It’s very noisy. Every sound carries. Both nights there were people getting back very late and I could hear every conversation.

Nicely decorated boutique hotel, very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having the balcony to sit and hang out our clothes. Staff were helpful and kind. Only 10minutes walk from Parikia port and bus stop

Room is a little small, but think that is normal for greek island stays.

- the staff were helpful and supplied extra towels for our beach visit - the architecture and construction of the hotel. It has a unique aesthetic - close to an ATV hire, a convenience store, and the strip of restaurants

- the soundproofing. The building sounds partly hollow, so if you have loud, inconsiderate, drunk talkers in the next room, you can hear every muffled sound they're making, especially if they've stumbled back at 2am and it's dead quiet in every other area of the hotel.

Super friendly staff, especially the cleaning crew!! Rooms were pretty but a bit small when you have a big suitcase (for my boyfriend with his smaller one, it was no issue tho!!) We had a beautifull view on the sea & the garden was quite relaxing.

The reason why i gave it 7/10 stars was due to the fact that we had ants in the room and a cockroach on the terras😭 idk how since we didnt keep anything sweet in the room, and it started right after cleaning so it wasnt an issue of dirt? More like a small hole in the bathroom that caused them to be able to get in… i understand with the garden etc that this can happen but maybe some extra bugspray, traps, or something could help. We did still really enjoy our stay, location wise you are quite close to the main town and there are multiple options for food, and beaches Just the bugs tripped me off 😭

I feel like the bedding could be more comfortable. It had a scratchy polyester feel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kokoon in Parikia. It’s a small, quaint hotel with a lovely, welcoming feel. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the port and close to the charming old town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful little hotel in a great location — we would happily stay here again when visiting Paros!

El hotel es super bonito, pero lo que lo hace especial es la gente que trabaja allí. Son super amables, nosotros llegamos temprano y nos dijeron que nos avisarian por whatsapp cuando nuestra habitación estuviese lista, y así fue, cuando llegamos nuestras maletas estaban dentro de la habitación! un encanto! Esta a dos calles del puerto.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’hôtel Le Kokoon à Paros. Notre chambre était très agréable, avec un joli balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer. C’était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir profiter de cette vue dès le réveil et de se détendre sur le balcon en fin de journée. La chambre était confortable, lumineuse et parfaitement adaptée pour profiter pleinement de l’ambiance de Paros. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Great location, easy to access, clean and quiet

Facilities were great, the staff were friendly, and overall we had a very good stay. Extra points for the parking since the hotel doesn’t have designated parking spots, we were allowed to use any “No parking” space as long as it wasn’t occupied by another guest.

I missed having an umbrella for shade, around noon the sun hits directly, making it impossible to sit on the balcony.

La struttura è molto accogliente e in una posizione molto comoda, trovandosi a 10 min a piedi dal centro di Parikia e nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e market. Ogni giorno hanno fornito il cambio asciugamani e la pulizia della stanza; letto comodo

Il bagno è molto piccolo e la doccia è aperta, bagnando tutto l’ambiente, sanitari compresi. La vera problematica è l’insonorizzazione della camera: ogni mattina venivamo svegliati presto da chi lavorava per la pulizia della struttura e da chi scendeva dal piano superiore.

Nice modern room near the beach and walking distance to most places. Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size and decorated nicely. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We had issues with the reception on the tv .. it would go blank but we’re not there for too long so we didn’t report it. The floor in the bathroom would get very wet after having a shower as there was no shower door ( it was designed that way .. not to have a door ) and the water would come out quite a bit so we had to mop it up with the bath mat a lot.

The location was excellent and within walking distance of almost everything, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot. We paid extra for a sea-view room and the view from our room was beautiful.

The bathroom was very small considering the price of the room per night. Additionally, the air conditioning did not come with a remote control, so guests have no autonomy over when to turn it on or off. The controls are mounted only on the wall, which makes adjusting the air conditioning less convenient.

The location is awesome not a far walk from the port (10 minutes tops) but far enough to get some privacy and closer to the beach The staff the husband and wife are unreal really helpful and super friendly and their recommendations for restaurants , beaches, places to visit on the island are spot on They have access to hire car companies, taxi companies and others too highly recommend

En pleine nuit, coupure d’électricité allume une forte lumière blanche dans la chambre. Impossible à éteindre tant que l’électricité n’est pas revenue. Une fois à 3 h du matin pendant 30 min, seconde fois vers 4h quelques minutes. Ce sont les « normes réglementaires », et donc l’hôtel n’y peut rien…. La veilleuse qui est en place suffit largement, pas utile d’allumer une lampe 100W. C’est vrai, mais nuit courte n’était pas au programme

The hotel is super cute. It has a very sleek and minimalist look, giving spa vibes. It had all the amenities we could need or want, but if anything was needed, all we had to do was ask. The reception desk was very helpful, willing to give suggestions or help book taxis for us. We were walking distance to the water, restaurants, and shops. The ferry/bus depot were also very close, making it easy to visit other towns or going to other islands. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the AC was nice and strong.

The location was really great close to the port and all amenities. Very clean with nice linen and toiletries.

Next door but one to a back packers hostel … just young people having fun. But our sleep did get disturbed. Further there are many rooms in a small plot with the next door hotel rooms right next to you. So for us way too congested with others who may like to get up early or party to the wee hours. The rooms are small, and the shower room was tiny, I don’t know how people of larger proportions ( we are both petite) would actually manage. Coffee machine was appreciated but a shame no breakfast was included especially due to the pricing

Great little hotel, staff were unbelievably friendly and tentative especially because we had our baby with us! They gave us a cot, the room was super clean and the sea view was a nice little touch! Short walk to restaurants and town!

The styling of Kokoon is minimalistic, Cycladic and you get an immediate sense of relaxation when you arrive. The rooms were nice, and all areas of the property were exceptionally clean. The pillows were also very good quality.

The bed mattress was quite firm (still comfortable - I just prefer a more plush/softer mattress). Unfortunately, I could hear snoring quite loudly from the room next door which kept me awake during our stay. If you are wanting to have any food at your room just know there are no bowls/plates or knives/forks/spoons etc.

Great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town beach, and around the corner from restaurants etc. and a ten minutes' walk to the bustling, great centre, We stayed two nights and wished we'd stayed longer. The staff were very pleasant, and the basement room was literally cool with a lovely courtyard/garden terrace. Great bed and bathroom, lovely cleaner, and a smart TV. There's a great place yards for breakfast yards away from Kokoon. Recommended.

It’s an oasis of calm. Everything is perfect from the perfect, calming bedrooms to the easy location to explore Paros. The best base to come back to each day. Eva and the team are a pure delight and their warmth and generosity is in abundance. Truly a special place.

Our room had a veiw of the water and was a bit small but great for is. Everything was new and spotless and the staff was very professional. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the middle of town and the start of the old town but that meant that it was very quiet and relaxing.

Really friendly staff, clean rooms and nice location as long you're not looking to be very central which is really not required if you walk easily 5-10 min by yourself. Not as noisy as directly at the beachfront which is also the main road for lots of cars.

The location was ideal. We loved the garden patio to relax in morning and evening. The cleaning lady was very friendly.

Pillows were a little hard compared to what we are used to.

A beautiful place on the quieter end of the waterfront which we liked, it meant we had more interaction with the locals who are really nice people. We had a sea view room with a balcony. I can’t fault this place. The staff were all lovely and made us feel really welcome. Comfy bed too.

The bathroom & shower are on the smaller side but the rest of the facilities made up for that.

Super nice people working there, approachable and helpful. I loved the overall aesthetic of the place as well as the cleanliness. Also the suggestions by staff proved to be on point and very helpful. Location is great for walking around Parikia, close to the ferry and the bus as well as yummy eats.

We are very satisfied with this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The interior is very modern and stylish, with beautiful white walls and pink flowers everywhere, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Daily cleaning service kept everything perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily come back again!

Everything, I loved everything about the hotel: the location, the hosts, the cleanliness, everything was perfect.

Location is an easy walk to port and restaurants. Modern design and good air-conditioning. Garden area and parking is a bonus. Lovely Bouganvillia in the garden. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Room was on the small side. Some room design decisions were for style not function. Towel hooks right above the toilet roll holder and a low hanging lampshade where the fridge and coffee making facilities were did cause a few moments of frustration. Soundproofing was also not as good as expected for a concrete form property but we were also in a central room so had lots of neighbours. Might have been better being on an upper, end room. There is no breakfast option available either.
