The location The area was quiet Essential amenities

On arrival, the key box where we were supposed to get the key from was wide opened and there was no key obviously. Having traveled from far and it was hot. We had to outside the property for 15-20 min for the key toge delivered. We had to rush in, setup the TV to watch the FIFA Football World Cup game. After a few minutes in the game the TV started bugging as the images froze very frequently and this happened throughout the stay. We had to go out to watch the games. Impossible to watch any films. This was a big disappointment 😕😕. We found out while there that we had to pay €40 tourist tax.

The location is really good, close to the medina. The apartment was really comfortable, well equipped, clean and had several stores, cafes and a market nearby. Really lovely!

Ne-a placut apartamentul, a fost curat, am fost multumiți de serviciile oferite, gazda noastra a fost foarte drăguță! Totul a fost frumos! Un singur lucru de precizat, deși apartamentul este intr un complex rezidențial liniștit și păzit, dacă mergeți înspre strada/zona principală, nu ni s-a părut tocmai o zonă turistică, nu mi s-a părut 100% sigur să te plimbi noaptea pe acolo

Veel dingen zijn kapot. Geen warm water om af te wassen. 4 mensen konden niet in de ochtend douchen. Mijn man en ikzelf moesten met zijn tweeën in de ochtend en onze tweelingzoons in de avond en dan was het max 10 minuten douchen. Toen we vroegen over het warme water, kregen deze reply terug van de eigenaar: “turn the tap”. We komen uit Nederland en we zijn niet dom dus we weten echt wel hoe je een kraan moet openzetten. Doucheslang is verroest. Toen we de toiletborstel wilde gebruiken zat er nog strontwater in de houder. Was gewoon bruin vies stinkend water. Keukenkastjes zitten los. Alle buitenkussens zitten onder de kattenpis, de voordeur zit onder de kattenpis. Was het op zijn minst voordat er gasten komen. Denk dat het snot is op de muur. Eigenaar belde om half 11 in de avond terwijl we om kwart over 4 moesten opstaan en we een ziek kind hadden. Ik had al de afspraak met hem gemaakt om de city tax op de tafel achter te laten en zelfs een foto eerder die week naar hem gestuurd.

Bad mit Dusche, Küche enthält alles, was man zum Kochen/ zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigt. Gastgeberin antwortet sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Location gut.

Great place for staying in Marrakech. The host helped us a lot. We highly recommend!

It was a beautiful property to stay in. It was very clean and the neighbourhood was quiet, calm and safe. We liked the decor and comfortable furniture as well. There was also wifi and a TV available where you could watch live programmes as well as films and tv series. The owner of the property was attentive and made sure everything was ok.

Great communication with the host before and during the visit. We arrived late but snacks and water were provided. Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood within a pleasant half an hour's walk of the medina and souk.

Une bonne petite maison agréable dans une résidence pour séjourner proche du centre de Marrakech !

Un peu loin des lieux d’intérêts dans le centre de Marrakech, quartier résidentiel donc pas de restaurant ou gros supermarché aux alentours

Praktische Location, zu Fuß in Medina kein Problem, ruhig und etwas außerhalb, alles da was man benötigt

Where do I start ..Manal was an Absolutely Fabulous host she was there to meet us and if I WhatsApp her about anything she responded almost straight away. She also gave us lots of information about Marrakech ( thank you) we had an evening flight home and she let us wait at the property and even made us a lovely lunch and even printed out our boarding passes!! The accommodation is very spacious and exceptionally clean 👌..a lovely big shower and hot water . .would definitely stay again .

bed in back bedroom was quite low. But we are ladies of a certain age .. Also could do with tin opener Nothing to dislike really .

Vem trobar insectes dins la casa, es normal ja que es un baix pero es podrien posar trampes

Joli petit appartement de plein pied, un petit patio/terrasse parfait pour se relaxer, prendre son petit déjeuner et passer de chouettes moments ! Les chambres/ literies sont confortables et la pièce principale est cosy. La climatisation est un vrai plus par les grandes chaleurs d'été. La résidence sécurisée, le quartier d'Aïn itti et le voisinage sont agréables à vivre. Les commerces à proximité sont pratiques. Aventurez-vous dans le quartier 😉 ça change de la Médina et c'est aussi ça Marrakech ! À pied ou en taxi la situation de la résidence est interressante. ( On a apprécié le calme après les balades dans la Médina!) Concernant le Wifi, la connexion a été parfaite pendant notre séjour. Manal est adorable, la communication est simple et chaleureuse. Super hôte 👌☺️

Good treatment. Everything is tidy and clean and not far from the city center.

Tigami is amazing place to live. Manal Malik made sure that house was clean, everything was there that you need in a house for vacation. Manal made sure that house was ready for check in at time given for check in. She is very cooperative, hospitable, and caring. This place is at 15 minutes drive from Marrakesh city Center. We didn’t mind that. We took a indrive (kind of uber in Morocco). The is the best possible value for money property.

A very pleasant stay, everything was great. Manal Malek helped us with whatever we needed.

Once we were able to find the property, we were very impressed with the location and had no major concern about the safety or the environment. We fell in love with the apartment because it was spacious and met our needs on many levels. The sofa was large and adequate and we spent the evenings consumed on it chatting and relaxing. The kitchen was a good size and provided the right amenities. The two bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The shower was awesome and everything exceptionally clean. We have to give a big thank you to the owner, the internet engineer and the hosts who met us from the taxi and took us to the apartment.

There were issues with the internet and the owner was swift to remedy it. However, the wi - fi kept dropping and programmes which were installed were erased so it was hard to watch tv comfortably but the owner will be taking steps to resolve this for future guests. There was no microwave in the kitchen and this was disappointing because when we returned late with a meal to reheat we had to use pots or the oven. I am not sure whether it was an oversight but there were not enough personal towels - but this did not stop our enjoyment.

I was expecting an apartment but infact it was more like.a 2 bedroom bungalow all on the ground level great even English TV.sun all.day on the garden pleased will go again William Rochford. 😀

The location, the space the garden... It honestly is an absolutely incredible location so peaceful extremely good air conditioning. The host was amazing, extremely friendly and professional. If you want to explore and experience Marrakesh... Let me tell you this is the perfect place to stay and for the price of it you cannot go wrong. You can walk to the main markets in 20 minutes, shop takes 3 minutes to walk to and 5 restaurants within 10 minutes walk. I can't say enough good things about this place, seriously... Thank you for an amazing time.
