Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Positiv: Tolle Lage der Wohnung, sie ist hell und angenehm geschnitten, gut gereinigt. Wlan funktioniert gut.
Negativ: Badezimmer Dusche nicht nutzbar. Das Wasser quillt aus Ausguss und Bodenabfluss. Küche fließt kaum ab. Elektrogeräte und Lampen vorhanden, es fehlen Steckdosen, um sie zu nutzen. Bad in 1970er Jahre gefliest, Schlafzimmerschrank stark geneigt

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Gunstige ligging t.o.v. station en centrum alles op loopafstand. Ruim en schoon appartement met alle voorzieningen. Prettige communicatie met verhuurder, spreekt goed Engels.
De foto's van het appartement zien er heel leuk uit, maar van dichtbij ziet het er hier en daar minder goed verzorgd uit, meubilair is deels aan vervanging toe. Het is op de zolder verdieping dat heeft zijn charme, maar de ramen hebben geen gordijnen of scherm waardoor het warm is en weinig privacy. Eigenlijk kan je niet echt lekker zitten zitten.

Der er gammelt, rengøringen kunne være bedre - især i køkkenet og badeværelset. Emhætten dryppede med gult snask og hjørnerne i gulvet var tydelig ikke gjort ordenlig rent. Hoveddøren til selve lejligheden var lidt utrygt, da man kan se atden kunne skubbes ind, hvis man ikke lige var obs på at den var ordenlig låst.

A lot of small inconveniences: magnetron does not work, toilet seat is loose, toilet paper holder is broken, not that clean, mold on the bathroom mat, wardrobe is crooked, old building so you hear the neighbors door open and close. On the 5th floor without elevator. Extra costs for linnen in cash. I would unfortunately NOT book again.

The host was hard to deal with and has generally poor communication skills. Tried to charge us extra for beddings without previously indicating the price. Information such as check-in codes arrived late.
