Nizar the man in charge is a very friendly and honest person. Location in where an apartment should be in the middle of everything you would need just few walking steps, even a taxi is downstairs. the apartment is fully equipped and super clean. Definitely recommend.

nothing to mention a toilet paper and table papers would be appreciated

Ev sahibi pozitif, evin konumu plajın ve restoranların yanında. Temiz ve yeni.

Kredi kartı geçmemesi sadece nakit geçmesi ,nakit sıkıntısına neden oldu. Evde sadece 1 rulo tuvalet kâğıdı ve 1er (2) havlu vardı. Daha fazla havlu olmalı (en azında artı el ve saç için)

Sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles hat gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit Herr Nizar hat auch sehr gut gepasst.

La propreté , le côté spacieux, très bonne literie , appartement très clair et l’emplacement .

Un peu bruyant , le bruit venait de la rue , mais nous y étions pendant la période la fête de l’Aid , peut être la raison de la circulation et du bruit .

L'emplacement était super et je remercie beaucoup si Nizar pour son accueil extraordinaire, je reviendrai certainement a chaque occasion que je serai a la Marsa

The host started messaging me on WhatsApp without introducing who he was. Met me outside and walked me to the apartment without explaining how we got inside. I had to ask him everything. The apartment smelt like body odour and fish. There were no dry towels, nor shampoo / body wash. The fridge had frozen over. The balcony door would not lock. When I counted the money and paid him cash, he put the money back in front of me and there was a significant portion missing. When I asked him if he had taken it, he accused me of under paying. I recounted my money and there was definitely cash missing. I re confronted him by WhatsApp. He yelled at me by voice message telling me to get out. So I did. I did not feel safe.

Super nice apartment with good location.

The checkin was a bit stressful as the host didn’t speak much English and didn’t send me the exact gps location. A hairdryer was missing but brought it after asking for it.

It was just one night, the house was excellent, everything was perfect, the price compared to the location, services and privileges is very reasonable. The only thing I didn't like was the noise outside because the house is overlooking the main street.
