The view, the surroundings and the house.

The small bridge towards the house gave us few chills on the first few passes due to our large car. We got used to it in the end.

We had a wonderful stay at Fløten in Stryn and ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. This was the first time we stayed in one place for six nights during our trip, and they were truly some of the best days of our vacation. The apartment is modern, spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is surrounded by waterfalls, mountains, lakes, and rivers—it honestly felt like paradise. A special thank you to our host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Stryn and would love to return again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This place was simply wonderful! Everything was brand new, sparkling clean, and beautifully designed. The furnishings were so tasteful and incredibly comfortable that we instantly felt at home. We honestly wished we could have stayed much longer, but it was already booked. A truly special place we would return to in a heartbeat!

Die Wohnung ist so toll, wie beschrieben und auch in anderen Beurteilungen bewertet. Sehr schöne Lage mit fantastischem Blick. Hervorragende Ausstattung in Top-Zustand. Wirklich alles bestens.

Wir reisen viel und meine Frau ist mit Unterkünften sehr kritisch. Diese Unterkunft ist seit Langem die erste, an der sie nichts zu kritisieren hatte. Ich würde daher sagen: hier gibt es echt nichts zu kritisieren!

Fantastisch mooi, licht, modern en comfortabel huis. Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed uitgerust in alle ruimtes. Handdoeken in overvloed en dat was heel fijn, want meestal krijg je die maar 1 kleine en 1 grote per persoon. Fijne keuken met goede apparatuur. Twee toiletten: ook heel fijn ! Buiten was er een fijne bank met stoelen én een eettafel met stoelen, waardoor je heerlijk buiten kon zitten. Fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijk rustige plek. De eigenaar was goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam.

Wonderful location - both in terms of the view & the village of Flo itself. You are at the end of the road so very peaceful & the village of mainly fruit farms is just a delight. Plus it is a lovely walk down to the quay, beach, boathouses & sauna. Flotun itself has been beautifully designed & constructed to the highest standards. It is warm, spacious & has everything you could need for the most comfy of stays. Two lovely bedrooms (hard to choose!), a state of the art bathroom with a wonderfully comfy bath & a lovely walk in shower. Plus another separate toilet & a utility room with everything needed for washing & drying. Plus there is really comfy outdoor furniture - tables, upright chairs & ‘have a snooze’ chairs. Plus good parking, a hose, & an EV charger The kitchen is a delight - large, well designed with everything you could need including a range of spices & oils etc Some reviews mention the distance to shops - well if you want a little piece of heaven then you won’t be right in the middle of a shopping mall! But Stryn & all the shops & restaurants that you could need is only a gorgeous 20min drive away! And to cap it all, the owner Siv is a great communicator, very caring & superbly helpful! Flotun isn’t cheap but we think you get what you pay for. We spent 5 days here & it proved to be one of the highlights of our 12 weeks in Norway

Literally nothing! Apart from having to leave 🥲

The apartment is new with panoramic view to the lake infront and the mountains. the owners are very kind and friendly , as many people said they provide the apartment with equipments that is not even available in five-star hotels, sure i will come back I gust hope to reduce the price. I highly recommend it.

The location is amazing, simply exceptional. And its brand new, an absolutely dream of a destination. Doesn’t matter how you long you plan to stay there, you wish you could’ve stayed longer. It is equipped with everything you need. And most of all the owner is really kind.

The apartment was amazing! The view from the windows was mesmerizing, the interior was very cozy and had a lot of amenities. One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed !
