Run by a lovely couple! Clean, well decorated and with a kitchen it offers a little oasis which is a very short tuktuk ride away from the beaches of Hikkaduwa. Definitely recommend

Fancy and clean stay, nice garden. Very friendly people who welcomed me with open arms.

There was some noise from the adjacent train road and nearby construction.

This is a self contained chalet adjacent but separate from the main house. There is a large double bed with excellent mattress and mosquito net. There is a kitchen area to the rear with a small fridge and a breakfast bar. The chalet has a small verander and seating outside. You have your own key and there is parking, really lovely modern building. It is owned and run by a young couple who are the perfect hosts, welcoming and helping in whatever way possible, very friendly, very kind. It's away from the big hotels and the main road so is quiet, apart from the occasional train. All in all a very pleasant stay, felt at home, was difficult to leave, can recommend.

The place was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located near the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and made the stay even better. Definitely worth the price for such a wonderful experience!

if you're ever there, do me a favor and take a look at the dog in the backyard. when we were there, it was kept on a 50 cm long chain - the owners told us they will put it on a longer one but who knows whether they will actually do it.

The Appartement is very comfortable Clean & Fresh. Very attractive. Beautiful eco friendly garden view with terrace, No disturbance. Calm & quiet surrounding. Newly designed interior. Absolutely new villa. Owner is very helpful so supportive and his kind parents too. Basically comfortable & Seductive King Bed with Bed mirrors, Bed table and lightning in bed room area. Mini Kitchen with Electric kettle, Gas cocker & other basic stuffs. Bathroom is very clean, New Bathroomware & well managed. Lovely mini wooden coffee table. You can additionally arranged Bike for rent facility those who need for traveling surrounded area also. Specially recommend those who loves calmness and quiet freedom. Highly Recommend. 100% One of the Best place in Hikkaduwa. Thank you so much Beacon villa, Surely will come back again. 😍✌️

Sealing fan made little bit of noice, Suggest adding Flat T.V , Mini Refrigerator facility will be more attractive.

During my two days stay I loved everything about this villa. Not so far from the main road, but the same time so quite and peace environment. This is absolutely new villa, the owner did great job, preparing it with style and taste. Villa is filled with all basic stuff, even a small kitchen is there. Railway next to the property is adding some charm. Definitely, will come back again.
