Spacious house and practical for 5 people to comfortably live in. Location to A1 was good, only detractor was the fact that the house is only 5m from the dual carriageway which meant the traffic noise is high. In very warm weather, having the windows open obviously makes the noise a little louder.
Unfortunately, the house was not clean upon arrival. The host was contacted but due to being away from home, could not offer any help. We had to knuckle down and clean the house before feeling comfortable enough to settle in. The positives were: Toilet, bathrooms and towels were clean The negatives were: Bed linen freshness was doubtful - there were human hairs on some of the bedsheets. Fortunately the host advised that there was spare linen in a cupboard which we were able to use. Kitchen cupboards were not cleaned out, cutlery tray was really dirty Nespresso coffee machine had not been serviced, the old pods were in the machine Kitchen bin was not cleaned, old hardened food waste on the outside and inside of the lid Some of the house doors had spill stains from liquid on them and needed wiped down Generally, the house was dusty. Old cobwebs were around most of the window reveals, dead flies were on the window sills, the vacuuming was incomplete. The house could do with a good spring clean. The host was given all the picture evidence and was really apologetic. Hopefully the issues will be resolved before another customer arrives. We selected the property based on the reviews available on Booking.com The reviews were excellent and cleanliness was rated very high. The ratings did not reflect the reality though.
Great family property close to the Game of Thrones Pick Up centre and the Banbridge Boulevard. Great for outlet shopping with a Omniplex cinema complex nearby. The owners were very helpful and made sure the house was well heated before we arrived.
Very close to the dual carriageway so can be noisy but we still found it very comfortable..
This property was warm clean and comfortable. It's very spacious - which is what we were looking for. Also, it's located very close to the outlet centre in Banbridge, and other amenities. The host was very polite and accommodating and helpful. When we got locked out accidentally, Michael very kindly got to the house super-quick to help us - and went out of his way on a bank holiday to do so. We were very pleased with this accomodation.
Beautiful home with great garden and lots of usable space for the whole family inside and out. Home equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Hosts were great communicators and always focused on making sure we were comfortable.
Nothing.

Areas to consider
Cleanliness
6.5/10Significant cleanliness issues on arrival: dusty rooms, cobwebs, dead flies on sills, dirty cutlery tray, unclean kitchen bin and hairs on bed linen — major detractor.
Service
9.9/10Host was apologetic and provided spare linen after being contacted; however immediate assistance was limited because the host was away from home.
Location
9.4/10Convenient location with good access to the A1, but the property is very close to a dual carriageway which causes noticeable traffic noise.
Room Quality
9.9/10Spacious and practical for five people with clean bathrooms and towels; some issues with stained doors and questionable freshness of some bed linen.
Amenities
9.6/10Well-equipped (e.g., Nespresso machine, kitchen facilities) but several amenity-related cleanliness issues: old pods in machine, unclean cupboards and bins.
Value for Money
9.7/10Selected based on strong reviews; the mismatch between advertised cleanliness and reality reduced perceived value, though space and location add value.
Food and Beverage
9.7/10Bathrooms and towels were reported clean; kitchen and coffee machine required attention (old pods, unclean surfaces), but basic F&B amenities present.
Overall Experience
9.7/10A disappointing start due to cleanliness issues, but the property is spacious and well-located and the host was apologetic — overall stay still had positive aspects.
