Bakka

An amazing house in a very quiet and beautiful nature, with some neighbours within a distance and a little shop nearby that still has everything for all possible needs (food, warm clothes, toys or oils for the car). You can see the mountain Gaustatoppen from the garden (when the skies are clear). We felt very safe and cozy, like at my Grandma's. We even prolonged our stay.

Sehr charmantes Haus in schöner Lage. Einfache, aber im wesentlichen ausreichende Ausstattung. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit hervorragendem Holzofen. Doppelbett sehr bequem.

The location is just wonderful. The house has a grill outside where we did many dinners during our stay. Although some of the lights downstairs were not working playing bord games until late into the night by the candels light was incredible Location is 1h away from Gaustatoppen start of hike

Cosy, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful wooden house, sourrounded with nature and with all utilities you need. Kids loved it. Bed and linen are so soft and warm, it feels like clouds.

Rolig beliggenhet og sjarm.

Ingenting.

Sentymentalna podróż do dzieciństwa u dziadków na wsi.

Niesamowity klimat :)))

Really nice and cozy house

Be aware that while this property is named Bakka, it is nowhere near the town of Bakka. Make sure you know exactly where the property is. There are three slightly different variations of the address on the website and copying and pasting them into a maps app can point you to somewhere on the other side of the country. Otherwise the property is great. We had a very relaxing stay

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

What a wonderful location. We enjoyed our stay in this house. Easy to find, self- check-in, peaceful and quiet. Comfy beds, clean. Well-equipped kitchen. We stayed at end of May and house temperature was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Super house for family and friends it was the best days with my family, hope to come back some day :)

Very lovely cottage in a quiet area. Very comfortable double bed upstairs. You have to heat the place with wood, there is a fireplace, very romantic. We went for walks in the area with the dogs, it was beatiful. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped. There is a little shop 5 min walk, very convenient. You can go swimming in the summer in the lake which is nearby. There are ski resorts 20 min by car. Very nicely decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed our time there thoroughly.

wifi is limited in Giga bytes and we could not make out the password. We do not mind as we have our own data. We recommend to have chains on the car wheels cause it can get icy during winter. They do not put much gravel on roads. Also take shoes for dogs in winter as they might be putting salt on the roads and our dogs paws got injured and were bleeding.

Wonderful place with great owners

Simple, quiet, homely. Very hot water.

Basic, dated, poor electrics left us without power for two days. Kitchen poorly stocked. No sieve, peeler, toaster, Grater, etc.

I spent Christmas at this house and everything was wonderful. The view is beautiful, the house is very warm, and the sound of wood burning in the stoves cannot be compared to anything, it gives this house a romantic air. also very clean. the kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need. the owner is a wonderful person, during our stay we had problems with the car and we had the support of the owner, she provided us with tools to try to repair the car, which unfortunately we did not succeed, but she allowed us to leave the car there until we find a solution. I'm glad I discovered this location and I highly recommend it.

very cozy and cute. calm and quiet. near to a market and cafe.

it was far from the places we wanted to go but still reachable in reasonable time
