It is a somewhat bleak intersection down at the bottom of the hill, sort of feels like the edge of the city, but if you walk down to it from the town then it seems pretty reasonable. The room itself is good, I had a partial view of water, but there was also bright lights from a convenience store across the way all night. Not a big deal. Perfectly fine place for good value.

Reviewed May 9, 2026It’s was very spacious, but we had the largest room on the ground floor room 103. The bathroom is big with the best toilet, hot water, alle the facilities are there. Clean and only 15 minutes walk from the waterfalls. Great location. Shops around for groceries. Helpful and informative staff who reply fast. Highly recommend this room!

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Wir bekamen nach Ankunft ein gratis Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den Vulkan und das Meer. Jeden Tag hing von der sehr netten Vermieterin eine Tüte mit frischen Handtüchern und einer kleinen Essensüberraschung an unserer Tür.
Wir hatten nichts vermisst.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Most of all I liked the central heating! Heated floors kept the chill away in early spring when the temperatures can be cool. The sunny location is right on the harbour at an intersection which makes it super accessible to both the downtown and harbour areas with its walking trails. The views were great. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well every night. Another small but important thing was the brand of toiletries they provided—the scent was wonderful and the products made your skin and hair feel so soft. Really appreciated them.
The downside of staying at an intersection was it could be a bit noisy at times with both vehicle and boat traffic.

Вокруг было не так много ресторанов, магазинов, но буквально в 10-20-ьт минутах ходьбы можно было найти уютные места и хорошие заведения

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Location is excellent - located near 2 olle trails and 2 famous waterfalls, and the shopping district - can get to these entirely by foot so I could visit these without a car. Amenities of shampoo, body soap, hair conditioner, hair dryer, kettle were all of good quality. There was not one but two desks in Room 202, which is fantastic as it affords a little luxury of choosing where to sit. Bed was comfy, toilet well-ventilated. Good amount of space and storage especially for a solo traveller, with a shoe rack and a large wardrobe. Room is as represented by pictures and even more comfortable than I imagined.
The convenience store just across the road was a source of noise in the night as people would gather there. The sun was really bright through the large window so in the day from about 8 am onwards, the blinds would need to be drawn, preventing enjoyment of the nice view

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025I had a lovely stay here. The location was great, just off the harbour. The room was tidy and comfortable, with a large, clean bathroom. It had a bright, pleasant atmosphere. It was perfect for a solo traveller and right next to the airport bus stop.
It's hard to walk around the bed due to the tv and closeness of the wall. Not an issue for a solo traveller but may be trickier for 2 people.

Tatsächlich sind 20 min zum großen Markt und den Downtown Fressmeilen. Der Weg ist aber durchaus hübsch. Auch die "nicht so nette Umgebung" ist Perspektivenfrage. Wer etwas rustikale Umgebung mag, der fühlt sich hier wohl
Wieder ein Hotel quasi ohne Personal. War aber nicht erforderlich. Die Wände fühlen sich feucht an. Ein. Isschen lüften hilft aber

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The location was good. Airport bus comes to the bus stop nearby and it is near a number of attraction spots, market and shops. I had a comfortable stay and having the water dispenser and microwave at the common area was useful.
It can get a little noisy in the morning when the port comes alive but it will be okay if you plan to go out early. The sun also shines directly into my room in the morning, and because my floor (2nd) is quite low, I think people downstairs can see you, so I have my curtains drawn all the time.

No coin laundry on site; not close to a beach. There was a bit of mold on the curtains.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa ja majoittaja lähetti siihen etukäteen selkeät ohjeet. Majoittajan kanssa kommunikoiminen oli myös erittäin helppoa ja sujuvaa. Lisäksi tarvitessamme saimme myös lisää tuotteita toimitettuna suoraan huoneeseemme. Huoneemme oli myös todella tilava, joten mahduimme sinne hyvin kahden rinkan ja kahden pienemmän matkalaukun kanssa. Sijainti oli meidän tarpeisiimme myös erinomainen ja monta bussia meni aivan talon edestä tai muutoin todella läheltä. Pidimme majoittumisesta täällä erittäin paljon ja tulisimme ehdottomasti uudelleen! Hinta-laatusuhde oli tässä majoituksessa mielestämme erinomainen.
Meillä ei ole mitään huonoa sanottavaa tästä majoituksesta! :)

Reviewed Apr 13, 2025We booked rooms 302 and 303 for two adults and a teenager. The beds were listed as full and I was worried they'd be small but they were like a US queen size. They were firm by our standards but typical of what we experienced elsewhere in Korea. The views were lovely and the rooms were clean and quiet. We had a great dinner at the seafood restaurant around the corner. The property had the feel of a European guest house.
It was a little tight getting around the bed in room 302 and the space around the toilet is a bit tight in 303 but you can see that from the photos. Not a big deal - we recommend and would stay again.

The location was also great - there were bus stops close by, and the downtown area was only a short walk (maybe 10-15 minutes depending on your pace). If you're hiking the Jeju Olle Trail, this was a great place to stay; I took buses out to the different trailheads (#6 and #8 and the hotel is right off of trail #7) - it was perfect.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2024It’s excellent for budget travelers looking to explore the seaside area on the south of the island which is more laid back. Airport transport is also convenient as the airport bus stops within 3 - 5 mins of walking distance to the Seogwiporto. Plenty of restaurants all around the vicinity and a convenient store just across the street. Rooms are air conditioned, clean with all the necessary amenities provided ie soap, shampoo, kettle, drinking water, towels. They have a communal clothes washer & dryer on the ground floor.
As the bathroom is not partitioned, and does not have shower curtains, the floor tends to get wet so will need extra towels to dry off feet & floor.
