Tesisin bizim için en güzel yeri açıkçası konumu, odanın genişliği ve park yeri olmasıydı

Booking üzerinde check-in 14:00 fakat kendilerini 15:00 olduğunu söylediler tamam 15:00te geldik check-in için karşımızda herhangi bir muhattap bulamadık. Tam olarak 45 dakika kimseye ulaşamadık bir esnaf sayesinde sahibine ulaşıp odamıza geçebildik. İletişim konusunda gerçekten sıfırlar. Verilen ücrete hiçbir şekilde değeceğini düşünmüyorum. En basitinden Halkidiki’nin suları içilemiyor ve odaya bir şişe su bile koyamamışlar.

L’appartamento era sottoposto all’ingresso piano e non era indicato nella descrizione della prenotazione. L’appartamento costato quasi 150€ al giorno non aveva nemmeno la macchina a cialde per il caffè. Sulle pareti erano presenti le zanzare schiacciate dai precedenti ospiti, il bagno aveva l’aspiratore appeso rispetto al soffitto e l’infisso della camera da letto aveva solo una tenda oscurante, mancava una tenda per cui per non farsi vedere dai passati eravamo sempre con la tenda oscurante e la luce accesa.

La posizione

L’appartamento era al secondo piano senza ascensore e non era indicato per cui con le valigie non è stato agevole. La Pressione dell’acqua era scarsa e mancava l’acqua calda. L’appartamento costato quasi 170€ al giorno non aveva nemmeno la macchina a cialde per il caffè. Sulle pareti erano presenti le zanzare schiacciate dai precedenti ospiti.

Este o locație buna ,curățenie, schimbare lenjerie la jumatea sejurului. Disranta pana la plaja in jur de maxim 10 min ,având in vedere ca cobori scările pana la plaja.

Apa calda se întrerupea pe parcursul zilei ,dar probabil este o problema de retea.

Oda büyük, ferah ve tasarım açısından gayet güzel ama bunların hiçbir önemi yok çünkü PİS. Çarşaflar lekeli, oda örümcek ağlarıyla doluydu. Sadece örümcek ağı da değil, odanın içinde örümcekler de vardı. Konaklamamız boyunca 3 büyük örümcek öldürdük. Perdelerin üzerinde ölü böcekler bile vardı. 3 gece, 4 gün kaldık ve bu süre boyunca odanın çöpleri bile alınmadı. Zaten çalışan var mı, yok mu onu bile göremedik. Mesaj attığımız hanımefendi bir kere bile mesajlarımıza cevap vermedi. Kapının önünde gördüğümüz kişi kendisi miydi, onu da bilmiyoruz. Ne biri bizi karşıladı, ne odayı gösterdi, ne de pasaport istedi. Aradık, telefonlara cevap verilmedi. Kısacası karşınızda hiçbir şekilde bir muhatap yok. Hanımefendiden iki gün üst üste tuvalet kağıdı istedim, cevap vermedi. :) 2 tuvalet kağıdının konaklama için yeterli olacağını düşünmüş sanırım, sağ olsun.Havlu istedim, cevap vermedi. Böcekler nedeniyle böcek ilacı istedik, onu bile vermedi. Arkadaşımız kendi kaldığı otelden bize tuvalet kağıdı getirmek zorunda kaldı. Çıkarken çıktığımı haber verdim, mesajıma görüldü bile atmadı. Konum için tercih etmeyi düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle etmeyin. Bölge zaten küçük, bir arka sokakta da kalabilirsiniz. Arkadaşlarımız bizden daha ucuza, bir arka sokakta çok daha temiz bir otelde kaldılar.Odanın Temiz olmadığı sürece odanın büyüklüğünün veya tasarımının hiçbir önemi yok. Bölgede tertemiz başka oteller varken burayı tercih etmenin hiçbir anlamı yok. Bir daha asla ve asla tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. Mümkünse kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum. Kısacası, kalmayın.

Önünde otopark yok. Kendine ait otoparkı var 100-150 metre ileride.

Müsait odaların anahtarı üzerinde ve bu odaların balkonundan sizin balkonununuza geçmek mümkün. Güvenlik açısından bizi çok tedirgin etti. Ayrıca hiçbir camı açmadığımız halde eve sürekli nereden girdiğini anlamadığımız sivrisinek giriyor bunun için prize takılan sinek ilacının yanına klasik sprey sinek ilacı da bulundurulmalı. Bir de perdelerde hep ölmüş sinek kanları var bu kadar temiz bir ev için kötü bir görüntü:)

τέλεια τοποθεσία πεντακάθαρο κατάλειμα με δικό του παρκινγ μεσα στο κέντρο του χωριού κοντα αρκετες παραλίες εντός 10 λεπτό. ολοκαίνουργιο από μέσα με όλες τις ανέσεις.

δεν είναι προβλημα αλλα να αναφερθεί ότι ηταν στο 2 όροφο. χωρίς ανσανσερ (για όσους έχουν κινητικά προβλήματα)

Το κατάλυμα είναι ανακαινισμένο, σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο.Εχει πάρκινγκ!!Πολύ σημαντικό για τη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή.Ειναι αρκετά μεγάλο, όπως κ το μπάνιο κ έχει πολύ βολικό κρεβάτι.

Οι λεπτομέρεια κάνει την διαφορά λένε κ εδώ έχουμε αρκετές που μας χάλασαν.Στο μπάνιο δεν έχει ν ακουμπήσεις ούτε το μικρό σαπουνάκι!!Πρέπει να μπαινοβγαίνεις για να πάρεις σαπούνι κ σαμπουάν!Επίσης οι τοίχοι εχουν σκοτωμένα κουνούπια!Κ εμείς δημιουργήσαμε άλλα δυο!Γιατί???Γιατί δεν υπάρχει μια ταμπλέτα να βάλεις κ να κοιμηθείς σαν άνθρωπος!Εμείς δεν κοιμηθήκαμε καθόλου.Κ τέλος δυο νεράκια κάνουν 40 λεπτά.Αν είχε στο ψυγείο δεν θα μπαίνανε μέσα!

Posizione centralissima, pulizia impeccabile, disponibilità del gestore, arredamento nuovo e moderno dotato di tutti i confort( TV smart, aria condizionata, WiFi, cucina completa) e parcheggio privato a 100 metri.

We gave score 5 of 10 because we like the location close to town center, contemporary design, good comfort and good equipped room / kitchen and very friendly nice lady that gave us the room key. But, unfortunately that is not enough to cover the cons.

So, the cons...We had ground floor room No.2 "with terrace" which is not your's terrace but everybody's terrace. The room was always wet, with smells like mould which is covered on some walls with paint, there are spiders and webs in all corners and windows, no toilet paper holder, no any holders in shower for shampoo or anything. We stayed 4 days, without any room cleaning, no garbage cleaning at all. There were constant watter leaking with strong sound in the wall near to the bed maybe coming from other bathrooms or whatever? They gave us wifi pass from a network InLofts that was barely reachable, not from the better one InLoft. At the end when we had to leave we asked what about the room key or any goodbye there was no response at all from a lady by DOUVAS PROPERTIES from property management, so we had to leave the key in the room and just leave ASAP... Do you want photos? Better see by yourself :) Maybe that was the worst room of all others? that they gave as randomly or intentionally???

Top Lage, top Haus und top Appartment. Alles neu und recht hochwertig eingerichtet.

Im Schrank war leider nur ein Bügel. Aber ich hätte bestimmt noch welche bekommen, wenn ich welche gebraucht hätte. Das Licht im Bad war sehr stylisch aber etwas zu dunkel um sich anständig zu Rasieren oder zu Schminken

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village. During May, it was calm, no crowds at all. Parking availability is a big plus in Afytos.

Place is new. Well equipped. Aparts are spacious. Location couldn't be any better.

Excellent location. Close to an area with a lot of restaurants and shops. The host provides a parking place, which is an advantage.

It looks really luxury like the photos and there's a lady there that helps you any time you need her.also it's really clean and it has a smart TV

The water was Cold and u don't have access to the thermostat for the boiler 😕 and we where doing shower with cold water

Everything was perfect! I have only the highest praise for the cleaning lady — thanks to her, our stay was spotless and well-kept every single day.

Обслуговуючий персонал який жив за стінкою, це жінка яка постійно дуже голосно говорила з кимось по телефону на гучномовці з 8 ранку і до вечора, не закриваючи двері до своєї кімнати. Постійний запах перегару, особливо коли приходила прибирати номери, вже не кажучи що сидіти на терасі поруч з її відкритими вікнами було не можливо. Шум від магазину який був над нами, кожного вечора. Душова також була брудною. Тому якщо ви цінуєте свій особистий простір не рекомедую ці апартаменти.

Schimmelbefall in Dusche und neben dem Kleiderschrank und entsprechender Geruch! Sind nach 6 Tagen statt nach 14 Tagen abgereist!

Locatia nu este rea.Fata care are grija de propietate este foarte muncitoare si incearca sa fie politicoasa!

Manager slab,arogant si nepoliticos!
