Very neat and secure Knd, caring and respectful host Kind, respectful and welcoming staff: Security was very kind and very vigilant; Housekeeping was very kind and welcoming; Host was very welcoming. Receptionist ( Host) consistently checked in and the food from recommended restaurant was great. Loved my time there. Moroccans are very welcoming, accommodating and kind. Will definitely think of AerpStudio when next we plan to visit Morocco. Thanks AeroStudios for your warm hospitality.

Very friendly

I booked this property and went to the listed location, but when I arrived, no one answered my calls or responded to my attempts to contact them. Since I had nowhere to stay, I had to book a hotel at my own expense. Despite not being able to access the property, I was never refunded. When I called again, a lady assured me that I would receive a full refund, but I never did. What makes the situation even stranger is that the following day I received a text message thanking me for taking care of the property and leaving it clean, even though I never had access to the accommodation or stayed there.

The location is safe with security and the room and living room are spacious, well furnished and clean. The room was cool so we didnt have to use the air conditioner. This is the second time I have stayed there.

Appartement très propre et bien entretenu, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L’environnement est agréable, calme et confortable. Un grand merci surtout à Madame Meryem pour son suivi, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme que j’ai beaucoup appréciés. Merci pour tout. J’ai passé un très bon séjour et je recommande vivement ce studio à mes amis et à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Casablanca. Excellent service, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne la présence de moustiques. Je recommande l’installation de moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour encore plus de confort.

The host, Meryem, is very kind to us. Always check if everything is OK. She managed a car rental for us in Casablanca Airport. The location is only 10-15 minutes from the Casablanca Airport. Very smooth check-in and check-out.

It's quite cold in the winter and the AC is not sufficient to warm the spacious living room. But in overall, all is good.

Später Check (2AM) in ohne Probleme möglich. Inhaberin hat uns ein günstiges Taxi vom Flughafen und am Morgen sogar in die Stadt besorgt. Auch ansonsten sehr hilfsbereit und nett!

La localisation était un peu compliqué à trouver. J'ai eu quelques difficultés à avoir les codes d'entrée, que j'ai réussi à avoir à l'aide du vigile.

Everything very peaceful, calm and very clean only 8/10 minutes from the airport which was amazing. Thank u sooooooooooo much Mohammed Ayoub and Meryam you both so absolutely amazing and available round the clock for any assistance will do definitely return back for my third visit in shaa Allah

Property was beautiful, clean and tidy, very comfortable. Was easy to access. Price was so affordable and luxury for its small price. I would recommend and I would stay again

The apartment was very spacious, well-ventilated, and exceeded my expectations. The host arranged a driver who picked us up from the airport and even accompanied us to town to buy souvenirs. He also took us on a pleasant sightseeing tour, which made us very happy. We had a great lunch together, and he later took us back to the airport. He was very kind and punctual throughout the entire experience.

I would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately, I only had a one-day transit. That said, I truly loved everything about the place.

The apartment was well furnished.

So. We got off to a bad start when I booked on the website for two people and the owner told me that I had booked for only one and asked me to pay 10 euros more or I would lose the money because I couldn't get it back. I insisted saying that I had booked for two, he told me that ok, no problem for the 10 euros (I tried to book the same place for another date and even in this case, even though I proceeded with the booking for two, at the end of the booking it indicated only one guest). We went there, he video called me telling me to pass the phone to the owner of a nearby bar, they started speaking in Arabic and I had to give him 10 euros. Check in remotely so always connected on video call we went in front of the entrance of the apartment and I had to pass the phone to another person with whom he always spoke in Arabic, to have me open the main door. Apartment well equipped but in the bathroom there was a leak from the boiler inside the cabinet above the toilet, so every time you sat down to do your business, the water fell on your back. We went to bed and in the morning there was water in the whole bathroom. The shower water was hot for the first of the two who took it, for the second it was already cold and, even though I was told about the Wi-Fi, there was no Wi-Fi with that name and when I wrote to the owner he never replied. To top it all off after all this the owner offered to give me a discount for the next stay in exchange for a great review.
