Huoneistossa on järkyttävä kalan ( turskan?) tai jonkun muu haju, joka ei kadonnut koko vierailun aikana . Keittiö huonosti varusteltu. Asunnossa kauttaaltaan epäsiisti fiilis.

Le logement manque cruellement d'harmonie. L'écriteau scotché au gros scotch gris sur la porte d'entrée et cette même porte sont peu engageants et peu soignés. Aucune couette identique et non repassées , serviettes de bain rêches, sols cassés dans le couloir et de couleur différente, poubelle de salle de bain non vidée du visiteur précédent , reste de papier dans les toilettes, portes de placards de cuisine grasses et nous avions réservé pour 3 mais il n'y avait que 2 couettes . il nous a fallu envoyer un message au propriétaire qui a rapporté ce qu'il fallait en 30 minutes. Pour manger , vous n'avez qu'un bureau et non une table sur lequel vous ne pouvez donc pas manger à 3 alors que le logement est pour 3 et la deuxième personne ne peut pas passer ses genoux sous le bureau, la 3ème personne mange sur ses genous ou la table basse . Pas pratique du tout ! Trop peu de vaisselle : 3 assiettes ... pour 3 . Donc il faut faire tourner le lave-vaisselle souvent !Une nuit , ça allait mais pas plus !

Heureusement qu on était 2 personnes on tenait à peine sur la table pour manger. Équipement très juste ds la cuisine pas de passoire par exemple pas pratique pour égoutter des pâtes ... Un peu de bruit de la part des enfants mais pas gênant.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Comfortable apartment for a week’s stay in Hammerfest. Lots of hiking trails in area and took a day trip to Nordkapp. Gjenreising museum was really interesting. Walking distance to city center and restaurants, grocery store across the street, small kitchen for cooking. Watched World Cup games on big screen TV. Reindeer in the garden.
No complaints.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026This was a great self-contained place. We were able to cook and wash our clothes. It was neat and clean with everything you need. There is a supermarket right next door and local buses do run here. We were very happy to stay.
The only thing that was challenging was the location. It is a solid walk from the centre and the local buses did not run very much on Sunday. We had a good bit of luggage so it was a little demanding for us, but that was the only thing.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Topview is a ground floor flat comprising an entry hall, which doubles as a galley kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom. We liked the comfort of the beds and the fact that the flat, particularly the bathroom, was clean. The washing machine worked perfectly (and I think there was an integral tumble dryer as well). The place served us well as a one night stopover on the way to Nordkapp.
The place is located on the southern edge of Hammerfest, not in the centre, but as the city is small we could drive to the centre quite easily. We parked on the grass in front of the flat, but this was not clean (some dog mess) and we had to be extra careful to avoid bringing dirt into the flat on our shoes and luggage. The kitchen pots and pans could have been newer. Hammerfest (and Narvik) properties seem to offer less value for money than elsewhere in northern Norway and Topview reflected this, being a bit pricier per square meter than average.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Grosse Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Komplette Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler etc. Bequemes Bett, Bad mit Waschmaschine, Föhn und großer Dusche. Parkplatz vor der Wohnung, Rentiere im Garten.
Nichts ... da alles überkomplett.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Super Lage, etwas ausserhalb der Stadt, in einem ruhigen Quartier. Vom Standort aus besteht die Möglichkeit von diversen Wandertouren. Eine Einkaufmöglichkeit gibt es. In 200 Meter Distanz hat es einen SPAR. Super Parkmöglichkeit vor der Eingangstüre der Wohnung.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Asunnossa ei ollut ilmanvaihtoa, se hoidettiin ikkunoiden kautta. Emme mahtuneet ruokapöydän ääreen, joka oli tosi pieni. Koko tila oli epäkäytännöllisesti suunniteltu; eteisen käytävässä oli keittiö, pienessä olohuoneessa sohva ja pieni pöytä. Makuuhuoneeseen ei mahtunut muuta kuin sänky.

Appartement qui n'est pas prévu pour trois car relativement exigu. Peu de place pour ouvrir une grande valise Pas de table pour le repas, un simple bureau où un seul peut mettre ses jambes. Et en plus 2 chaises pour 3 !

The oven was dirty with used baking sheet . The kitchen light and microwave were not working. We realised that the power tripped. Owner overlook to check n ensure that it was working for the next guest. The path to the house was a slope, icy n slippery to walk with. Mayb because we book last minute, the owner didn’t hav the time to deal with the slippery path.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025The apartment is in a great location – in a quiet neighbourhood, close to various trails, but also close to a supermarket and a bus stop to the city centre. You can easily also walk to the city centre (e.g. via the Zig-Zag Way). Either way, it's a great location. Very good contact with the hosts, who responded quickly to enquiries. They were also very kind in responding to our last-minute request for our last night's accommodation (although according to the rules, they did not have to) - and that was very nice - I especially appreciate it. Thank you. Reindeer everywhere!!! If I ever have the opportunity to visit Hammerfest again, I will gladly stay here again.
For me a bit poor lighting in the kitchen... But it doesnt change my very high rating.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Parasta oli näköala ikkunoista ja pihalta. Lisäksi lähikauppa oli tosi lähellä (ei auki sunnuntaina). Kävellen pääsi hyvin keskustaan, matkaa noin 2,5 km/suunta. Kahdelle henkilölle oli hyvä makuuhuone.
Meillä oli aluksi auton parkkeeraamisen kanssa ongelma, kun isäntäväen auto oli "edessä" (siirsivät pois), emme olisi saaneet autoamme pihalle. Pienessä pihassa on kaksi omistajien autoa. Pihalle meno jyrkkää ylämäkeä pitkin. Asuntoon sisään meno tapahtuu suoraan keittiöön, joka on tehty ns. eteistilaan. Siinä oli outo haju. Pesualtaan hana "heilui". Paistinpannu oli rikki ja kovin kulunut. Olohuoneen sohvalla oli huono nukkua.
