The apartment is spacious and the decoration is fabulous, they put a lot of effort on it. If you want to live the spirit of old fes decently this is the right place.

لا يوجد تكييف ومكان الاقامه داخل الحواري القديمه كان معي كبار سن يصعب عليهم الدخول والخروج لعدم وجود لفت ولا يوجد ايضاً مواقف سيارات

We appreciated the kindness of the owner’s family. The apartment is large and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are bright. Although the taxi couldn’t drop us off right in front of the apartment, the owner met us at the parking lot and helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage there on the day of departure so we could enjoy our last moments without worrying about our bags, and then come back to pick them up when we left for the airport. The owner’s children are very kind and understanding. Breakfast was served at the requested time; it was delicious and plentiful.

Wir wurden total freundlich mit Tee empfangen und auf Nachfrage wurde sogar für wenig Geld Frühstück gebracht. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft zentral gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet.

Yahya the host is a lovely guy , so helpful and friendly. We are 2 guys on motorcycles and he helped us find secure parking. The breakfast his mother kindly prepared was exceptional- thank you

L'emplacement est top pour se déplacer à pied. L'appartement est très grand ce qui est agréable, avec beaucoup de vaisselle de réception. Accueil sympathique mais distant

Les parkings sont un peu loin. Peu d'équipements dans l'appartement pour réellement cuisiner. Pas de couteaux de cuisine, (beaucoup de couverts mais pour la table) Pas de micro-ondes, pas de théière. Pas de sel ou d'huile, pas de sucre pour démarrer. Literie pas très confortable.

Groot, fijn en schoon appartement, gerund door een fantastisch lieve familie.

La surface de la maison est super grande. Les personnes sont très accueillant et la qualité de petit-déjeuner non inclus dans le prix est super.

Je pense que la propriétaire peut indiquer dans son annonce que l'endroit à descendre pour trouver plus facile le logement est Bab Ziat. Nous avons descendu dans un endroit qui nous fait perdre pas mal de temps pour le trouver parce que le google map ne marche pas bien dans ce endroit.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!! Als wir abends ankamen und noch auf das Zimmer warten mussten, haben wir zur Überbrückung Tee und Gebäck im Wohnzimmer der Familie bekommen. Im Winter kann es recht kühl werden und die Klimaanlage kann natürlich nicht alle Räumlichkeiten schnell aufheizen, aber wenn man Jacken dabei hat kein Problem. Im großen Bad hat der Duschabfluss nicht gut funktioniert, aber es gab eine weitere Dusche. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und alle sind herzlich und nett :-)

Het authentieke van de riad. Eigenlijk ben je op bezoek bij een familie en woon je tussen hen in. Het versterkt het gevoel van in Marokko zijn. Het appartement is ontzettend ruim. Met 5 minuten lopen zit je in de winkelstraatjes van de medina.

Het viel niet tegen, maar het is wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Riad Fassia is alleen te voet bereikbaar. Daar komt bij dat Fes best heuvelachtig is, dus je moet soms klimmen. In de riad heb je de binnentuin, waardoor de woonlagen met elkaar verbonden zijn. Wij konden onze onderburen dus horen en soms zelfs zien. Dat droeg voor ons alleen maar bij aan de authenticiteit, maar niet als je behoeft hebt aan rust.

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits passé à Fès en famille. Le transfert depuis l'aéroport est un plus, à l'heure et fiable. La maison est très bien décorée et propre, l'accueil de Meryam est chaleureux et a fait en sorte que nous ne manquions de rien. Chambres confortables et au calme. Nous avons pris le repas du soir sur place pour un prix correct et c'était délicieux, tout comme les petits déjeuner !

The location of the property is excellent, although we did have difficulties locating it initially with Google Maps. Once we had a pin with the location it was easier. The family were extremely welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious freshly baked cakes each morning.

We were two couples and one of our specifications was to have two bathrooms. Although the property is advertised as having two bathrooms, a shower in the toilet room isn't adequate. There was also nowhere to hang anything in the second "bathroom". In addition, the drain in the actual bathroom was not functioning properly and we ended up with a puddle of water after each shower. Two of our group have mobility difficulties so the bathroom situation wasn't ideal.

El apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso, tal como se ve en las fotos, o incluso mejor en persona. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, con muchos detalles que hacen la estancia muy cómoda. Está cerca de la puerta Bab Ziat, lo que facilita poder coger un taxi para moverte por la zona, y a menos de quince minutos andando de la puerta Bab Boujloud, donde empieza todo el entramado de puestos de artesanía marroquí y restaurantes Pero lo que más destaco es la atención del personal: súper amables, siempre pendientes de que no faltara nada y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

We really liked how spacious the apartment was. The decor was fabulous and the family very friendly.

It was a little difficult to find, but the neighbours all leant a hand and we were able to communicate with Fassia via whatsapp

Beautiful apartment which really gives you the vibe of staying with a Moroccan family. Breakfast was really good, they bring it around 9 in your Livingroom. Location is also really nice, just at the edge of the Medina which is a 15 minute walk. The hosts live upstairs and are really nice and helpful.

There is only one airco for the whole apartment, we personally have no problem with it. But it is good to know that the house can be a bit warm.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The apartment is one of three in a traditional house in the medina of Fes, in a nice, safe middle class neighbourhood. The owner Maryam lives with her lovely family on the top floor. Maryam looked after us so well, she is a great cook and henna artist. The children speak English well and can translate. The apartment has a beautiful Moroccan salon and lots of space. It is clean. Thank you again, Maryam!

Very authentic and cosy apartment in middle of old city. Best hospitality in Fes. Landlady welcome us with smile. It's like heaven in earth. We enjoyed staying.

The property is as the photos with lovely decor and furnishings. It’s on the first floor and very spacious. Host was extremely helpful and his family were lovely. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the Medina. Somethings could do with upgrading, once done it will be even better.
