nuisances sonores, l'appartement donne sur 2 rues très/trop circulantes et proximité d'une discothèque à ciel ouvert (nuits hachées difficiles) appartement pour théoriquement 6 personnes mais seulement 4 chaises de table, salle de bain peu pratique car exigue, bonde bouchée, literie de 140 cm, wifi non fonctionnelle, poêle téflon abîmée, attention la terrasse annoncée est un banc en bois sur une voie de passage donnant sur appartements

Central, proche de tout

Appartement très bruyant car sur la route principale, odeur persistante dans la salle de bain/ toilette, le balcon sert à sécher le linge et la cour est toujours occupée. Prix exorbitant pour la prestation. Lit dans le séjour pour des enfants de 10 ans sinon risque de casser des lattes.

Leider liegt es direkt ab der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, die unweit in eine Kreuzung mit einer weiteren stark befahrenen Straße mündet. In den Sommermonaten wäre eine Klimaanlage nötig.

Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral. Kurze Gehzeiten zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strand. Die Küche ist mit den Dingen ausgestattet, die man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Check-in klappt sehr gut, der Schlüssel liegt in einem Safe. Vermieter ist über Whatsapp erreichbar.

Durch die Lage an einer Hauptstraße ist es bis zum Abend und auch morgens recht laut, so dass man kaum bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Im Bad roch es die gesamte Zeit sehr unangehehm. Woher dieser Geruch kam, konnten wir nicht feststellen. Auch der Kühlschrank stank regelrecht beim ersten Öffen. Vermutlich hatten Vormieter hier etwas vergammeln lassen. Da der Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt war ( Flecken und Krümel), konnte der Geruch auch nicht entweichen. Nachdem ich diesen Job übernommen hatte, war der Kühlschrank benutzbar. Das Geschirr im Schrank war ebenfalls schmutzig. Die Vormieter hatten es wahrscheinlich nur mal kurz unter das Wassergehalten, aber nicht richtig gespült.

O apartamento estava limpo com loiças necessárias e equipamentos habituais das cozinhas a funcionar bem. A localização é ótima pois está perto da praia e restaurantes.

Apenas o seguinte senão, não consegui escurecer a sala onde estava uma cama individual por não mover a portada ou falta de um cortinado escuro.

Não tem o serviço completo de copos e talheres , pegas ( que depois foram entregues), pá estragada( depois foi substituída) , toalhas muito fracas. Sem chapéu de sol que podia ser emprestado aos hóspedes . Várias avarias que foram comunicadas ao proprietário ( que se encontra longe do imóvel )!

Apartamento no centro da vila, ideal para quem viaja sozinho, ou em família. Sala e cozinha espaçosas, com utensílios básicos necessários e bons equipamentos. O Duarte é simpático e muito prestável! Recomendo!

Apartamento muito confortável e bem equipado no centro da Vila e por isso perto de tudo inclusive da praia. Srª da limpeza muito simpática e prestável.

Great location close in the Vila Baleira center. In walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket and the beach. The owner, Duarte, was helpful.

The equipment is very basic, has been used a lot. There’s definitely some mold in the apartment - you can see it and smell it. The apartment could definitely use some remodelling and new furniture and equipment. There’s also some noise from the main street below.

Charmant appartement spacieux, bien équipé et situé pour rester sur l'île de Porto Santo. Divan méga confortable Propriétaire extrêmement réactif et sympathique. Nous avons pu poser nos affaires dans un espace sécurisé avant et après notre réservation, nous avons reçu une prise anti-moustique bien utile et des conseils pour se restaurer et découvrir l'île

We were kindly offered a free upgrade to this larger apartment shortly after arrival. Great location a short walk from the seafront with ground floor access and ample space inside. Well furnished, open plan kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of natural light. Separate double bedroom plus 2 modular beds available in the living area. TV and WiFi fast enough for streaming. Good size walk-in shower and hot water. Balcony overlooking the street outside with small table to enjoy eating out. Includes space to hang clothes after using the included washing machine. All appliances clean and in good condition. Great self-contained accommodation for vacationing or remote working with fast internet.

Huoneessa oli aika monipuoliset varusteet, myös pesukone jota käytinkin. Sänky oli hyvä kuten myös suihku. Kaikki kaupungin palvelut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, ranta, bussiasema, kaupat, ravintolat, baarit yms. Hyvä hinta, joustava tulo/lähtö.

Tämä huone ei sovellu kovin pitkälle yli 175 cm, koska on yläkerrassa ja katot ovat vinot. Minulle ok. Lämmitystä ei ollut, sen voiisi lisätä. Kesäaikaan yläkerran huone on todennäköisesti kuuma.

It was clean

The kitchen electricity supplies are not safe and a water cooked was broken. We didn't know and we reported a burned cable smell. A guy came to take a look but didn't do anything and told us that we should inform the neighbor so that he reports if something starts burning. We felt very unsafe. When we were checking out we found out ourselves the problem and reported it immediately to the owner as we were afraid for the safety of the next guests. Not only they didn't thank us for this but the owner wrote us that we should give him 35 EUR as we broke the water cooker. I am not sure how you can break a water cooker. I can only say stay away from this flat for safety issues. We reported this issue to booking so hope it will be shortly taken care of. Other negatives: you cant use the balcony as it is on a very loud street and has no view. The address that was on booking is wrong and when we arrived at night we had to wait until we heard back from the owner and he sent us completely different location. There are too many nice places in Porto Santo in the center, and we regret staying in this flat and ruining our vacations, waiting and looking for and electricity burn and fire, worrying and being requested money.

Ich würde bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen,dass es sich bei der Unterkunft um eine Loft mit schrägen, teilweise niedrigen Decken handeln würde. Tatsächlich war das für mich kaum störend. Bei mehr als zwei Personen mag das anders sein. Die gehobene, komfortabel Ausstattung und die gute Lage war für den günstigen Preis bemerkenswert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super. Dazu stand ein kostenloses Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Auch der Transport zum Flughafen war eine zusätzliche Leistung. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

A localização é fantástica e super central, sem necessidade de viaturas. O apartamento dispõe de todas as comodidades. o anfitrião demonstrou-se sempre disponível para qualquer questão.

Super miejsce położone w samym centrum, niesamowitym kontakt z właścicielem. Zameldowanie wcześniej to samo dotyczy wymeldowania właściciel pozwolił nam zostać o 3 godzin dużej. A deska SUP którą wynajęliśmy od właściciela przyniosła nam wiele zabawy w ocenie.
