Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Es un hospedaje simple, con buena ducha, buena cama, lindo barrio y muy limpio. El anfitrión está muy pendiente de cualquier mensaje y se esfuerza porque te sientas bien. Si sos una chica que viaja sola, te lo recomiendo te vas a sentir muy segura.

L'appartement est en RDC et donne sur le trottoir.il n'y a aucune possibilité de cuisiner mais une bouilloire à disposition et de l'eau filtrée

Reviewed May 11, 2026C’est propre, confortable et on y dort très bien. La douche avec de l’eau chaude était top ! A proximité de tout. Martin est une personne agréable, arrangeante et aussi de très bons conseils. Il a prit le temps pour communiquer même si je ne parlais pas du tout espagnol. Gracias por todo !

Reviewed May 15, 2024I ended up staying here a week as I really liked the place and the host goes out of his way to ensure you are confortable. The WiFi is excellent, over 50 mbps in the bedroom and over 30 in the ñiving room where you have a sofa and table with a window outside. There's a kettle and the bathroom Is a decent size with a hot shower. There's also a fan in the bedroom. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to town and there's a shop 2 doors away that sells almost everything.
I have nothing negative to say about this place, it was just a shame they'were doing constructón work next door so it was noisy sometimes.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2023A good, clean, safe place to spend the night. The bed is comfortable, the place simple and clean. Martin is a wonderful host. Water dispenser and electric kettle provided. The area is quiet, safe, and 4 blocks from a street with live music and lots of restaurants, two cafes nearby to grab a coffee and breakfast. Good value!

Reviewed Oct 16, 2023Super friendly and attentive host. The place has everything for a good night sleep, it’s clean, has a good bed, hot shower, and it’s very quiet. Simple, yet so convenient. And safe. Location is very good with café s and convenient stores around the corner, a large supermarket nearby, and a great pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants and live music 3 blocks away. I do advise people to pay cash as it is a better value for you.
