Very well maintained property and super comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and really appreciated how Varun took care of us with a lovely smile and a great sense of humour. We were there for only a night but highly recommended!!

Food, room size, friendly staff
Less amenities, little pricier
The rooms, staff, facilities
The way negative reviews were replied to on Google reviews
The breakfast had variety and with great taste. The food was very delicious. The only drawback was the location. It was very far from the sightseeing points. The resort was very serene and beautiful.
Great location. Ambience. Restaurant was very good
Mattress was not good. Could not sleep properly
Sparkling clean, courteous staff, sorrounded by a forest like atmosphere
Not much to complain, but the food option and recreational activities could be improved but that is just a feedback so that during rains people would have a bit more options.
Location far away from the crowd. Beautiful setup amongst the woods.
Please carry your own liquor/beer. They don’t serve.
Property is not value for money. Staff tells guests a lot of policies. No service is available post 10-11 PM
Nice courteous staff, very clean environment
Nothing
Rooms are clean and nice
Less activity
Calm excellent food and service and lovely natural surroundings great shower very clean
Nothing I don’t like
Location Awesome Views Staff Breakfast Clean Natural Water even in Bathroom Swimming Pool Unique Room Design
Not so clean bedding Bed linens and towels (hard) show wear and tear Patchy wifi everywhere Dangerous steel ladder to access attic bedding. Kids may fall and injure. Should be wooden with bit spacious steps. Frequent power outage TV is too small and is not functional. No in room dining No alcohol served anywhere. Geyser capacity is not sufficient for even 1 person. Hot water only for few mins. Others need to wait. Not much activities inside the resort
Accommodation is awesome, food is excellent, staff is courteous.
Nothing as such
Am ambience is too good , pleasant clean one of the best
Could have offered rooms at 5k
The property was extremely clean, lots of varied flowers , exotic birds chirping with an excellent staff
Food menu can have more continental options
Service and staff were really good, food in their restaurant was also good.
No food allowed in their cottages, but we can have in the restaurant.
Everything !
Food could be better
Everything else was good. But only food did not meet our expectations. We only ate vegetarian and every starter tasted same. Options for veg was too less. We did not have a near by restaurants to eat out, so i would expect the property to provide more better options in food and taste as well. Did not try non veg so comments there.
Food
The landscaping is good
Nothing works, no facilities
The breakfast was extraordinary, and the staff members were very kind. It was great to receive information from the staff about the various activities and adventures available. Everyone was helpful, and we enjoyed playing in the covered multipurpose court. Inika Resort is a place where you can feel free.
Wonderful resort
Nothing
Inika has the most hospitable staff who took care of all our needs and then some! The resort offered a much needed reprieve from the city rush and din. We're visiting from the United States and cherish the opportunity to be amongst lush coffee plantations, singing peacocks, and ever elusive elephant herds at Inika. The restaurant was amazing too and served great quality food!
• The food was excellent (very delicious) 80% of the time. There were a couple of dishes that weren’t bad, but could’ve been better – for instance, the noodles and biryani were dripping in oil. • The free buffet breakfast spread was decent, catering only to the Indian taste palette. • The restaurant has a beautiful dining area, with lots of seating space. They also have a campfire area attached, which groups can use on demand, I guess. • The cottages and surroundings look aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are pretty clean as well, except that we received stained bed sheets on the first night. • The cottages are placed at a decent distance from each other, so you have some privacy and don’t have to worry about noisy neighbours. • The pool is small but clean. They have lounge chairs, and they give you beach towels if you ask. • They’ve a small turf outdoor area right at the entrance, where you can play football, badminton, or cricket. You need to ask the security guard for equipment. • They have parking space for around 10 - 12 cars. • The staff are courteous - not overtly helpful, but polite. The women staff were on leave until the day we were checking out, so I guess they had other team members filling in at the front desk. • They are quick to try and address concerns or requests.
• The last 5 kms leading up to the resort are in dismal condition. Of course, INIKA may not have control over this, but they could at least give you a warning before arrival. • The cabins lack basic amenities like a mini-fridge, safe, ironing board, or hairdryer - even though the Booking.com listing mentions these. • The ceilings of the cottages are made of asbestos, covered with wallpaper - confirmed by the staff. This makes the rooms hotter during the day. They hadn’t kept the AC running before our check-in, so the cabin was extremely hot for the first few hours. To make things worse, there were frequent power outages (due to some external maintenance work) during our stay, which led the ACs to go on and off. To be fair, the outages were not under the property’s control. • The resort is set in a forest-like area, so insects are expected. But they don’t have any deterrents to keep these bugs away. They do have some warning literature placed in the rooms, which frankly can feel a bit scary. • My biggest grouse is that they only offer two complimentary water bottles in the room/day. If you need more, each additional bottle costs ₹99 (for a regular ₹20 Bisleri bottle)! Worse, there’s no provision for free drinking water anywhere on the property, including the restaurant. We didn’t see any grocery stores nearby either. Even if there were, not providing basic drinking water during peak summer is almost cruel, especially when you’re staying with kids. • Since there are no other restaurants nearby, you’re entirely dependent on their in-house restaurant for all your meals. • They charge a 5% service charge on restaurant bills, and this isn’t informed in advance. • The ‘game room’ is very basic - a TT table, a worn-out carrom board, a pool table, a foosball table, and four gym equipment (not plugged into power) that seem poorly maintained or bought as second-hand. • The Wi-Fi is decent but keeps disconnecting often.
Amazing staff, beautiful property, great breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms
It's a new property so additional services like spa, excursions seem to be limited.
Amazing spread of brekkie with humble Staff.
Bf on buffet could have been better and easier for us.
Staff are amazing, From Veema and Chengappa to Sheetal, Gagan and Shishir are wonderful people. If you want to plan any activities reach out to Chengappa. Restaurant has great food with big servings. Pool area is nicely done and rest of the property is beautiful.
The individual cabins are probably great but I did not stay in them. The adjoining rooms are badly insulated, which means that any conversation in the other room can be heard with no effort. If the neighbour pulls an all nighter, so will you. I would not stay in these rooms again.
Food r good n good maintain property
Honor is realy good person....they travel us n saw all his coffee estate
We stayed with my aged parents and children. And both generation had wonderful stay. Food was excellent and the staff was ever smiling.
Nothing was disappointing for us.
Had a fantastic stay at Inika Resort! The food was superb, with every dish truly exceeding expectations. The ambience is beautiful and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, adding to the great experience. Highly recommended, especially for couples looking for a serene getaway
Amazing place to visit and to spend the time .
Amazing location, excellent hospitality
Service
Serene and Peaceful atmosphere. Homely Staff , excellent Service .... Great Host !! A good getaway over the week-end to relax and chill.
Very well managed and clean property. Food is a little expensive but good. Coorg pork dishes were definitely worth a try, would not recommend the biryani.
Breakfast options are limited that would be the only negative.
Property was very beautiful and clean , staff was very professional , food quality was top notch.
The property is located amidst coffee plantation and lush green. It’s just pretty and serene. The host and the staff are amazing. Special appreciation for the restaurant and the quality of food and service. Everything at the property is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing staycation. Highly recommend it.
The property was beautiful and very peaceful. Loved the overall vibe of the place.
The hotels policy and breakfast left much to be desired. There's no room service, and the restaurant closes by 10:30 PM. We visited for a relaxing weekend with family, but had to wrap up our evening by 10 PM. Breakfast was very disappointing with hardly any options: idli, upma, tomato rice, cereals, and eggs to order. The taste wasn't great either. Considering the price of a 4-star hotel, the breakfast should have been much better with more variety. My son wanted dosa, which wasn't available. Only tea can be served in the room. We wanted to order snacks around 7 PM but were told it was dinner time and snacks couldn't be provided.
Food options can be increased
1. Beautiful property. Right from the entrance to the rooms, everything looks great. 2. Well maintained room. Good thought has been put into making the cottages. 3. Well maintained and clean swimming pool. 4. Clean and hygienic overall 5. Friendly Staff 6. Excellent Food. Taste as well as portion size. Hats off to the chef 7. Wonderful Ambience. 8. Accommodating management. 9. Good for family, friends and couples. Will definitely recommend.
There is nothing that I disliked. Although there are few points which can be improved. 1.The size of the fan is not adequate for the large room. A fan with larger wing span blades will provide better air circulation. 2.The sleeping arrangement upstairs although is good but it gets very hot during summers. Although we didnt have anyone sleeping upstairs but we did check it and it was hot. The water cooler and the small fan were not helping to cool it down.
Excellent Location and Ambience. Staffs Secured parking Whatever available lite facilities
Frequent Power Outage Very weak wifi network Not a very tasty food lunch especially Bad design of rooms which created heat and humid extensively Bad design of air conditioning and less cooling facility in rooms
I liked the whole setup and the resort in general. Also the staff were courteous.
Nothing
The Property is very unique, modern and Cozy for a family stay. My family very much enjoyed the stay. I especially liked the room which was very big and comfortable. Managers Raj and Zain greeted us very well. Constantly checked upon our comforts and all the staffs hosted us very politely. They took care of small daughter very well.Big thanks to all. Food was delicious Worth the prize. We will comeback and recommend others.
Nothing to point out
If you add some activities it will be more good.
Great service Staff is exceptional and very responsive Clean facilities and well done rooms Good ambience if the restaurant and common facilities
The room gets really hot inspite of AC as it is tiny for the room, The food is a big letdown, extremely bad and no alternatives nearby
One of the best resorts I have visited so far. Location, ambience, staff, food everything is exceptional. Thank you team Inika for a memorable stay. Will surely visit again❤️❤️❤️
Everything is perfect.
Hospitality
Nothing
Room and bathroom size and overall cleanliness.
1. Location 2. A.C 3 unavailability of any fun or adventurous activity. 4. Breakfast.
Location - property is a little far off from the main road, but that’s what adds to the charm Chalets - for the experience, they are spacious and glass roofs in living and bath is lovely in the mornings Staff - quite helpful, very sweet Food - Good food, limited vegetarian options
Restaurant timings - it’s open for very limited hours, makes it difficult with kids and also as there are no eateries close by This is a new property and staff are to be educated not to confuse customers with different info
