Mizu Villa

Seguramente regresaremos!

The accommodation is fantastic, and they’ve thought of everything you might need.

We didn't have the best of weather but unfortunately there is nothing Muriel, the host, could do about that.

This place is fabulous. Beautiful, peaceful immaculately kept villa. We have travelled all over Mexico beaches looking for a place that at minimum met its internet description; Playanet is the place to stay at. No detail left to chance. The owner reached out immediately immediately after our check in to ensure that all was well, and let me know that she would answer any questions and address any concerns. We will be back.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We loved all the extras that came with the place like Febreeze, quality toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, candles, lots of towels, and comfy bedding. The grounds and pool area are beautifully designed and taken care of daily. Plus, there are beach chairs available to use. But most importantly the guest service that Muriel provides is second to none. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and comfortable during your stay. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations about things to do or where to eat. The location is great as well. We will be back!

Nothing :)

Nada.

Que tiene acceso a la playa

Clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Location was pretty good with the option to sit by the ocean or by the pool. Host was very helpful and communicative. Muriel set up our ride back to Merida and the cost was the same as using a taxi in town.

Having a BBQ to use for cooking would be nice to have.

The space was beautiful, and Muriel was very nice and accommodating. The outdoor space was tranquil and felt like an oasis. The ocean was steps away and there was a wonderful saline pool. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend.

Everything was great!

The communication with the host Muriel was excellent and she helped us book all necessary transfers. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need.

Comodidad, amenidades

We stayed 9 days when we left the wife was crying That's all you need to know

The location: pool and private beach patio

Location great yet mostly appreciated the design of the property! Weather was windy, rain cloudy yet the beauty of our view of courtyard, pool and stars from the rooftop made our stay even better. Most comfortable bed, room size design and colours wonderful, any needs were met & Murial ensured there was noting we needed. She gave good tips on what to do and was available if needed. Thank you for creating such a Feng Shui worthy vibe!

If I had to find something, perhaps having more than just plastic dishes as we ate there often. Yet I realize for safety from those who may take & break plates on the lovely pool area this was the reason

The beach was just a few steps away. And the pool on the property was perfect.

The mosquito bites I got were a pain, however the owner was so accommodating, that she got me mosquito repellent and cream for the bites. Much appreciated

We spent three wonderful days at these beachfront apartments in Chelem. The facilities are spotlessly clean and beautifully designed for comfort and enjoyment. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the stay extremely pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed both the beach and the pool — having the option to relax by the ocean or take a dip in the pool was perfect. It’s a great place to unwind from the stress of everyday life. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Muriel, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for anything that came up, which made us feel truly welcome and cared for.

UBICACIÓN, LIMPIEZA, DECORACIÓN INTERIOR. PLAYA PRIVADA AL FRENTE DE LA CASA. OPCIÓN DE LAVAR LA ROPA EN CASA.

NO PODER QUEDARNOS MÁS DÍAS

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas

Location and lovely accommodation

Finding the place initially

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The garden and pool are absolutely stunning, wonderfully maintained, and the ideal spot to relax with a drink and read a book. The direct beach access is incredible. This spot is so serene—ideal for morning walks or just soaking up the sun. Our hosts were beyond amazing! They were incredibly helpful and responsive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From providing local recommendations to making sure we had all the essentials, we had a perfectly relaxing vacation. I couldn’t recommend this place more! We’ll definitely be back!

I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. The inner yard with the pool is amazing. It’s right on the beach, it’s safe and minutes on foot from Chelem centro. Fair warning, use the directions provided on Booking, Google maps is a bit out of whack for the area.

The property is beautiful. Exceeds the pictures. Muriel was very available and attentive. Right off the beach.

Neighborhood felt very safe but not attractive.

Quiet: just waves and wind in the palms

Chairs could use cushions

Spacious, well-equipped apartment, with a pleasant view of the patio. Possibility of using the beach and swimming pool on the patio. Peace, quiet, an ideal place for a vacation.

Very nice place, great pool, access to the beach

Just missing a little bit more space for our things

Exceptional property, you can switch off from the world in this beautiful haven. The host was amazing and full of advice on the best restaurants and places to visit.

You really need to have transport if you want to venture out.

Excellent location and Muriel was super available for anything we needed. The stay was delicious even with the tropical depression that came through!

Amazing location, amazing place. Muriel the host was super accommodating and attentive ! pool was awesome ! the local restaurants and recommendations provided by Muriel were perfect

Muriel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. She was always available when I had a question and very accommodating. Our stay was wonderful and her property absolutely gorgeous. I’d love to stay here again! Thank you Muriel!

I didn’t like that we had to leave!

This was absolutely the best place we stayed in during our trip to Yucatan. The apartment looks amazing and the equipment is great. There is everything you need. The pool area is great and there is a nice beach right in front of the building. The owner is very helpfull. Plus Chelem is a really nice place to visit.

Nothing

Beautiful spot on the beach with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Lovely breeze off the ocean. Apartment was comfortably furnished with everything you need. A great balcony and pool too. Owner Muriel was always available to help out when needed.

Nothing at all.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beautiful beach and the chill easy vibe at Playanet. Location is perfect, walkable to town center, restaurants, etc. Muriel is an excellent host, so friendly and caring; ensuring all our needs were met, always available to assist with anything. She is an absolute gem!!

The host Muriel took very good care of us. She helped quickly with any issue we had. The house is very pretty and quiet. It’s a good place to rest for a couple of days during the trip around Yukatan. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

The property is absolutely beautiful -- among the nicest in all of Chelem! The casita is lovely with 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living area and balcony. The balcony has a fabulous view of the both the pool w/ beautifully landscaped yard and the sea, as well. The casita is well-appointed with very tasteful furnishings and the four of us (two adult couples) very much enjoyed our stay. We spent one afternoon lounging on the beach in front of the villa and the next day by the gorgeous pool. We all highly recommend Playanet and would absolutely look forward to staying again!

Murial, was a wonderful and very helpful host. The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice, clean, modern and quiet. The beach is very nice and beautiful. The pool is nice. The entire experience was perfect. Would strongly recommend yjis place. Chelem is safe and a wonderful place. It's not the busy hustle of other places.

Highly recommend, ewerything clean and ready to use. Host was extraordinary, amazing help and understanding. I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY

This is great new property, directly on the beach and well furnished and decorated with love. Muriel, the owner was very interested and helped us a lot with some issues we had with travel.

Very much enjoyed the house and its location on the beach. The house is modern, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and relaxing and the pool was lovely. Felt very comfortable and really enjoyed it. The owner (Muriel) was also helpful and responsive. Thank you!

It is a modern comfortable apartment with a pool in the garden and direct access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there. Gym Is near by. The host is very nice person.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with amazing pool and direct access to the calm and very private beach. Incredibly hospitable and responsive host who provided us with great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended for a couple of tranquil days by the ocean!

Villa was lovely with a gorgeous view of the garden/pool and nice view of the ocean, especially from the roof top. Property Manager, Muriel, was awesome, great restaurant recommendations. Location is perfect - right on the beach and a couple of blocks from Chelem. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

The hosts could not have been more gracious and accommodating. They had lots of great tips for exploring the neighborhood as well.

Beautiful property, very clean right on the beach! excellent location!

Everything was wonderful!! no issues at all
