There was no room available. They called and told me in the morning. But I still went as I received an email confirmation. Even then they said no rooms are available. Thats it! No one tried to help find a different accommodation. Or provide any kind of support. Terrible attitude. Do NOT go there just looking at the price. I ended up booking another lodge 10 kms away.

1. Were not prepared for early check-in even tho they accepted it. 2. Understandable but I sat in the lobby for 1hr Before I got a room. 3. I was charged 900 for the AC room while the website's price was different. 4. No amenities mentioned provided, no towel, soap or handwash not even a water bottle. 5. Most disgusting was that the room had bed bugs and mosquitos and cockroaches in the room. 6. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night. 7. The room was cleaned in front of me while I waited outside in the lobby and still wasn't very clean. I had to ask to change sheets too.

Ich habe ein dreckiges, schimlieges, stinkendes von Insekten bewohntes Zimmer bekommen. Obwohl ich für eine Monat gebucht und bezahlt habe, habe ich es nach einer Nacht verlassen. Ich war nach 2 Tage Anreise so geschafft das ich Nachts nicht noch etwas anderes suchen konnte und musste notgedrungen da übernachten. Ich wurde betrogen, weil wenn ich für einen Monat buche und ein kleines, dreckiges Zimmer bekomme, das so schlecht ist das ich abreisen muss... Und mir gesagt wird ich soll es gleich stornieren das es andere buchen können... Die also auch betrogen werden. Hier ist man nur darauf aus das die Buchung storniert wird und sie das Geld kassieren...
