Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Appartement spacieux, hôte de confiance, parking public gratuit devant la résidence avec gardiens la nuit. Chambres spacieuses. Commerces, restaurants, pharmacie a proximité. Suite parentale avec climatisation. Deuxième climatiseur dans le salon. Ascenseur dans la résidence.
Le climatiseur du salon est un peu bruyant.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique : à seulement 15 minutes de Sidi Bou Saïd, de Tunis la capitale, et de la ville d’El Marsa, 10 minutes à peine du lac . Tous les commerces, restaurants et cafés sont à proximité. Monsieur Mohamed et sa petite famille sont d’une grande gentillesse. Ils ont même offert des cadeaux à mes enfants. Merci pour leur accueil chaleureux, et à la prochaine, incha'Allah !
il manque une bouilloire dans la cuisine :)

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025That flat is clean and organised, and the beds and sofas are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, it provided with good facilities such as WiFi, big TV secreen, washing machine. The owner was friendly and so helpful. He waited for me until late at night to handle it's keys as my aeroplane arrived late. Shops and Cafés within walking distance
