Søndergård

Very beautiful property, perfect for a big group. The description and other reviews don't have much detail so I'll try to provide some here. Huge front yard with a small soccer pitch, huge outdoor table for eating, outdoor sauna, outdoor shower, and other lounge areas in the back yard. And a swing hanging from a tree. Inside - one bedroom on the bottom floor + 2 separated upstairs areas - 3 bedrooms in each (only one of them has a bathroom). 3 bathrooms total with showers. Some rooms have random sinks in them (that work). Downstairs there are two living rooms, a huge pool table, dining room and kitchen. Separate room for laundry. The resort/reception are very responsive via Booking message, though they don't also have the most up to date information on the property (e.g. told us there were no hair dryers when we found 2 while there, they write 2 bathrooms but there are 3, they told us there is no high chair for a baby but we found one when we arrived)

Make sure to bring everything you might need, e.g. there is no sugar for your coffee or any basic supplies in the kitchen (besides salt and pepper). You can cook food with all the supplies you bring, but will need to find your own tupperware to store it in the fridge. Same for any activities you want to do on the property - e.g. amazing soccer pitch, but no balls provided. There is no clear guide of what's included/not included, so you just have to move from room to room (all 10+ rooms) to see what exists and what doesn't. Once you've done so, you can drive 22 min back to Stege to stock up. In the summer it's light very early and very late. There are no darkening curtains - only sheer white curtains so bring an eye cover.

Kunnevære rart med et bålsted. Vi manglede en thekande, men ellers var alt tip top. Det er anden gang vi er der og kommer gerne igen
