C’est une avenue vivante la nuit donc il faut être habitué au bruit. Dans notre cas ça n’a pas du tout gêné nos nuits.

La promenade quotidienne face à la mer. C’était hyper détendant.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Very welcoming host. The apartment is right there in the heart of La Marsa - everything is almost within walking distance. Just right for the short trip.
As it faces the main street, the traffic noise is quite high, but you can get used to it. Also, it is on the 3rd floor, which is a good workout for those willing to do legs (I enjoyed the 51 steps haha).

Reviewed May 4, 2026Wohnung befindet sich gleich neben Strand. Also bis eine Minute können sie genießen ihre spraziergang am Strand. Restaurants, caffehaus befinden sich überall. Der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber was mich sehr gefreut hat.
Haartrockner fehlt das ist alles.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Отличное местоположение - рядом огромное количество кафе и ресторанов, пляж, торговый центр, метро. Все для комфортной жизни есть, даже утюг (редкое явление в апартаментах). Приветливый и гостеприимный управляющий.
Не хватало некоторых бытовых мелочей, например, держатель туалетной бумаги, полочки для шампуней, геля для душа в душевой кабине, ночных светильников в спальне... И действительно, как писали в других отзывах, очень шумно с улицы до поздна

They forgot to put toilet paper, there is no hairdryer and uncomfortable pillows, feminine and high.
