Worse customer service. They didn’t fix the problem in the apartment including air conditioning, tv. If you sent them a message expect to hear from them 24 to 48 hours later with no real solution. I had to check out one day before my check out date because of many issues and didn’t get any compensation. Broken cabinets, ac not working, tv only in Spanish language they couldn’t change it to English during my 11 days stay. Saggy mattress.

Echamos en falta una fregona, no había ningún trapo ( tanto húmedo como seco) para limpiar la encimera, o la cocina. Solo había dos cosas de casa, echamos en falta más menaje.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Een ruim appartement met een lekker breed bed, wel een beetje hard naar mijn mening. Fijn dat er een wasmachine was. De wijk er omheen is schoon, mooi groen en rustig. Supermarkt op de hoek, Engelse Pub op de andere hoek. Heerlijk gegeten daar. Mooi uitzicht over Medellin vanaf het dak, vooral 's avonds erg mooi.
We misten een handdoek en theedoek voor in de keuken. En extra handdoeken in de badkamer was fijn geweest als je er 4 nachten slaapt, we hadden slechts 2 handdoeken. Deze nu meegedraaid in onze was, maar voor alleen 2 handdoeken zet ik geen wasmachine aan.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The location was excellent and one of the biggest highlights of my stay. It was right in the heart of Laureles, making it easy to walk to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, dental clinics, and just about everything I needed. Having an on-site gym was very important to me, and it met my needs well. What stood out the most was the customer service. On my first night, I experienced an issue with my payment and was unable to complete it before arriving. While I was communicating with the host and trying to resolve the issue, they allowed me to access the unit and stay the night even though they had not yet received payment. They trusted that I would take care of it the following morning, which I did. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels and vacation rentals, and I have never had a host extend that level of trust and understanding. To me, that was exceptional customer service and made a very positive first impression. Another feature I appreciated was that the management company had an office located directly in the building. If I needed assistance, had a question, or required any type of service, I could speak with someone in person rather than relying solely on messages. The property was exactly as advertised—the photos accurately reflected the unit, and in many ways it actually exceeded my expectations.
I would have liked to see a few more building amenities available to guests. While the gym was great and covered my most important requirement, additional amenities would have made the overall experience even better.

La chambre est un peux bruillantte de la façon dont l'édifice est fait, il y a une trappe de ventilation qui donne sur l'intérieur de l'immeuble et on entend les portes ouvrir et ferme des autres occupants.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Great location. Not in the heart of the main commercial district but close, very safe feeling. Next to two supermarkets and a pharmacy. Approx 30 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Estadio). Nice cafes nearby. Lovely rooftop with gym. In-unit washer with a drying rack and a reasonable kitchen setup. Beautiful views from the room and on the rooftop.
Cleaning could have been more thorough. Sofa had a strong body odor smell though they tried masking it with excessive fragrances. Limited hot water. Generally quiet but if there's street noise there's very little sound insulation from the windows. Wobbly table and broken nightstand door. Rug with some gum stains.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Un gran lugar para ir a Medellín por negocios, luego de la agenda apretada, el particular camino del aeropuero hacia Medellín y una noche en Provenza lo que mas quieres es llegar a un ben espacio, con buena cama y un ambiente tranquilo que te hace sentir como en casa. Recomendado todo en este lugar.

Some basics like salt, black pepper and some washing powder would be very much appreciated by your guests.

Het dakterras van het gebouw heeft geen zitjes. Jammer dat ze daar niet wat zitgelegenheid maken met dat mooie uitzicht. Ook zit je hier ver van de metro. Maar het ligt wel in een veilige buurt met diverse restaurants en cafeetjes.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Die Lage war zentral in Laurales gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist jedoch auch an einer viel befahrenen Straße gelegen. Das Zimmer war riesig und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war auch neu und der Service/die Mitarbeiter waren extrem bemüht, äußerst freundlich und schnell. Außerdem konnten wir kostenlos unsere Taschen nach dem auschecken lagern.
Die Zimmer sind anders als beschrieben NICHT schallisoliert. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast. Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer an der Hauptstraße, welches extrem laut war selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern haben wir den Fahrzeuglärm gehört. Komischerweise befinden sich in den Fenstern Schlitze nach außen, sodass es nie richtig geschlossen ist. Außerdem befinden sich große Lüftungsschlitze zum Flur/Hoteleingangshalle, weswegen man auch hier alles hört und es extrem laut ist durch die Bauweise des Gebäudes. Ausserdem scheint permanent das Flurlicht ins Zimmer durch die Schlitze. Leider konnten wir hier auch in dem zweiten Zimmer, welches nach hinten gelegen war, durch den Schall des Innenraums nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen.

La atención y sobre todo la honestidad al no cancelar nuestra reservación, teniendo en cuenta lo que estaba pasando en Medellín por ese fin de semana que fueron los conciertos de Bad Bunny. El anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a lo que necesitábamos y la habitación era muy linda, muy aseada. Muy contentos por esta experiencia y esperamos volver pronto por este lugar. Dios los bendiga siempre.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Tolles Appartement, alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles in einem tadellosem Zustand, bzw. Neu. Sehr geschmackvoll, ich bin rundum zufrieden. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, nicht so weich, wie es häufig üblich ist.
Alles perfekt, wer hier viel kochen möchte wird vielleicht noch etwas mehr Utensilien vermissen.

La comunicación es bastante regular. Te dan un numero de WhatsApp que nadie responde. A mi esposo le respondieron de otro numero del que dan para comunicarse

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Studio tout confort. Très propre, sécurisé et placé dans un quartier calme autour de restaurants/cafes. Le logement est grand et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (frigo, kitchenette, machine à laver…). La vue sur Medellin est magnifique. Le personnel est très sympa.
Nous avions besoin de laisser nos bagages la journée et il était possible de les laisser jusque milieu d’après midi seulement. Cela dit il existe des conciergeries aux alentours si besoin.
