We didn't mind but I guess there is little daylight because of how it's located. Since we.only stayed for the night it was not an issue though!

The spiral staircase is a little steep, which could potentially be an issue for elderly guests or very young children.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The apartment is absolutely amazing and unique. Perfectly located, 5 minutes from the metro Dimotiko Theatro. Beautifully decorated in a loft style, very spacious and very clean. Good contact with the host. I regret that we have spent only one night there.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Lovely flat, furnished with style and super clean. You can find restaurants and bars near by and it is walking distance (10 mins) from the ferry gates to the islands. The host is helpful and ready to respond to all your needs. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Ήταν από τις φορές που η πραγματικότητα ήταν πολύ καλύτερη από τις φωτογραφίες. Ωραίος καθαρός και άνετος χώρος με εξαιρετικό γούστο φτιαγμένος , είχε ότι μπορούσες να χρειαστείς, άνετα κρεβάτια, δυο μπάνια ένα σε κάθε όροφο όλα ήταν φανταστικά. Βρήκα εύκολα να παρκάρω 20 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Για οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά ήταν σούπερ ο χώρος. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας . Ήταν μόνο ένα βράδυ σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά στο μέλλον. Δίπλα είχε τουλάχιστον 3 φούρνους για πρωινό. Γειτονιά ήσυχη. Σχέση ποιότητας / τιμής καταπληκτική.
Μια πρόταση βελτίωσης μια ποιο βολική κρεμάστρα για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο, ήταν μόνο πίσω από την πόρτα.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Accès très facile dès l’arrivée du ferry, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’appartement est vraiment magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et une belle attention portée aux détails. Tout est parfaitement propre et très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien pour passer un séjour confortable. On s’y sent tout de suite bien, comme à la maison. Nous aurions adoré pouvoir rester plus longtemps tant le lieu est accueillant et reposant.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2025location was perfect for one night between arriving at Athens International Airport after long-haul flight and ferry next day. Easy access, walking distance from airport train and to ferry terminal. Restaurants and supermarkets close by for food. Cooked dinner in well-equipped kitchen. We left something in the room and owner found it and held for us and made it ease for us to collect on our way back through Piraeus after island trip. Excellent communication and access prior, throughout trip and after. Main and sofa beds equally comfortable.

As we were travelling with a baby the spiral staircase was quite challenging, and there was also a fair amount of street noise while sleeping, however we were there on a Saturday night.
