Beautifully restored old house with lots of charm and a unique atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the host was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Beautiful place, but unfortunately the wooden floor is incredibly noisy. I felt quite stressed making coffee in the morning, worried that I might disturb the other guests. I understand it’s part of the character of the place, but it did make it harder to relax.

Really helpful owner gave us tips for our day trips to Bruges, and sorted out an excellent breakfast.

The property was very clean and looked after. The grounds were great for the nice weather and a relaxing setting. The house has a perfect mixture of modern and authentic. Emil from the property was incredible helpful and available. He made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The Morris coffee shop was also incredible and perfect for a breakfast and brunch.

Proximité de très belles villes Architecture des Lieux Emiel est vraiment Top Facile d'accès, malgré la proximité de la voie rapide, le lit est tellement confortable qu'on n'entend rien

Manque un porte manteau dans la salle de bain Des cintres dans la chambre principale seraient appréciable Bruit du plancher, il est très beau mais toujours peur de déranger par les grincements

Veramente bella! Tutto molto curato e pulito, con tante attenzioni ai dettagli. Accoglienza eccezionale, Emiel é stato molto scrupoloso e di grande aiuto.

Ma si, il pavimento cigola un po’ ma d’altronde è un vero pavimento in legno antico…vale qualche rumore!

Les lit était parfait, salle de bain irréprochable et très réconfortante après une journée de visière ! Tout était à nos attentes, tout est à disposition.

Absolument rien ! Tout était parfait.

Au calme et tres bien tenu ! Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer ! Le propriétaire à eu l’amabilité de m’attendre malgré mon arrivé tardive !

Qualité, finition et propreté de la chambre

L'insonorisation. Les planchers font énormément de bruit et les portes sont d'anciennes porte qui laissent passer tous les bruits

La camera è molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata. Il B&B è in una zona molto tranquilla, per noi è stato un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Bruges e Gand che sono molto vicine. Emiel è stato molto gentile e disponibile, parla anche bene l'italiano. Siamo andati a fare colazione nella sua caffetteria che dista circa 10 minuti dal B&B, un posto davvero bellissimo!

The house has a charming countryside style. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom is large as well. The host was very friendly and provided plenty of supplies. In a shared common area, there were also utensils, coffee, and tea available.

Really nice a comfortable place. Clean and good sized rooms. The location must have been some type of shed at another time at it is now a nicely fitted modern B&B. The bathrooms were very comfortable in the 2 rooms we took. At the time it was only us staying in the facility, so we had the place to ourselves, but should there have been other persons using the third room, I am sure we would have been equally comfortable. Our host Emiel was very helpful in explaining all the facilities details. While they were not serving food in our B&B at the time of our stay, the owners have a coffee shop 10-15 minutes away from the place, fantastic food and coffee in a nice, modern and relaxed place, so breakfast were sorted very easy, make sure to call them ahead to confirm a table, it is clearly a popular place and can be full. We spent a day and half in the area, mainly in Bruges, which was 20 minutes away from the location, so very easy to move by car to and from the B&B.

Clean and well decorated property. There was lots of storage for our things and the garden was lovely to sit out in the sun. Our host was fantastic and let us try some of the fruit from his garden allotment. In the lobby there is a kettle and a coffee machine with milk available. We brought our own teabags. The location is close to shops and a nature reserve for walking. We had our dog Leo with us and the property worked well for caring for him, making the most of the outdoor space Would definitely recommend and stay again!
