Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Poor maintenance and inefficient host. The air conditioner was leaking, and the lights in both the bedroom and at the front door kept flickering nonstop. We requested the host to replace the light bulbs and fix the air conditioner leakage, but the host refused to take any action during our stay.

Need to improve the doors access pass for in & out because sometimes can open & sometimes can't (exit door to carpark, swimming pool & other exit doors ) and if can't open we need to call security officer to open for us.

The parking is bad if you are driving a bigger car, the parking is at high level with a very tight drive passage . Alternatively park outside the building or as visitor parking if you have a bigger car

Reviewed Apr 23, 2024So clean and well arranged. So satisfies with this homestay. Worth with the value rm413. Every room has hair dryer and this homestay is baby friendly. There are additional chairs provided in the living hall. Overall we are very happy alhamdullilah
There are no tall length mirror in the rooms and living hall. There was big cockroach in the master bedroom No detergent for washing machine and no dryer Not provided tea/coffee etc To put a floor mat at the balcony since aircond is leaking to avoid slippery

Reviewed Jul 6, 2023the unit is ideal for family stay. we enjoyed 3days 2nights here so much. clean and cozy environment! security are strict too, bed are comfortable. manager was responsive and polite. has feedback the towels provided were shedding, great attitude perceiving with solution. awesome stay in short.
difficult carpark, we drove up and slow for >10 levels. it was not cool :(
