Excellent communication. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in Nykobing. This is our second time staying here and we would come again.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Hyggeligt alternativ til sommerhus. Vi var heldige med vejret, så det gjorde selvfølgelig oplevelsen perfekt. Har varmt anbefalet til venner / kollegaer, at tage et "get away" på én af husbådene.
Har ikke umiddelbart noget, der kunne være bedre / anderledes.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025Die Aussicht , Die Lage, Optische Aussehen des Hausboots (neu , modern). Ausstattung an Board (Küchenutensilien, Toilettenpapier) Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super Funktioniert, diesbezüglich Kontaktloser Check in/out.
Der Geruch von dem Toilettenabfluss. Der Staubsauger hatte nicht genug Power.

Reger Publikums - Betrieb im und am Hafen erschwerte das Ein- und Ausschlafen. Regenwasser-Problem an den Fenstern verhinderte eine kontinuierlich gute Lüftung. Schmale Betten erforderten getrenntes Schlafen.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Wir hatten das Hausboot #25 und entsprechend einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen und den Sund. Das Deck vom Hausboot ist genial und sehr schön zum verweilen und die Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Das parken war einfach und ganz in der nähe der Hausboote.
Die Betten sind ziemlich unkomfortable da die Federlernmatratze sehr weich ist und sinkt in den Bettrahmen ein sodass man sich beim Aufstehen und hineinlegen ins Bett sich immer an dem Bettrahmen stoßt. Hier wäre sicherlich eine härtere und höhere Matratze besser.

Das Doppelbett war mit 140cm Breite etwas schmal für zwei Mitteleuropäer:) wenn man sein Bett mit 90cm gewöhnt ist. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2024For people unfamiliar with boats like us, this is a very original way of "camping". There is no risk you inadvertently raise the anchor or start the diesels (they are not there). The boat is fully equipped and offers a nice view on the other boats in the harbor. A very original way of staying in Nykobing, of which the center is at walking distance.
The four boats are close together, so a loud party at one of the other boats does not go unnoticed.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2024The deck upstairs was absolutely gorgeous and had lots of space and furniture to enjoy the great location. The kitchen/living room area had everything we needed. The location was wonderful as we could walk to the center of town pretty easily and there were lots of shops are restaurants nearby.
The mattress on the full bed was uncomfortable. It felt cheap and thin. It was painful to sleep on because the wood sides all along the frame were too tall for a mattress this thin and it would press into us, when we got in or out of bed.

Reviewed May 6, 2023It was as advertised. It was comfortable and in a great location. A little cramped as it is a boat, but if the weather is good you can be on upper deck and its fabulous. It is very well equipped. Beware there will be additional charges (linens, towels, and electricity) that were not listed before you accepted the booking. The staff contacted me to resolve a payment issue, she was friendly and helpful.
Everything was as advertised, but the additional charges should be listed before you book.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2022Location with great sunset - in August the sun was shining straight into the roof terrace and we had wonderful sunset with picture. Everything rather brandnew! Great for people who love to enjoy the ambience and feeling of "sleeping on water".
