Um maior controlo na piscina - depois da hora de encerramento, continua a haver pessoas na piscina e jacuzzi. Há quem vá de madrugada colocar as toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras quando ainda nem foi feita a limpeza do chão.

O Hotel, em que já tínhamos estado e voltaremos provavelmente a estar, peca por algum declínio. Precisa claramente de obras de atualização. As torneiras da nossa banheira não funcionavam muito bem, tivemos um problema elétrico que exigiu intervenção de eletricista, os tetos já precisavam de um novo reboco e pintura, a própria decoração acusa já o passar dos anos. Apesar do trabalho de manutenção incansável, nota-se que oi hotel precisa de umas obras de atualização. Talvez este inverno?...

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We enjoyed the freedom. The staff were attentive, helpful and quick to respond to requests. The room was kept clean on a daily basis, with frequent changes of bedding and towels. The breakfast was just amazing and could be eaten outside at the beach, or inside the air-conditioned restaurant.
As everyone says, the building is a bit dated and needs some attention. We were told that this work is planned for the winter of 2026. Also, we had two beds pushed together, which is never as good as a proper double bed.

La piscina bien como siempre Me dieron una habitación con una terraza diminuta y se escuchaba el ruido de un montacargas del personal, lo comenté en recepción y me cambiaron a otra habitación donde estuve muy bien :)

El hotel está cada vez más viejo y le falta bastante mantenimiento. El precio por noche ha subido de manera descomunal. El servicio de hostelería muy lento, mucho mejor ellas. Ellos dejan mucho que desear.

Mejorable la comida del buffet y que se ve que el hotel ya tiene años y necesita un lavado de cara. La bañera de la habitación es retro total 😜

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Vera Playa is an amazing place with numerous strong reasons to visit. These include: • The beach is fabulous and is where you can enjoy doing nothing all day long; • The non-textile aspect is a true way of life which we enjoy. Vera Playa is where naturalists can lodge safely, not be judged, no sneering or stray comments, everything with total respect and courtesy amongst the hotel guests and the beach folk; and • Warm Mediterranean Seas and fantastic climate during the summer season with extended daylight only enhances the visit.
The hotel has a beautiful pool and poolside environment where friends and strangers can mingle in a non-textile environment in happiness and peace; but that is about as far as complements go. Issues include: • Grumpy reception, dining room and beach security staff, who enjoy abrasive and curt dialogue focused on how much more money they can extract from their visitors despite most paying for an ‘’all-inclusive’’ package; • ‘’Double bed’’ accommodation, which is really two single beds pushed together making the middle join impossible to achieve a peaceful sleep; • Unexpected additional costs not covered in the all-inclusive package. Although minor costs, the ambience the staff present as they request their additional funding is nothing but hostile, so much so we witnessed beach security ejecting hotel guests for unpaid usage of beach deck chairs at 5pm

El servicio dé hamacas en playa, es caro y no está controlado. Por la mañana se acerca un par de veces el socirrista a. Obrar y durante el resto del día las personas que van cogiendo hamacas no se controlan ni se les cobra. Además todas las hamacas están descolocadas y el cliente tiene que estar arrastrándolas por la arena para colocarlas debajo de las sombrillas

I would like to highlight the entertainer crew who did an excellent job and made a real "fiesta" when there were programs otherwise there was a very pleasant relaxed vibe all day long. We had halfboard and and were very satisfied with it. The food and drinks at the pool bar were delicious at a reasonable price. I could imagine a little more music with the pool (a little not loud chilling background music sometimes?) The rooms aren't in the best shape but we had a wonderful view of the sea. A pool area with the palm trees is wonderful! The corridors, toilets, bar and everything else what we saw were tidy and clean. An experience to last for a lifetime. I absolute recommend it! This was our second holiday here and will definitely come again.
I didn't see why couldn't we use our lilos some days and use again on other days. We had many mosquitoes in the room and bathroom which made trouble at night - they seemingly didn't come in from outside. Mosquitoes in the ventilation system? I don't know.. I could imagine a little more music with the pool (a little not loud, chilling background music sometimes?) Despite these it was an absolute positiv experience! One of the best holidays.

Anläggningen var välstädad varje dag med ordning och reda på solstolar. Poolområdet är mycket trevligt med skuggande palmer som gav intryck av en oas. Trevliga pool aktiviter under dagen för gästerna. Omedelbar närhet till stranden. Havsutsikt.
Dags för renovering av rummen. De håller inte dagens förväntningar på ett modernt hotell-två stjärnor. Extra debitering av säkerhetsbox känns helt fel. Maten håller låg standard vid café o bar området.

The room: No rubber door seal on room door, so it was very noisy. Night curtains in the room were very dirty, probably never cleaned. Bathroom equipment is oxidized and mold is visible on the ceiling. Door latch was broken. The Bar: The food and service at the bar near the pool was bad - i.e. ordered ham and cheese sandwich, the cheese was just warmed up, but not melted at all and cold. Ordered Black coffee, got espresso instead and without a glass of water. Asked for an ashtray twice, didn't get it. Sunbeds: Some sunbeds were old and broken, and not enough of them. The toilets: men's toilet near the pool didn't have soap for two days in a row and it only was filled up when the toilet cleaning staff was explicitly asked to fill it. To sum up - the rooms need a serious renovation and the hotel itself needs to raise it's maintenance standards.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026This is a no frills hotel with a relaxed vibe. The rooms are basic and comfy. Good beds and plenty of hot water. The pool area is good and the animation team provide activities throughout the day, however they do not pester you to join in if you choose not to. The staff are polite. They have happy hour which is a bonus. The beach is very nearby and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a super bar just outside the hotel that does lovely free tapas at lunch time with drinks. This is very popular. During our stay, the majority of residents were mature couples which for us was good.
Although clean , the decor is dated and tired. We took breakfast on a couple of mornings but found it quite expensive. You can get a good breakfast nearby for a third of the price. There’s nightly entertainment but it starts at 10 pm. And of course , there’s never enough sunbeds for the amount of guests, sunbed wars at 6am.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Het hotel met de grote naturistische tuin was echt heel fijn om in te recreëren, ook de mogelijkheid om buiten het hotel in de straatjes bloot te lopen (en dit is gewoon legaal) is echt heel erg mooi. Ook wordt er elke avond wel iets gedaan, bingo, een bandje die optreed enzovoort, heel erg goed!!! Ook het naaktstrand die grenst aan het hotel is zeker een aanrader. De kamers zijn verzorgd en schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken die je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf, zoals een koelkastje, badkamer attributen (shampoo, zeep enz) ook is er een mooie badkuip in het huisje, kortom een mooi verblijf. Het personeel die er werkt hebben wij ervaren als erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Hotel Vera Playas, Ga zo door !!!!! Heel goed.
Het probleem was dat door een gecancelde vlucht wij een dag later arriveerde. De mensen bij de receptie hadden onze boeking eruit gehaald, waardoor we het gehele bedrag weer moesten betalen, jammer!! Het is een hele toestand om dan weer bij Boeking.com het betaalde bedrag weer terug te krijgen. Dit is wel weer goed gekomen verder. Maar dit had volgens mij iets beter gekund.

Great pool, amazing staff. The food in the restaurant is a bit repetitive and has no great varieties but still fresh and solid. I enjoyed staying a lot. Thank you, hotel.

O hotel apresenta urgente necessidade de obras exteriores pois tem péssimo aspecto ter as paredes estragadas a precisar de reparação e pinturas. Mas o que choca mais é as cadeiras que estão na praia e pelas quais se paga uma taxa, estão algumas estragadas e todas elas sujas com dejectos de aves, que temos de limpar quando chegamos e pagamos o seu uso. Foi chamada a atenção mas nada foi feito.
