Perfect stay – we were absolutely delighted! We were extremely happy with our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, exceptionally comfortable, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest detail. Everything felt very well cared for, and there was absolutely nothing missing. It was the perfect place for an overnight stop on our way to our holiday destination. Everything we needed was already there, so we practically didn’t have to take anything out of the car – except our toothbrushes! 😊 We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Next time we are passing through, this will be our first choice. Highly recommended!

The bed sheets was a bit too scratchy for me personally.

لقد أعجبني في البيت أشياء كثيرة منها نظافة البيت و وكل شي فيه جديد و كرم الضيافة من قبل المالك و حسن معاملته Mir gefielen viele Dinge an dem Haus, unter anderem die Sauberkeit, die Tatsache, dass alles neu war, und die Gastfreundschaft und der gute Umgang des Besitzers.

Wir hatten ein sehr gemütliches und ruhiges Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat bestens geklappt. Im Ort gab es ein gutes Restaurant, das man bequem, in wenigen Minuten, zu Fuß erreichen konnte.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

l'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Joli appartement moderne tout confort , Climatiseur, propreté, super équipé. environnement et nature très intéressants a proximité pour trek et ballades forestières lacs et sites touristiques a 1 h max du site

Чудове розташування серед краси природи . Нові апартаменти , зручні меблі , велике мʼяке ліжко , укомплектована кухня , все продумано до дрібниць , велика ванна кімната , простора душ . Є паркінг біля будинку.

Sehr sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet, Surround Sound Anlage in der ganzen Wohnung, Top ausgestattete Küche, uvm.

Die TV Geräte/Bildschirme könnten etwas größer sein, reichen aber aus.

We especially appreciated the excellent equipment of the entire apartment, its spotless cleanliness, and the outstanding hospitality of the host Romana. She was incredibly responsive, proactive in handling any situation, and truly went above and beyond to provide a perfect guest experience. Highly recommended!

Just the location isn't perfect, but it's very subjective and still all the seas are approachable and not far. For a visit of Linz it would be great though.

Boli sme už viackrát a vždy sa sem vrátime keď máme cestu. Ubytovanie je skvelé. Vybavenie úžasné. Prostredie úplný kľud. Čisto voňavo čo my milujeme. Ak chcete super pobyt cítiť sa ako doma tak nevynechajte . Je to tu proste top😉

Very nice, modern, clear and very well equipped apartment. I definitely recommend it!

Prenádherný byt úplne novo zariadený. Domáce kino v spálni . Hudba hrála aj v kúpeľni. Kuchyňa skvele vybavená. Čisto a voňavo. Potešila nás fľaška výborného vínka. Určite zakaždým prídeme keď budeme mať cestu .

Das Appartment ist sehr modern und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Herşey çok ama çok iyiydi. Ev sahibi bayan çok ilgiliydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı. Şu ana kadar kaldığomız yerler içerisinde en temizi diyebilirim. Evde kahve ve çay çeşitleri mevcut. Ayrıca ev sahibi tarafından ikram olarak sunulan şampanya ve çikolatalar harikaydı.

Apartamento inmejorable. Tenía todo lo necesario y más para tener una estancia perfecta. El entorno es maravilloso y el apartamento era muy amplio, cómodo y la limpieza era exquisita. Teníamos aire acondicionado, además de varios ventiladores. En nuestro dormitorio teníamos un escritorio con muchos enchufes que me sirvió para poder trabajar, además de un armario muy cómodo donde dejar nuestras cosas bien ordenadas. La wifi funcionaba muy bien. Tenía lavadora y nos dejaron jabón para ella. El coche se puede aparcar en la puerta del apartamento.

Las instrucciones de entrada para encontrar el apartamento no eran muy claras y nos costó bastante encontrar el nuestro, aunque la anfitriona estuvo pendiente y enseguida se solucionó.

Cleanliness and facilities

The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with both shower and bath. Bad Hall is the nearest place of interest and eateries. The kitchen was well-equipped with hob, oven, fridge and microwave. Steyr is a bit further afield and the Benedictine monastery at Kremsmunster. The location is very much one from which to travel out in exploration of the local region.

The lady who greeted us was most pleasant and helpful which compensated for the fact that the access instructions are not very useful as they do not indicate where the front door to the apartment is to be found in a large block, nor the number of the door, leading to a random search for someone to help.... The apartment is fitted with modern furnishings in large rooms, but the furniture and design are not the most convenient or thoughtful! My bedroom, for example, was equipped with 7 power points for very efficient use of multiple electrical gadgets if I travelled with such numbers, but only two uncomfortable pillows which obstructed a comfortable night's sleep. There was also a disproportionately large closet which could have housed an ensuite shower! The other bedroom featured a desk with no chair, a wall-cupboard in a most awkward position and an outsized standard lamp that needlessly occupies a lot of space. The kitchen lacked a simple toaster and sported only two bowls for breakfast cereal amidst a mass of plates and glasses. The wifi struggled to cope with smart tv streaming: the two tv's were each in the bedrooms and not in the lounge. There is not a lot in Adlwang itself. So, in summary, the haphazard nature of the equipment, layout and furnishings and the poor access instructions.

The host is very friendly and responded immediately when we had any questions. The apartment was quite clean when we arrived.

The shower and toilette are in the same room. Also, there was neither AC nor a fan in the rooms, in hot summer, you had to open the windows and you hear road noise (since the property is located on the main street). Place a fan in those rooms, this would by the way would surely enhance the property features.

Room is new, modern, clean and the apartment has everything you need. The host was very responsive and nice. The place is very quiet. It is a very rural area but it is easily accessed by car. Private parking is definitely a plus.

Not exactly a problem but mentioning that A/C in the apartment during a heat wave but no problem by opening the window in the evening (the windows had nets that presented insects entering the apartment).

You could tell from the start, that a lot of care and effort went into trying to anticipate our every need. We were greeted in such a warm and friendly manner, with recommendations for nearby sightseeing. Following that, we were able to have a welcome cheers with a complimentary drink 🥂 and felt immediately at home. The location for us, was perfect (within reach of lake districts but in the peaceful rolling green hills of the Austrian countryside). The kitchen is well appointed and there is also a comfortable outdoor area to relax in. The washing machine was great to have while travelling.

More supportive and/or extra pillows for the bed would make this a 10. We had enough coffee pods for the first day, but then the local supermarket didn't supply coffee pods to suit that machine.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. Newly and tastefully built. Very spacius for the whole family. Beautiful bathroom and nice owner

This place was amazing it felt like we were at home on our holiday. It had everything you needed. The rural area was absolutely stunning. This has been my favourite accommodation.

Nothing to not like.

The apartment was modern and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It's about a 40 minute drive to Lake Gmunden from the apartment. Our host, Romana, was so kind and communicative. Check-in, parking, and everything went so smoothly. If we ever travel to this area again, we would definitely stay here.

New and fresh modern design and facilities. Perfect equipped kitchen including free coffee, tea, spices etc. Welcome bottle of frizzante. Private parking. Fast and stable WiFi. Nice balcony with a green, peaceful view. Great location 8 min to Bad Hall. Spacious bedroom, large Netflix enabled TV. Large bathtub.
