Reviewed Aug 16, 2026A peaceful and secluded place, quite remote for this part of Sweden. It is a good choice if you are looking for a quiet stay away from the crowds. We also recommend visiting the nearby open-air museum in Linköping — a historic part of the city that is open to visitors and well worth seeing.
The location is quite isolated, although when spending time outside, you can hear cars passing on a nearby main road with heavier traffic. There is no internet/Wi-Fi, but we knew this in advance, so it was not a surprise or a problem for us.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026De locatie: prachtig in de natuur, geen buren (behalve de koeien) Je komt echt in een leuk huisje terecht, klein maar gezellig. Voldoende ruimte en een grote tuin en eet plek. Een beetje verouderd maar we hebben kunnen koken. Alle maaltijden in het huisje gedaan dus op dat vlak alles op orde.

Some kitchen utensils and cookware were worn out, so I'd just upgrade them preserving the same old-fashioned feeling.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Prachtige plek, goede locatie, woonkamer ruim genoeg voor 4 personen, fijn dat je zelf naar binnen kunt met sleutelkastje en niemand hoeft te ontmoeten terwijl je moe bent van de reis. Charmant
Boek dit huisje niet als je van warme voeten houdt (of neem je uggs mee) of als je van een goede goed uitgeruste keuken houdt (1 koekepan en 1 pan, geen oven, geen afzuigkap). De 2 stapelbedden zijn een soort scheepsbedden smal en dun matras maar prima. Geen privacy in de douche/wc want geen douchegordijn.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Świetna lokalizacja, niedaleko Linkoping (muzeum lotnicatwa i skansen miejski). Dom umieszczony na końcu wsi wśród pól. Wspaniałe miejsce na relaks i spacery. Dom z klimatem, utrzymeny w starym stylu, śniadanie na tarasie śmakuje wyśmienicie, gril dostępny dla gości. Szkoda, że mogliśmy tam być tylko jedną noc. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jeśli będę w okolicy to chętnie bym tam jeszcze nocował.
BRAK POŚCIELI - tradycyjnie w Szwecji w miejscach noclegowych nie ma pościeli, polecam mieć własny śpiwór.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Authentisch in seiner Einfachheit und trotzdem alles was man braucht da, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. War perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt und wir waren tatsächlich gerne länger geblieben! Häuschen ist nicht nur "auf alt gemacht" sondern sehr liebevoll und schön das Alte erhalten.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Huisje in de middle of nowhere tussen de weilanden. Prachtige plek als je van rust en ruimte houdt. Huisje was leuk ingericht.
Slaapplekken vielen wat tegen. De bedden zijn erg klein en de bedden kraken en piepen waardoor slapen soms moeilijker is.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025What a lovely place! The house was small and cosy with many lovely details. Unfortynately our child got sick so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted to. The landscape is beautiful and neighbours (cows) were so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Location in the country side but close enough (15 minute drive) from Linköping. Well set procedure to navigate to the location and get the keys and access the property. No any problems or challenges whatsoever. Cleanliness and minor details like fresh flowers set up on the table and literature and magazines about forestry and agriculture of Östgötaland of Sweden. We stayed only one night while passing by, but we definately would have wanted to stay longer and visiting small farm producers, farm shops and micro-breweries all around conveniently listed in "Östgötamat" magazine available in the house.
There wasn't really anything negative, but as the site itself is interesting being next to a huge country house (apparently being part of the property) and the house itself named on "brewer house", it would be nice addition to have some historic summary available of house itself and the surroundings.
