The host was very friendly and the apartment is truly welcoming. It's quiet, has a really well equipped kitchen and its own washing machine in the bathroom. There is really a lot of attention to detail (like really good toilet paper) and the apartment is quiet. The location is great and the value was great.

Parking your car is a bit more complicated. Also you may not be able to fit your car through the narrow entry gate to unload right at the accommodation (you may have to walk back and forth 50 meters to unload).

.) Frühstück war keines vereinbart. .) Die Lage war sehr gut mitten in der Stadt. .) Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber geputzt bei der Übernahme. Ich habe die Ferienwohnung nur in der Nacht benützt, da ich untertags meiner angenommenen Verpflichtung nachgegangen bin.

Ich habe in meiner Wohnung (umgeben von anderen - bewohnten - Wohnungen) eine Mindestraumtemperatur von etwa 23°C - 24°C, ohne die Heizung nennenswert aufgedreht zu haben. Daher habe ich die Ferienwohnung Andrea, die anfangs ca. 20°C hatte, als sehr kalt empfunden. Ich weiß aber, dass viele Leute diese Temperatur als angenehm bzw. energiesparend erachten. Das ist eben ein riesiger Unterschied auf Grund der Lebenssituation.

Alles war sehr unkompliziert und ich genoss völlige Ruhe.

Sehr großzügiges, blitzsauberes Apartment in bester Zentrumslage und trotzdem ganz ruhig! Sehr gute Ausstattung und man fühlt sich sofort wohl!

Byli jsme zde ubytovaní již několikrát a vždy naprosto spokojeni. Vynikající komunikace s majiteli, klid, vybavení a hlavně, když je zima, tak teplo, které si určíte na ovladači k topení sami. V kuchyni nic neschází, je tam kávovar Tchibo na kapsle, hostitel Vám jich několik nabídne zdarma, jakož i žetony na parkování. Do skiareálu Stuhleck je to autem cca 12 minut.

Všechno se nám líbilo.

Gospođa Andrea je smještena u istom dvorištu i na raspolaganju je za štogod da treba. Jako je ljubazna. Lokacija je top, u blizini su razni muzeji, trgovine, na 15 min od smještaja je skijalište... Sve pohvale za gospođu Andreu i njezinu smještajnu jedinicu!

Very welcoming hosts. Very clean apartment with all utilities and amenities a family needs (including washing machine and ski room, among all the others). We were a family of 2 adults and 1 child during January for ski vacation. From Murzzuschlag we went to either Semmering or Stuhleck slopes which are very close by car. The parking is public payed on the street (8 to 18 in weekdays, 8 to 12 on Saturday and free on Sundays) but the host gave us coins to pay for it (so it was free for us in the end)

Parking is on the street and it’s payed parking (hosts provide us with coins to pay for) and you can only pay for max 2 hours (but i think it also works by app)

Kompletně vybavená, nová kuchyň, se vším, co potřebujete.Utěrky,jar,houba na nádobí,tablety do myčky a v troubě byl i pečící papír.Postele i rozkládací gauč byly pohodlné.Všude bylo čisto a teplo.V koupelně byl fén, sprchový gel,šampón,mýdlo i toaletní papír.V kuchyni byl kávovar,včetně kapslí na výběr a mnoho druhů čajů.Úložného prostoru je dostatek.K dispozici byly také osušky a ručníky.Navíc majitelé jsou velmi milí a vstřícní a nic pro ně není problém.Ubytování je cca 10 minut od skiareálu Stuhleck.

Nic nám tam nechybělo.

I really enjoyed my stay, everything was fantastic. The apartment was very clean, and since I was traveling with dogs, the ground-floor location was extremely convenient, allowing direct access to the street. Shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer were provided, and the kitchen was well equipped even baking paper was available. Everything you might need was thoughtfully prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable; I honestly would have happily stayed in bed all day if I had stayed longer. ;) Overall, everything was excellent, and I can highly recommend this place to everyone.

We booked the apartment with very short notice and Andrea and Stefan gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is furnished with style, spotlessly clean, located in the town center but really quiet and you find everything you could need for your stay - be it short or long. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, etc. all there as well as a wide range of bath products in the bathroom. The dishwasher and the washing machine (with dryer) are a great plus. Parking is available on the street and we even got the necessary coins to cover us until checkout. We loved everything, thank you!

Sehr liebevoll gestaltete kleine Ferienwohnung, die wirklich alles bietet, was man sich wünschen kann. Durch die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage ist sie perfekt geeignet für alle Leute, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Mürzzuschlag. Nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und man schaut auf den Innenhof.

Excellent apartment, for a very comfortable stay. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to restaurants and bars. Good communication with hosts. Would stay again in these beautiful surroundings. Good for hiking and biking and exploring the Semmering Bahn Hiking Trail.

Absolutely Nothing.

Excellent location in the center of Mürzzuschlag, just a 12 min drive away from Stuhleck ski area. A nice Brahms museum is a few steps away, as well as the city's culture center housing art exhibitions. The apartment seems simply but newly furnished, and is spotlessly clean having all facilities needed for short skiing weekend. You must pay for parking on the street, except on weekends. Our host was kind enough to buy us parking ticket for the non-weekend portion of our stay.

Probably some more pots would have been useful, but basically nothing.

Close to the train station. Andrea was welcoming and her place has all that you need including detergent for the washing machine. Andrea found a secure place for my bike. All was great. She was waiting for me when I arrived from the train station.

It is a very nice, cozy flat in the downtown of Mürzzuschlag, in a quiet environment, but close to the shops, restaurants. Andrea is really kind and helpful. The flat is very clean, furnitured with a good taste and well-equipped.

The parking is not free of charge during the week days and Saturday morning. The mattress was too soft for my taste. There are some bottles in the bathroom that must contain soap, shower gel, shampoo etc., but you cannot know which one is which as there's no label on them.

Andrea is a very friendly, helpful and kind person. We have totally loved to have a quick chat with her! The room was amazing, super comfortable, cozy - and in the centre of the town! The shops are also there for a pleasant evening. We were lucky for this accommodation! You had your own privacy. Also, there was no problem with parking right in from of the apartment.

Not a single reason to complain or dislike

Very well located. Andrea is very kind and flexible. The apartment is well-equipped, you have everything you need to cook, have coffee, tea etc. the bathroom is also very clean and spacious. There is a bakery -even open on Sunday- a nice Italian restaurant nearby. Of you want to ski it is only 10 minutes by car. This was the second time we have been here and will definitely come back.

Apartment has fully stocked kitchen so we brought food Free coffee good size oven and stove top and spacious fridge with freezer and microwave Bathroom is large,great shower and washer dryer. Fluffy towels Andrea and her husband are friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The location is 15 min to Stuhlek and has billa plus,McDs interspar You will want for nothing!

Parking is not too far away but we paid 1 euro every 2 hrs 8am to 6 pm. After 6 is free.until 8 am next am but if you travel after 9 or 10 it's fine

The apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, detergent, fully equipped kitchen), with a high-quality mattress, so it is also suitable for a longer stay. My partner and I stayed here for skiing at Stuhleck, and the distance to the resort is perfect - only 10 minutes by car. The housekeeper is very nice and communication with her was trouble-free.

Very clean apartment with excellent utilities. Everything in the apartment looked new. We traveled with our 10 yrs old daughter for a short 3 days escape to go skiing. The facility also provides a locked storage room for skiing equipment. The bathroom is big, clean and well equiped (including a “rain forest” shower head. Everything was so clean, confortable and quite. The owners were discreet and very friendly.

The parking is on the street where the parking spots are limited at some hours and needs to be payed with a maximum of 2 hours. So if you want to have the car parked there the whole day during weekdays, you continuously have to pay every 2 hours at the parking machine. But this is not the fault of the apartment owners. Would be nice to have a microwave oven in the apartment (other than that you have everything, including a washing machine)
