The facility had all amenities that we expected. Our host, Derven, was very pleasant, helpful and hospitable. We would definitely return and also recommend LaCondea.

We didn’t like having to stop at security every time we left and came back. The property should invest in a fob.

Secure and good location. Clean and tidy home. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Photos look just like the property. Access to a pool on top of a hill, which has an amazing view at sun set. AC in all bedrooms. Host was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

There was sufficient parking

The listing was deceptive. This was a three bedroom three bathrooms house not individual villas that can host 5 people as advertised. There was no hot water. All the bathrooms were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The mats were dirty and the properties manager was rude and unpleasant to speak with. This is a pay at the property, cash only. They advertised a pool but no information was given to where the pool was located. The towels provided were dirty. When checking out the property manager told us we should have been charged more for the group size when the group size was there when making the reservation.

The property was ideally located to enable us as a family to travel to many different locations including Montego Bay and Ocho Rios and the shopping and dining areas were very close by to the house in Falmouth.

Everything was perfect! It was a home away from home with all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay. I felt very safe and relaxed despite being there in a category 4 hurricane! The host checked on us right throughout and made sure we had all we needed. Even provided candles, matches, bottled water and flashlights. I highly recommend this Villa! Was also easy to find and the security guards were friendly and helpful.

I liked pretty much everything about this property. Derven was very welcoming on my arrival. Whatever you see is what you will get. The environment was very quiet and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. This place is family friendly, vacation friendly and safe. I enjoyed my time spent here and I’ll definitely book again. Thanks for such a breathtaking accommodation. I loved everything

Nice house in a quiet gated community. You had the place to yourself.

Dust from the mop was on the floor, and furniture. The walls and doors were dirty. Bed pillows were uncomfortable.
