Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The spaciousness, the nature and the family farm setup (with horses, goats, cats etc), it's close to Copenhagen but totally out of city, it's so quiet at night, and all you hear in the morning is just birds.

Slidt badeværelse, kunne ikke slukke bruseren pga kalk, måtte have manden til at dreje håndtaget til slukke vandet.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Wonderful location, close to many attractive sites including Copenhagen (comfortably by train) and Hillerod, by it at the same moment absolute calm and magical views. Very comfortable beds, great terrace for breakfast, lovely animals of all kinds... And very nice and gentle host family.

La vue de la grande chambre avec un super grand lit très confortable donnait sur les champs et les chevaux. Les propriétaires étaient bien sympathiques. La petite terrasse était un plus.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2024I stayed at the Skovgarden with my wife and parents for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The hosts made a paradise and gave a chance to enjoy a piece of it. Its a total value for what you pay.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2022Fantastic place. Very nice for children. The owners are super friendly and sweet people. We had a fantastic stay. Our girls really enjoyed the horses and swimming pool. Since it's out in the country side, us parents didn't have to worry about the children when they where outside playing. 10 out og 10 from us!
