Beautiful place, very close to airport. Suitable for people that need rest before or after their late flights. Will definitely come back again.

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l’appartement ne correspondait absolument pas à la description de l’annonce ni au prix que nous avons payé. Le logement présentait de nombreux défauts, notamment : * Sols très sales ; * Cuisine sale et mal entretenue ; * Murs délabrés et dégradés ; * Serrures cassées ou défectueuses, compromettant notre sécurité ; * État général du logement indigne d’une location touristique. Face à cette situation, nous avons immédiatement contacté le propriétaire afin de trouver une solution amiable. Malheureusement, celui-ci a refusé toute discussion ou proposition de relogement. Au lieu de remédier aux problèmes constatés, il nous a demandé de quitter immédiatement les lieux, nous indiquant qu’il allait annuler lui-même la réservation. Nous avons donc été contraints de quitter l’appartement moins d’une heure après notre arrivée avec ma famille, sans solution d’hébergement et dans des conditions particulièrement stressantes.l’hôte nous a stipuler qu’il annulerai la réservation chose qu’il n’a jamis fait . Nous estimons que ce comportement est totalement inacceptable et contraire aux engagements de qualité et de sécurité attendus d’un hébergement proposé sur Booking.com. Après nous avoir demandé de quitter immédiatement le logement, sans chercher la moindre solution malgré les nombreux problèmes constatés, vous nous avez ensuite envoyé un message nous demandant comment s’était passé notre séjour et en affirmant nous avoir appréciés. Cette attitude est incompréhensible et totalement contradictoire avec les faits. Ce comportement démontre un manque de sérieux et de bonne foi. Nous avons été expulsés du logement au lieu d’assumer ses responsabilités face aux défauts constatés, puis l’hôte a adopté un discours qui ne reflète absolument pas la réalité de notre expérience. Nous demandons que Booking.com tienne compte de ces éléments dans le traitement de notre dossier.

Absolument rien. Il n'y a eu aucun séjour puisque nous avons été livrés à nous-mêmes et avons dû dormir dans notre voiture. Une honte totale.

Expérience catastrophique et profondément humiliante. À fuir absolument ! À notre arrivée, le lieu était désert. Personne pour nous accueillir malgré notre heure d'arrivée dûment confirmée à l'avance. Il a été strictement impossible de joindre le propriétaire qui a fait le mort tout au long de la soirée ; il n'a jamais daigné répondre à nos très nombreux appels. Un manque de professionnalisme effarant et honteux. Le seul "contact" sur place fut une femme de ménage d'une impolitesse intolérable. Non seulement elle ne parlait aucune langue compréhensible pour nous aider, mais elle s’est adressée à nous avec un mépris total et de manière extrêmement irrespectueuse. Pire encore, au bout d'un moment, elle nous a tout bonnement tourné le dos, a décidé de nous ignorer et a complètement arrêté de nous répondre, nous laissant livrés à nous-mêmes avec nos bagages. Nous avons subi une véritable humiliation. Résultat de cette mascarade : après avoir payé notre réservation rubis sur l'ongle, nous avons été contraints de passer la nuit entière dans le froid, recroquevillés dans notre voiture, sans aucune assistance ni la moindre excuse. C’est un scandale inacceptable. Cela ressemble ni plus ni moins à une escroquerie pure et simple, un véritable piège à touristes. Ne vous faites pas avoir, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Ses responsables sont indignes de recevoir du public.

When we checked in we found the appartement just used and not being cleaned by the house keeper. The agent told us that she forgot to clean it even though we informed them about our Arrival time. They gave us another appartement to rest and after we returned back. Communication was not smooth with the lady from the agency....

Magnifique appartement confortable, bien équipé et propre. Le quartier est juste très beau et calme. Beaucoup de supérettes tout autour. La proximité avec l’aéroport permet de trouver des taxis pour le centre-ville très rapidement.

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine pour un long séjour. Manque étendoir à linge, fer à repasser et table à repasser. En hiver, s’il fait particulièrement froid comme cette année, le chauffage ne chauffe pas suffisamment toutes les pièces et fait beaucoup de bruit. Le chauffage n’est pas centralisé. La deuxième chambre n’a pas de chauffage. En été c’est sûrement parfait.

Wir haben die Wohnung zur Übernachtung kurz vor unserem Flug genutzt. Dafür war es perfekt. Mit dem Auto waren es noch ca. 10 min zum Flughafen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war nett und freundlich. Gleich neben der Wohnung gab es Cafés, Snack Bars und ein Restaurant. Auch einige Minimärkte waren vorhanden. Die Dusche war sogar mit Duschbad aus Arganöl ausgestattet.

In der Küche gab es nur eine Schüssel für Müsli und zwei Tassen. Wir waren jedoch zu dritt.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’appartement AeroSerenity ! L’endroit est très propre, moderne, spacieux et parfaitement équipé. On se sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. L’emplacement est idéal, surtout pour les voyageurs : à quelques minutes de l’aéroport, dans une résidence calme et sécurisée 24h/24. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la connexion Wi-Fi ultra rapide, la literie confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, et même les petits détails comme le café, les serviettes, les produits de toilette, etc. Mention spéciale à l’hôte, très professionnel, réactif et attentionné. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions rapidement et a tout fait pour que mon séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Its proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient, especially for a quick trip. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, clean, and stylish spot to stay.

Breakfast wasn't included, this is understandable. There is a small restaurant close-by, so it's not a problem.

The day I arrived the WiFi wasn't working. Might be a temporary thing. I hope more towels provided. Also, we need more hangers/hooks provided, especially in the wash rooms.

The apartment is well located in a nice neighborhood near the airport close to restaurants and small shops. It's spacious, artistically decorated, and very comfortable. Host is very responsive.

We didn't receive the correct wifi password. Had to borrow wifi from a nearby Cafe to ask host.

Clean, organized and decorated! Netflix and internet fiber ready! Do not spend your money on lousy expensive hotels anymore! There are 2 great grocery stores that would meet your daily needs and even more.

Modern, clean, comfortable, guarded property, proximity to airport, host responsiveness

The apartment is amazing. I usually go straight to the airport even after driving long hours, but this time I decided to get an apartment for a night. And I wasn't disappointed. The apartment is way prettier than the photos may let you believe. It's on the ground level, so perfect for luggage, there are 2 big rooms 1.5 bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. The complex is very calm and very well maintained, and you have to check-in with security the first time to get to the apartment. And don't get me started on the location. If you need to order, good food is everywhere. If you want to sit in a nice Cafe, well, you'll have to walk a whole 25 meters (less than 100 feet) from the apartment. And the main course is, the airport is 10 min away with zero plane noise. It's definitely my go to stay from now on whenever I'm flying out of CMN. Lastly, thank you to the host for being so helpful with everything.

If I had to really point something out, more silverware would have been nice as I was with my family and we had to manage. So a full set for at least 5 people would be really helpful. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was fantastic, great communication with the owner. The Apartment in a very clean area modern and everything is steps away from the apartment. The apartment very very clean, and had everything we need, even a pool table which we enjoyed playing 🙂. I m 100% going to rent this appartemt again, Thank you

location was in new developed aria , but with the host help by sending us link on map was very easy . the security at the front of the building was very helpful , the apartment was new , every thing was available . I will come back again in sept. with the family.

No things to tell. maybe the location its in a new developed aria. the roods to the location its old and sig zag . but its not a big problem.

The property is nice and the owner is very friendly and reacts quickly.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Clean, great host and with all amenities needed in an apartment. And a good pizza restaurant nearby. Couldn’t have asked for more.
