur and the valley.  Mine host Thomas is welcoming, a great cook (just try his Làngos von Emese!) and helpful with tourist and travel guidance. We arrived from Chur by taxi, but departed by the cable car, with the top station just a brief stroll from the cottage - and Chur Barnhof a short walk from the bottom station. Same travel time as the taxi, but half the price and a hundred times the viewing experience. Next time, we'll arrive by cable car!
