Sauberkeit war ein Thema. Der Teppichboden unappetitlich und die Ecken der Dusche brauchen eine gründliche Reinigung.

Зупинялися тут на одну ніч і залишилися надзвичайно задоволені.У номерах панує ідеальна чистота, все нове, комфортне та продумане - усередині є вся необхідна база для відпочинку під час подорожі.Але найголовніше для нас, як для мандрівників на авто -це безпека автомобіля. Готель має власний підземний паркінг, тому за машину можна взагалі не хвилюватися. Прекрасне перебування, хоч і коротке. Однозначно рекомендую!

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ausreichend Parkplatz vorhanden, Preis okay. Guter Anschluss an die Öffis und die Innenstadt. Frühstück war ausreichend. Zimmer war soweit sauber Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich!!!

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. In nur 10 Minuten waren wir in der Altstadt. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, sodass wir ganz ohne Stress die Stadt besichtigen konnten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig, und das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Zeer net hotel. Ruime parkeerplaats. Fijn bed. Metro naast de deur, je bent zo in de binnenstad. Veel voor weinig, perfect als tussenstop.

Aber das Frühstück ist den Preis nicht wert was da für den Preis geboten wird zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir da waren!!!

Zeker een aanrader! We zijn ontzettend tevreden en enthousiast over de hotel. Het personeel is zeer professioneel, vriendelijk en gastvrij. Alles was perfect geregeld en we hebben ons hier echt prettig en welkom gevoeld. Een absolute aanrader!

Czysto i wygodnie

Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen Nürnberg entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, alles ist sauber und ordentlich, die Matratze ist weich – man schläft sehr gut und bequem. Die Abreise muss nicht so früh erfolgen, sondern ist erst um 12 Uhr möglich, was ebenfalls sehr gut ist.

Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Badezimmer war verstopft, und das Wasser lief nur langsam ab

Das Frühstück war gut. Habe in anderen Hotels das Frühstücksbuffet schon umfangreicher gesehen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Bar und Aussenbereich hat mir gut gefallen.

Dusche und Toilette getrennt daher Bad sehr klein.

Kleines Zimmer zu einem angemessenen Preis.

We stayed in this hotel for a one-night stay during our long drive through Europe. The hotel was easily accessible from the motorway. The staff was friendly and helpful, checking in was very easy and quick, and the room was clean and comfortable, ideal for our needs. We even found an English TV news channel, which I've found not many hotels in Germany have. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Overall, I would stay in this hotel again.

This hotel charges €11 per day for parking.

Als je te voet wilt gaan best ver uit het centrum.

Keurig hotel, lekker koel op de kamer (buiten snikheet), nette parkeerplaatsen, ontbijt prima. Op loopafstand is een leuke kleine pizzeria, l'incanto della pizza, waar we heerlijk hebben gegeten (wel contant geld meenemen).

Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat het toilet apart is en dat daar geen kraantje is, dus dan moet je alsnog naar de badkamer om je handen te wassen. Maar dat is een kleinigheid, verder was alles oké.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren top. Ich bin hier immer wieder gerne Gast.

Die Matratze hängt durch und das Bett knarrrt sich bei Bewegung

Hotel molto carino e moderno, situato in una zona tranquilla, lontano circa 3 km dal centro ma a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro. Segnalo nei dintorni un ottimo ristorante italiano che si chiama Quo Vadis e un panificio caffetteria che si chiama BrotHaus Cafè.

Non c’era il frigo in camera e nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua a disposizione. Il letto molto rumoroso e il materasso un po’ scomodo. Non avevo letto l’avviso che per avere la pulizia della stanza bisognava richiederla alla reception quindi un giorno siamo rimasti con la camera non pulita.

Moderne zweckmäßige Zimmer. Gute parkmöglichkeit .

Schneller netter Check In. Unkompliziert. Es gab die Möglichkeit dort essen und trinken zu kaufen.

Die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können. Die Klinke beim Bad war nicht ganz fest sodass diese manchmal fast rausgerutscht wäre. Aber für eine Nacht völlig ok. Haben dies auch nicht weiter gemeldet. Kosmetiktücher oder Zahnputzbecher wären top gewesen.

L’hotel era buono, anche se era abbastanza lontano dal centro città. Vicino all’hotel c’era un grande centro commerciale e anche un supermercato. Le camere erano pulite e il personale era molto gentile, disponibile e facilmente reperibile.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, sono rimasta piuttosto sorpresa. Di solito le uova sono un alimento fondamentale per la colazione, ma quando ho chiesto al personale mi è stato detto che al momento non erano ancora state consegnate. Anche la frutta fresca disponibile non era di buona qualità. I bambini hanno chiesto la crema spalmabile al cioccolato, ma anche quella non era disponibile. Ho trovato abbastanza strano pagare per la colazione e poi scoprire che mancavano diverse cose.

Das Wasser von der Dusche sehr schlecht abgelaufen da die Dusche mitten im Zimmer ist ist einfach überschwappen im schlafbereich möglich. Kein Waschbecken im wc. Wenn mann zimmerreinigung will muss man das sagen und das in einen 3 Sterne Hotel

Room design was not appealing. Specially the washroom separation was quite disturbing. No tissue box in the room. Request to provide was straight away denied by the staff.

Ein besonderes Highlight dieses Hotels war für uns ganz eindeutig der hervorragende Service. Frau Andrea an der Rezeption und später auch an der Bar war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Leidenschaft und Freude macht. Sie ist wirklich der richtige Mensch am richtigen Ort. Solch engagierte und herzliche Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem – allein für diesen großartigen Service würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und gerne weiterempfehlen. Fijne schone kamers en een heerlijke douche. Vriendelijk personeel en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Alles was prima. Alleen de drankjes in de bar waren een beetje aan de prijs. Het bed kraakte behoorlijk als je je omdraaide.

Det var rent både på værelse og i fællesområder. God stor parkeringskælder og hjælpsomt personale. Og så var der aircondition! Skønt i en hedebølge!

Hotellet ligger på hjørnet af to stærkt trafikerede veje, så man skal kunne abstrahere fra trafikstøj og støj fra (mange) udrykningskøretøjer.

Мръсния мокет в общите части и не любезния рецепционист - след като освободихме стаята и върнахме картите съпругата ми се сети, че си е забравила зарядното за телефона. Служителят категорично отказа да даде картата за стаята или да изпрати някой да ни го донесе. Имало такъв закон в Германия - след като върнеш картата от стаята не можеш да се върнеш за забравена вещ, дори и с представител на персонала. По тъпо обяснение не съм получавал за липсата на желание за да ни съдейства. За втори път отсядаме в хотела, но и за последен. А зарядното да си го ползват със здраве.

Diesmal zum ersten Mal leider einen absolut unfreundlichen Empfang durch einen Mitarbeiter. Wir haben das Gefühl bekommen gerade zu stören und nicht willkommen zu sein. Danach aber wie immer ein sehr nettes Personal.

Leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und bei 35 grad war zwar eine Klimaanlage da, diese hat aber im Prinzip leider gar nichts bewirkt, obwohl sie auf der kältesten Stufe war..

bardzo dobre śniadanie - może wybór nie był ogromny, ale było wszystko co potrzeba. Wygodne łóżka, czysto, cicho, spokojnie można zameldować się przy późnym przyjeździe. Duży parking, niedaleko sklepy, blisko do autostrady. jechaliśmy z rodziną z Francji i to doskonałe miejsce na nocleg tranzytowy.

The rooms were clean and the reception staff were friendly. A very fair price for what you get. The metro is outside the hotel which takes you to the old town.

The mattress was a but sunken and the bed creaked a lot. I was a bit disappointed to pay extra to check in 3 hours early.

Ondanks de vermelding in booking airco aanwezig was er enkel ventilatie, de klimaatregeling werkte niet, lawaaierige ventilatie, het raam kon maar 10cm open door een veiligheidsslot . Kamer was veel te warm, de hitte golf was voorbij en het had geregend…Personeel reageerde zeer onverschillig en verveeld toen ik er hun attent op maakte dat er een probleem was in Kamer 528 .

Kirsty was lovely on reception. Helped with my luggage and getting me in the room. Explained about parking, eating and the local area. The room is very modern and well presented. Overall, much better experience than o expected. Well done Kirsty and the colleagues at Premier Inn Plymouth.

We were told nobody would enter our room during our stay as we declined to have room cleaned as only staying 2nights.we borrowed an iron and board from a room full of them. We went out for the day and when we returned we found someone had been into our room a removed the iron and board. When we spoke to the receptionist she said’oh sorry no idea why as we have plenty’ no real apology. The crumpets at breakfast had visible mold on them.

Liked most of the upgrades to prem plus rooms. Missed a trick by not fitting any shower trays as opposed to shower over a bath (hence only 4 stars). Room prepared by Kerry, would give 5 stars for her. .

Recently spent 2 nights with family at this hotel. The service received from arrival to departure was very professional and courteous, in particular would like to mention receptionist Cassidy for her cheerful demeanour and valuable assistance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Honestly didn’t expect much when I booked but ended up having such a good stay thanks to Jordana, the manager. She was honestly unreal super friendly, actually cared, and went out of her way to help with a couple things that just made the stay way better than I expected. Just little things made a massive difference. The place itself was nice, but Jordana honestly made it feel way more welcoming.

Had an incredible stay, Jordana was brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The hotel was very clean and tidy, everything worked in our room aswell which is a first.

I had a really pleasant stay at this Premier Inn. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Special shout to Jordana for going out of her her way to make sure we were happy and settled in.

We arrived in Plymouth in the small hours of the morning after a dreadful 8+ hour journey, which had been disrupted by two detours caused by motorway closures. For one of those, we had experienced all sorts of problems following convoluted diversion signs. We already had a booking at a self-catering location, but were unable to park. We are both of retirement age, and, by the time we decided to give up and approach Premier Inn without a prior booking, we were both exhausted and quite frustrated. Dawn, the night receptionist at Plymouth East Premier Inn, could not do enough for us. We hadn't eaten, so she heated the two ready meals we had purchased and brought them to our room. Really, she could not do enough for us. Then, we had a really good night's sleep and are fully grateful that Premier Inn, through Dawn, could look after us at such short notice. Thank you.

Come down here a lot for business. Not the best with new places but Cassidy has been an absolute star. She has been extremely helpful and kind and has made the experience even better

This was a pleasant stay whilst exploring Plymouth for a few days. My room was clean and tidy although I did feel there was a lack of storage space with the wardrobe design (one shelf in essence and a few hangers). The room was incredibly warm across all three nights even with the fan provided and the road noise prevented me from having the window open. The pressure in the sink tap was poor but the shower was fine. There is a good sized car park and you input your registration at reception to avoid being charged. The car park could be busy in the evenings with the overflow from the Beefeater so a late arrival could struggke for a space. The Beefeater used for breakfast is tired and dated and blasted out Heart radio. On each morning there were dirty mugs, plates and cups in with the "clean" which was poor.
