Superbe logement avec sa piscine privée (plus deux autres piscines partagées). À proximité du centre ville et des plages mais ne souffrant pas des aléas de la vie nocturne d’Holbox. Proposition de bagagerie à l’arrivée comme au départ.

El sitio es super agradable y perfecto, ubicado en muy buena zona, al lado de la playa y al lado del centro caminando. Las vistas desde la azotea son una autentica locura

Appartamento molto accogliente con tutto ciò che serve. Posizione leggermente defilata ma comunque comoda per il centro Doccia e Wi-Fi ottimo. Personale super gentile!

Quello che migliorerei sono le luci in camera: mancano vicino al letto e quella centrale è troppo debole.

Die Lage war super. Ca 5- 10 min ins Zentrum. Abends angenehm ruhig. Bis zum Strand ca. 5 min. Die Gsstgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Coccoloba nur empfehlen.

Dir Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können. Es gab nur eine kleine Pfanne und einen kleinen Topf.

Vi boede i den store lejlighed lige ud til "Fælles" poolen. I 8 dage var vi de eneste i den og da den lå lige uden for vores lejlighed og terrasse føltes det som vores egen - og den var fantastisk. Flot og rene værelser og fint badeværelse. Tæt på stranden og få meter fra Holbox bedst restaurant. 15 min gåtur (på strand) til midtbyen. Hjælpsom vært og alt spillede.

Lidt svært at færdes på vejene omkring hotellet, da der var oversvømmelse (ganske normalt) Vi fandt dog en smutvej til stranden og det var nemt at bruge den til turen inden til byen.

Als de slaapbank in een aparte kamer had gestaan was het helemaal top geweest (maar dat stond correct vermeld op booking dus eerder een eigen keuze bij het booken - niet echt commentaar naar de eigenaars)

Malheureusement je ne partage pas l’enthousiasme générale. A cette époque de l’année, le lieu est infesté de moustiques, impossible de se mettre sur la terrasse . Les serviettes avaient une odeur d’humidité dès notre arrivée . Un chantier fait du bruit matin et soir et il y a du vis à vis avec les ouvriers qui dorment sur place. Si je suis honnête, c’est le logement le plus décevant de mon séjour.

Petit bémol : pas de petit déjeuner proposé

De host was zeer behulpzaam. Ze was 24/7 bereikbaar en klaar om ons te helpen. De accomodatie is zeer mooi en proper. Het ligt dicht bij het centrum van het eiland, net ver genoeg van het lawaai waardoor je daar echt tot rust kan komen. Super mooi uitzicht vanuit het dakzwembad met super mooi zonsondergang.

Iets meer ligbedjes op het dakzwembad had leuk geweest.

The place is cozy, clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooftop terrace with small pool was an added bonus to the pool downstairs. The welcome was great with lovely staff that went over and above to make sure my stay went well. I highly recommend this place for a chilled experience. The view over the sea was fabulous, both from room and the terrace. Beach and many bars and restaurants were all easily accessible on foot.

My room was the only one without a balcony. Although a terrace would have been a bonus and I do not realise when booking, I could still make use of the terrace on the roof, which made up for it.

Beautifully designed property. We had a room on the ground floor and the swim up room was so refreshing in the May heat. Easy walk to the centre of town, plus the beach and restaurants were only a very short walk away. Flor was an excellent and very helpful host. Holbox island and our stay at Coccoloba was the highlight of our six week trip to Mexico.

The hotel room was amazing. I loved the upstairs pool and the downstairs pool. During the day, the downstairs pool was great because it was in the shade. The top one is amazing to see the sunset. The beach nearby was much quieter, which we really enjoyed. We had a problem with the AC, and they solved it immediately. And the hotel also helped us get a taxi for when we had to leave.

La gentillesse du personnel, Flor a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour et donne de précieux conseils pour visiter l’île. Le logement était très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, une belle vue mer depuis le balcon. L’hôtel est intimiste, bien positionné pour profiter du calme tout en étant proche des plages et du centre de l’île.

Beaux espaces, épurés avec plein de charme. Au calme, un vrai moment de déconnexion. Manque quelques ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine pour préparer un petit repas ( casserole, poêle ).

Dit is een prachtig hotel met heerlijke ruime kamers en fijn en groot bed. De inrichting is prachtig net als het uitzicht op de zee. Alles is met veel detail vorm gegeven en ook het zwembad en bad op het dak zijn heerlijk. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en ontzettend goed te bereiken via whatsapp. Ze heeft ons meerdere keren geholpen. De locatie van het hotel was voor ons top. Het ligt net buiten het centrum waardoor het lekker rustig is rondom het hotel. In nog geen 5 min lopen waren we in het centrum waar we genoten van de winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. In een paar minuten ben je bij een heerlijk restaurant en verschillende ontbijt/koffie plekjes. Wij zouden het verblijf zo opnieuw boeken.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Flor begrüsst und haben anschliessend schöne Tage verbringen dürfen. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, was uns jedoch gut gefiel. In der Nähe gibt es eine super Standbar und für die eigene Verpflegung steht eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Der untere Pool ist super erfrischend.

Die Klimaanlagen hatten keinen guten Geruch, weshalb wir hauptsächlich natürlich gelüftet haben. (Es hat Fliegengitter) Da es doch sehr warm ist, wäre die Klimaanlage hilfreich gewesen. In der Küche könnten ein/zwei Tücher zum Abtrocknen hilfreich sein.

COCCOLOBA ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ganze Unterkunft ist ein Traum, das Zimmer, der Balkon und vor allem aber die Dach Terrasse mit Pool und Meerblick! In ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man inmitten des Geschehens. Die Kommunikation mit Flor verlief reibungslos, sie ist super freundlich und auch der Check IN hat super geklappt! Absolute Empfehlung :)

We loved everything! The host Flor was most kind and helped us with a lot of things even last minute requests. We felt very welcome and can really say that this was outstanding compared to any other hotels or airbnb’s we stayed at in Mexico or just any place in general.

We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Holbox! Flor was an incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating host, always responsive and easy to communicate with. The accommodation is slightly outside the main "town", but it’s an easy and pleasant walk there (+- 8 min), which we really appreciated, as it felt more peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. It is also just a 2 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is quite small and basic, so it’s not ideal if you are planning to cook a lot, however that was not an issue for us. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Schön ruhig, trotzdem schnell im Zentrum, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Zimmer, würden sofort wieder dort hin!

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss und waren sehr happy mit dem super bequemen Bett, dem Kühlschrank und dem gefilterten Wasser, das täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Die Dachterasse mit Pool war ein Traum und Flor war super lieb. Außerdem gab es Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Danke für alles!

Tipp: Im El Velero Beach Club (50m die Straße runter) gibt es für einen Mindestverzehr von 500 MXN wunderschöne Strandcabanas mit Liegen, Sonnendach und sauberen Toiletten am Strand. Unbedingt Ceviche bestellen!

Lo simple que fue todo, lo apacible del lugar

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, es tranquilo, con hermosas vistas bien planificadas por la arquitectura del edificio, diseño muy limpio perfecto para relajarte y dejarte llevar por el ambiente de la isla. Y la atención por parte del staff, no se puede pedir más Flor te atiende super amable y rápido por cualquier duda o solicitud que fuera necesario hacer. Todo perfecto.

Mi única recomendación, que es por tema estético de la luz, es que cambien los focos de las lámparas bajas a luz cálida, la luz blanca y fría rompe mucho con la atmosfera del lugar y de los focos de luz cálida en el techo.

Unfortunately there were building works just along the road which were noisy - but not the fault of Coccoloba - the property facilities more than made up for it!

Die zwei Pools haben uns sehr gut gefallen, sie waren sehr sauber und der obere hat einen schönen Ausblick. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin sehr nett und ist auf Extrawünsche eingegangen. Die Laufnähe zum Strand und zur Stadt waren sehr praktisch.

Während unseres Aufenthalts, gab es von 11 Uhr bis ungefähr 19 Uhr eine sehr laute Baustelle. Diese hat vor allem auf der Dachterrasse gestört, dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts.

Nice modern suite. Nice balcony and roof top area. It’s a little bit out of town but it’s a nice walk.

Accueil et l’efficacité de Flor, situation géographique (belle plage à 4 mn à pied, centre ville à 10 mn à pied), confort du studio (excellente literie, eau filtrée, café, sel, poivre, huile d olive), possibilité de cuisiner, balcon et piscine sur le toit avec transats très confortable. Décoration très soignée !

Chambre très propre et jolie avec piscine privée même si l’eau reste froide à cause de l’ombre, l’hôte est très gentille et serviable à tout moment, la piscine sur le toit est magnifique, emplacement idéal car loin du bruit mais en même temps à 10min du centre.

Pas de petit-déjeuner dans l’établissement.

Der Aufenthalt im Coccoloba war fantastisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten das Apartment "Sunrise to Sunset Suite (Seaview)" und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist toll. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach mit dem Pool ist ein Traum! Die Lage zum Ort war für uns perfekt: Gut fußläufig zu erreichen, aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Fußweg zum Strand mit bestem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang nur 2 Minuten. Trinkwasser wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Preis für das Taxi vom Hafen waren 150 MXN.

In der Wohnung war alles super! Die Straße verläuft direkt unter dem Balkon, daher ist es etwas lauter, wenn die Buggys vorbeifahren, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für. Nachts war es aber sehr ruhig.

Amazing roof top pool space and good location. We received an amazing welcome from Fleur who was available throughout our stay for anything we needed. She was quick to answer queries and help us out with information about the island, she was super helpful and provided an amazing service! Furniture and decoration was also nice (we just needed a bit more storage!)

Our property didn’t have a balcony like we were anticipating which was a shame given the location and made it difficult to dry clothes. The room was also very minimalist which made storing our things and keeping the room tidy a bit difficult.

Door de foto’s leek het alsof het beneden zwembad hoorde bij jou kamer, dit was helaas een algemeen zwembad. Ook hadden wij een pakket aangeschaft waarbij zeezicht beloofd werd, dit was helaas ook niet het geval. Tot slot hebben we meerdere malen zonder stroom en/of water gezeten, waarschijnlijk een probleem voor het hele blok, maar nog steeds een hindering.

Abbiamo adorato le due piscine, sia quella al piano terra che quella sul rooftop: moderne, eleganti e perfette per rilassarsi. La nostra camera era ampia, luminosa e impeccabilmente pulita. We loved our 4 night stay at Coccoloba! It’s very stylish, in a convenient yet quiet location, and felt calm and comfortable throughout. The moka pot was a lovely touch, and we really appreciated the sustainable approach to drinking water- having unlimited filtered water available meant no need to buy plastic bottles during our stay. Although we didn’t use the swimming pools, they definitely added to the overall feeling of tranquility. The rooftop is beautiful, with sun loungers and a hammock- the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Maria was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, organised a private transfer to Mérida, and helped arrange our laundry, which made everything very easy. Overall, we highly recommend Coccoloba!

Die Unterkunft COCCOLOBA ist eine 10/10! Das Apartment war sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight war die Dachterasse, wo wir sowohl den Sonnenaufgang, als auch den Sonnenuntergang perfekt sehen konnten.

Pięknie zaprojektowany hotel z cudownymi widokami. Pokoje są bardzo przestronne i w pełni wyposażone. Bardzo przyjemna część wspólna na dachu, z której można oglądać wschody i zachody słońca + dostępne są maty do ćwiczeń. Hotel jest położony idealnie- bardzo blisko plaży, a do głównej ulicy prowadzi kilkuminutowy spacer, dzięki czemu wszystko jest blisko, a równocześnie okolica jest bardzo spokojna i cicha. Maria była cudownym gospodarzem :)

Espaço moderno, agradável, kitchenette com os utensílios necessários. No geral o alojamento cumpriu.

Isolamento não é o melhor. Qualidade das toalhas e produtos de banho pode ser melhorada. Acabamos por sair uma noite mais cedo do que o previsto, e tivemos alguma dificuldade em contactar o alojamento para o check-out.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin – unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Coccoloba. Maria war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht, dass es mir nichts fehlte und sie hatte tolle Tips und hilfreiche Kontakte. Die Unterkunft ist in einer top Lage, etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern, der jedoch mit einem kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen ist. Durch die Lage ist es nachts relativ ruhig. Der Weg ist beleuchtet und belebt, ich habe mich als Alleinreisende zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher oder unwohl gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse ist der wahnsinnig und insbesondere bei Sonnenaufgang ein Highlight. Besonders gefiel mir auch, dass sie Trinkwasser bereit stellen, um so Plastikmüll durch Flaschen zu vermeiden.

Was für mich leider nicht zur Ästhetik der Unterkunft passt, sind die Wasserflecken an der Decke im Zimmer und im Bad. Ebenso befanden sich Haare im Siphon des Waschbeckens und der Dusche. Jeweils eine kleine Abdeckung hätte das behoben.. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr hellhörig. Sofern Sie laute Nachbaren haben, wird das zum Problem. Ich hatte Glück und es war ruhig in der Nacht. Zu guter Letzt: ein Handtuchwechsel zwischendurch wäre wünschenswert. Ich bin mir zwar sicher, dass dies auf Nachfrage erfolgt wäre aber auch als das Zimmer gereinigt wurde, wurden keine Habdtücher getauscht.

Echt alles. Dit is oprecht een top locatie. Je zit dicht bij het stadje, je kan alle lopend doen.

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers, mooi ingericht. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Zeer rustig gelegen, net buiten het drukke centrum, maar alles op wandelafstand bereikbaar.

Amazing stay – highly recommended! We absolutely loved our time here. The accommodation is beautiful – stylish, clean, and perfectly located: close to the center, yet peaceful and quiet. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service from Maria. She was the perfect hostess – incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. When the ferries stopped running, she arranged a private transfer for us, which made it possible to catch our flight on time. In short: don’t hesitate – book this place if you’re coming to Holbox!

Las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal.

Lo único que la piscina privada de la habitación que elgimos tiene una entrada por el lateral y vimos personas que se metían, podría haber alguna valla indicando que esa piscina es privada.

L’hôtel est incroyablement mignon et cosy. Le toit avec la piscine est magnifique. Le personnel, que ce soit les gérants ou la femme de ménage étaient adorables. Parfait situé à côté de tout mais loin du bruit.

Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé sur l’île, proche du centre mais suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme. À quelques pas de la plage, bref, une belle expérience.

L'emplacement est parfait, au calme et près du centre ville, à pied. L'île est en-soi petite. Maria nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné tous les tips nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Elle a toujours été disponible à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose (notamment les tours réservés auprès d'elle). Elle connaît très bien l'Île et les locaux. La chambre était très jolie et propre. Le logement complet en lui-même est décoré et a été réalisé avec beaucoup de goût. La petite piscine sur le toit : un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir et regarder le coucher de soleil si on ne veut pas aller sur la plage.

Point à améliorer ou repenser : le petit-déjeuner proposé dans un autre "hôtel" à quelques mètres mais qui n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre ni proposé en supplément. Cette option pourrait être intéressante même s'il y a une réduction en séjournant chez l'hôte en le mentionnant lors de votre venue le matin.

Los pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia. En la cocineta había un frasco con café rico para preparar en cafetera italiana, otro con aceite de oliva delicioso, un botellón de agua y utensilios para calentar comida. Además, proporcionaron toallas de playa. Detalles que hicieron la estadía mucho más agradable.

Esta un poco lejos del centro y hay pocos restaurantes o tiendas a la mano.

we loved the price-quality experience of a very eco friendly, very clean and well decorated apartment with a stunning view to nature and a gorgeous rooftop with a pool. Also, we found a lot of tranquility. The hotel dedicated in helping us with finding great experiences in the island with a very human and warm touch. Thank you so much for everything ❤️🇦🇷

The place is stunning, from our room you could see the sea, and from the pool on the roof the wonderful starry sky. It is close to the center but far enough that it’s very quiet. Maria was a fantastic host, kind, nice and available for our needs (advices, tours, taxis). A perfect place to relax and explore if you want to.

An absolutely amazing property just on the outskirts of the noise of the town, two amazing pools and huge spacious rooms. The rooftop pool is the best place to spend a new hours, our room also had a huge balcony overlooking the island which was great to relax on. Maria the host was an absolute gem. The room was fully equipped with everything included fresh filtered water, coffee amongst other things. I cannot recommend here enough!

Coccoloba ligt op een mooie plek. Op een kleine 10 minuten lopen van het levendige centrum (!) en 150 meter van het strand (en Café del mar). Ons appartement had uitzicht op zee (twee kanten) en op het dakterras kun je (in een kleine pool) van de legendarische zonsondergang genieten. Appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen en onze host Maria zorgde voor een warm welkom.

Dat we aan drie dagen niet genoeg hadden! En dat geen enkele ATM op onze ING-pas werkte (maar gelukkig hadden we genoeg pesos en USD bij ons ... TIP!)
