Wat een fantastisch verblijf. Het adembenemende uitzicht, de lieve en gastvrije hostfamilie, de dieren, de bergen, het heerlijke verse ontbijt, de speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen. We hadden echt geen betere plek kunnen treffen voor onze 2-nachtelijke doorreis stop. We hadden hier zeker nog langer willen blijven, hopelijk tot ziens :)!

Wij vonden het helemaal geweldig, alle slingerbochtjes omhoog, maar onze auto had het wel een beetje zwaar om de berg op te komen. Een auto met een beetje power kan geen kwaad, misschien handig om te weten.

Alles ! Die herzliche Begrüßung und Rundumbetreuung durch die Chefin. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Dann diese unglaubliche Aussicht - das liebevoll Rustikale. Ein Bauernhof, wie man ihn aus dem Fernsehen kennt. Hofhund, Katzen, Kühe, Schweine, Kaninchen, etc. Die Kinder durften sich frei bewegen und alles anschauen. Es war einfach die totale Entspannung und besonders für unsere Enkeltöchter ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Чудові краєвиди ! Привітна господиня. Смачний сніданок ! Доїзд погірському серпантині екстрим, але воно того варте. Дякуємо господині з гостинність та смачний сніданок.

Доїзд трохи екстримальний. Наше авто трохи змучилося 🤪.

Sehr nette Besitzerin man hat sich direkt Wilkommen gefühlt. Aussicht war super . Für Kinder draußen tolle Spielanlagen. Sehr Ländlich

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem Berghang mit Blick ins Tal. Sehr ruhig, sehr gepflegt und mit dem Balkon super einladend.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious homemade cake baked by the owner herself, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. The hosts are a very kind and friendly Austrian rural family who made us feel completely at home. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Our room had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and definitely worth the value. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming stay in Austria. We would gladly come back again!

Super liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist ein liebevoller Bauernhof mit vielen süßen Tieren. Unsere Tochter wurde gleich rumgeführt. Auf Bestellung haben wir ein super leckeres rustkales Frühstück mit vielen selbstgemachten Produkten bekommen, welches das ageld auf jeden Fall wert ist Das Haus ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏❤️

Beautiful location - very friendly host. Food was super yummy. So close to nature - staying with the family gave a great experience of living on a farm for kids - who had lot of fun. Thank you for hosting us. Location is great as one of the best hiking spots and best views of the peaks is so close to the stay.

Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Tage am Kohlegghof! Die Lage ist traumhaft und Hildegard eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Kinder (7 und 10) hatten große Freude mit den Katzen, Kühen, Hasen, Meerschweinchen und Hühnern und durften auch im Stall mithelfen. Sie spielten am kleinen Bächlein und in den Wiesen, sind auf Bäume geklettert und ins Heu gesprungen. Für uns war es wirklich toller Kurzurlaube mit sehr gutem Frühstück!

Krásné místo, příjemný personál

Wunderschöner Hof mit Blick auf die Berge; einladende, saubere Zimmer (sogar besser als auf den Fotos :)); super herzliche Gastgeberin. Optional kann ein leckeres Frühstück mit regionalen sowie hofeigenen Produkten hinzugebucht werden, Kostenpunkt: 20€ für zwei Personen, jede weitere Person +5€.

Für die Anfahrt bräuchte man ein Auto (kein Kritikpunkt, nur zur Info).

De locatie is echt top. ‘s Morgens wakker worden met zo’n prachtig uitzicht. De gastvrouw was ook zeer vriendelijk. We hebben hier een leuke tijd gehad.

Wir haben nur übernachtet und den Kohlegghof als Zwischenstopp benutzt für den Weg nach Kroatien. Zum Übernachten reicht es. Der Bauernhof läßt Kinderherzen höher schlagen (Tiere, Technik usw.) Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Frühstück kann optional zugebucht werden. Ausblick natürlich großartig.

Die Zimmerverteilung war für mich abenteuerlich. Im Grunde teilt man sich (auch mit Fremden) einen Flur mit 4 Zimmern im Obersten Geschoß, wobei unsere Toilette keinen direkten Zugang zu den Zimmern hatte und auch über kein Waschbecken verfügte...??? Bis ich also Hände waschen konnte hatte ich mind. 2 Türgriffe in der Hand. Bin anderes gewohnt und vielleicht übersensibel. Das Gebäude ist alt und damit laut: Böden, Türen usw. ein "leises wohnen" ist unmöglich und man sollte nicht zimperlich sein, wenn es um Geräusche geht. Die Einrichtung (Schränke, Küche usw.) ist altmodisch aus der Zeit gefallen aber nutzbar und ausreichend.

purtroppo il bagno con WC è estermo alle camere e probabilmente condiviso con altre camere, noi in quel momento eravamo i soli ospiti quindi non ci sono stati intoppi

Báječné místo pro rodinnou dovolenou, daleko od hluku a špíny města. Všude jen příroda, domácí zvířata, naprostý klid. Skvělé snídaně, velice příjemní majitelé, každodenní společné povídání s nimi. Nic není problém.

The views from the accommodation were fantastic. The owner welcomed us with home made plum cake. It was delicious and the great end of our long drive during the day. Our kids loved the owners' kittens.

Die Lage, Freundlichkeit, jede Wunsch wird sofort erfüllt! Mega Aussicht,Ruhe und viele Tiere,für Kinder ein Paradies! Tollen Spielplatz mit Trampolin,Rutsche,Kletterwand und Sandkasten. Das Frühstück ist einfach zum Empfehlen,alles selbstgemacht mit ❤️ und sehr lecker! Wir mit Kinder wollen jetzt nur hier Urlaub machen und wollten gar nicht wegfahren! Für unser Hund auch ein Traum, endlose Wiesen, Teich und Freund Tony zum Spielen! Vielen lieben Dank!

Wat een vrolijk ontvangst bij Kohlegghof! En wat een uitzicht vanaf ons balkon. Geweldig!! De kamer is prima, zoals de foto's zijn is de kamer ook. Aanrader is de ontbijt mand met zelfgemaakte producten zoals brood, jam, worst. Genoten hier!!

Amazing location, the tranquility and exceptional views. Well equipped comfortable room, with lovely host that met us with delicious homemade cake.

The owners were super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed staying there. It felt like visiting my grandparents in my childhood (village vibe). Great place to visit with a small child.

Amazing place with amazing host! ❤️❤️❤️ Such a beautiful breathtaking view from a balcony! The kitchen is well equiped. Many nice details inside the house, inside the room. We always had a feeling like we were spending time at grandma's place. The host is very very kind. We had a home made welcome cookies, and milk, and eggs, and We fed all the eanimals inside the farm - umforgettable emotions for kids! And grown ups ;) And of cause, I should mentione breakfast - wonderful, delicious, from local farmers homemade products. For a reasonable price. We will definitely come back!

Very nice host, cozy rooms, beautiful view, amazing breakfast and overall great stay.

This is such a lovely family living almost on top of a mountain. They have a little farm with cows, horses, ducks, chicken, cats, etc. and produce almost everything they offer for breakfast themselves (milk, yoghurt, cream cheese, bread, eggs, meat spread, jam, honey,...). The view in the morning when the sun comes up behind the mountains is amazing! Our family stayed there in winter and we went skiing during the day (Radstadt and Reiteralm are close), but it may be also worth a visit during summer. I would definitely go there again!

We liked everything! The only thing that should be mentioned is that it is easiest to get there by car - it is a 7-10 minutes ride up the mountain.

The housekeeper was really nice and kind, we recieved homemade cheese and cakes. There was a cute cat outside and the view was impressive.

We truly appreciated the hosts' flexibility. Despite our late arrival due to an unforeseen car issue, they didn’t say a word about our delayed check-in. Instead, they welcomed us with freshly made apple pies. Also the view from the balcony was absolutely awesome, the place was quiet and peacefull and the host was really kind.

Everything. Comfortable small apartment, with private bathroom and kitchenette. Apparently, it came with a second room with another double bed, but we didn't use this. Beautiful place! Cows, rabbits, and dog of the house. Great views of the valley below! The apartment is at roughly 1300m elevation. Road is fully paved and not difficult to drive, just a bit steep on some places, but no problem for any car.

The pillows were too soft and it took a while for the shower to get hot. But these are only very minor issues.

INCREDIBLE view and incredible service by the host. She made us feel so welcome and the rooms were incredible with comfortable amenities. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights there. If you do anything in Austria you MUST come here!

The place is like heaven, beautiful and clean and the owners of the place are very nice

The accomodation is located in a beautiful area, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The host is exceptionally kind, and although she does not speak English, we managed to communicate the essentials. The furnishing is a bit "retro" but in perfect condition and the apartment is well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Delicious and rich breakfast, mostly (if not fully) home-made from local ingredients was provided at a fair price. We would gladly return to Kohlegghof some time.
