Im Parkhaus die Einfahrt in den abgeschlossenen Bereich für Premier Inn Gäste.

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage

Unser Zimmer nach hinten raus war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet. Klein aber fein, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Es gab nicht so viele Möglichkeiten, seine Kleidung zu verstauen oder nasse Kleidung/Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ansonsten alles supi. Die Zimmer zur Straße raus könnten möglicherweise nicht so ruhig sein, da dort auch ÖPNV Verkehr (Bus und Tram) ist.

Die zentrale Lage ist super. Das tolle Frühstück kenne ich schon aus anderen Premier Inn Hotels. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam.

Die Matratze war zum Teil schon sehr durchgelegen. Mehr Wäschefächer im Schrank wären toll.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Durch die Haltestelle Prager Straße, direkt neben dem Hotel, kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dresden sehr schnell erreichen.

Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau: im Bad hätte ich gern mehr Haken oder Handtuchhalter gehabt. Bei zwei Personen war es kompliziert, die Handtücher nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen, dass sie trocknen können.

Man wurde satt, ansonsten keinerlei Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Gut war die große Backwaren-Vielfalt, nicht gut die Käse- und Wurst-Auswahl

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind die Zimmer zu klein. Es gab als Stauraum einen einzigen 50 cm-Schrank mit einer Ablage, keinerlei Kommoden oder Fächer. Zum Aufhängen von Bekleidung ein einziger Haken. Auch im Bad wären mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten sehr wünschenswert.

Auskünfte an der Rezeption waren mäßig. Mitarbeiter wusste nicht, wo das Hotel in dem er arbeitet, auf der Straßenkarte liegt und konnte auch keine Geographischen Auskünfte zur Stadt geben. Auch die Erklärung betreffend Tiefgarage war unvollständig. Vielleicht neu.

Tolle Lage zwischen Hbf und Frauenkirche. Fussläufig für die ganze Innenstadt. Zimmer mit Wasserkocher. Zimmer weit oben, dadurch angenehm ruhig. Sehr gute und ruhige Air Condition.

Die Lage war sehr gut, mitten in der Altstadt

Zimmerkarten werden erst mit 18 Jahren ausgegeben, dass ist sinnbefreit. Unser Junge ist 15 Jahre und zieht auch mal alleine in die Stadt. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer. Die waren sehr klein. Kaum Stauraum und das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Am Samstag war der Andrang so groß, dass die Mitarbeiter überfordert waren. Und dafür war der Preis an unserem Wochenende vollkommen überzogen…

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, lokalizacja naprawdę petarda — praktycznie w samym centrum, co jest ogromnym plusem. 😊 W hotelu było czysto, wszystko zgodne z oczekiwaniami i tak, jak należy. Jedynym minusem były dla mnie zbyt miękkie materace, przez co komfort spania nie był idealny. Poza tym pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze i zdecydowanie polecam ze względu na świetną lokalizację.

Zimmer sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Nicht genügend Steckdosen. Bzw. Auf einer Seite des Bettes waren gar keine Steckdosen. Kein Kosmetikspiegel/ + Tücher. Vorhang hing an der Seite runter. Duschgel war leer.

Saubere ruhige und schöne Zimmer für einen Aufenthalt von 1-3 Tagen völlig ok .

Frühstücksraum war sehr stark klimatisiert als wir da waren

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut bestückt. Es schmeckte auch gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In der unmittelbaren Nähe Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsmolls, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. In der weiteren Nähe die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Zwinger, Frauenkirche, Brühler Terrasse usw.

In der Parkgarage sind die Stellplätze schmal. Ich musste sehr mehrmals ansetzen um reinzufahren. Die Stellplatz Gebühr Kosten sind hoch 21, 00 € pro Tag.

Miesto centras, viskas vietoje, kambarys švarus, mašiną palikome priešais viešbutį gera kaina 12eu. Naktį tylu.

Гостиница супер комфортная, в самом центре! Вкусные завтраки, чистая, хороший интернет и удобства.

Налоги надо платить отдельно, хотя букинг написал, что все включено. Потом оказалось, что сумма, которая снял букинг, была меньше, чем стоимость гостиницы. Как результат - вышло не дороже, но отдельно платили.

Zahlung der extra Gebühr ( City Tax). In anderen Unterkünften Ibis Budget z.B. war alles bezahlt. Am Morgen funktionierte von der 6. Etage aus der Fahrstuhl nicht.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Es war eingerichtet wie die anderen Premier Inn und es ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zufrieden.

Posizione ottima. La struttura è nuova con una bella hall e il personale è molto gentile e professionale.

Al rientro in camera si avvertiva un odore poco gradevole.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, gut eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr lecker. Vom Hotel aus, konnte man alles Sehenswerte in Dresden fußläufig erreichen. Aber auch der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war gering.

Τα κρεβάτια ήταν αναπαυτικά. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν βολική. Το προσωπικο ήταν σχετικά ευγενικο.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό. Η μοκετα του δωματίου λερωμένη. Μείναμε 3 βραδιές και δεν μπήκε κανένας να καθαρίσει, να αλλάξει πετσέτες, να αδειάσει τα σκουπίδια. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό. Δε μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι...Απογοητευτικο

Albergo vicinissimo al centro. Stanza nuova, letto comodo, divano letto abbastanza comodo. Fornitura di caffè tè e bollitore in stanza. Possibilità di fare colazione pagando un sovraprezzo. Possibilità di parcheggio coperto (a pagamento) sotto l'albergo stesso. Ma a 2 minuti a piedi è presente un parcheggio pubblico scoperto che costa la metà.

Molto piccola per 4 persone, ma per 80 euro in 4 persone in agosto, va benissimo.

Posizione servizi e pulizia dell’hotel. Staff molto gentile e professionale.

Odore poco gradevole nella stanza al rientro in hotel.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral zwischen Altstadt und Innenstadt.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sauber wie man es sich wünscht, das Kaffee Wasserkocher Set war mit einer dicken Staubschicht überzogen und im Bad lagen Haare auf den Boden. Außerdem roch es muffig beim reingehen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Dresden zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend.

Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

Das Personal und der Service waren top. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück hatte zwar wenig Auswahl, war aber ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die schmalen Betten und die weichen Matratzen

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr guter zentralen Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an den Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch am Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht riesig, doch sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist war ganz gut, obwohl ich mir etwas mehr Obst gewünscht hätte.

Die Einfahrt zur Garage ist sehr eng , besser auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken, auch billiger.

Pokój czysty, dobrze urządzony, łóżko podwójne wygodne. Śniadanie wyborne, duży wybór wszystko świeże i PRZEPYSZNE 🙂. Lokalizacja idealna, jesteśmy praktycznie w centrum. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się parking.

Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to twardość dodatkowego miejsca do spania. Jest to drobny minus, gdyż zależy to od osobistych preferencji.

Stanza e bagno puliti dalle dimensioni generose. Letti comodi. Aria condizionata. Tende oscuranti di qualità che non fanno filtrare la luce e che permettono dunque un riposo adeguato. Hotel in zona centralissima ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. Consiglio.

Přímo v centru ideál

The hotel offered exactly what we needed....good value for money, convenient location near transport and Dresden old town, plus favourable breakfast choices. This was a very good find and I would recommend staying here when visiting Dresden. The quality of the rooms, hotel reception and breakfast were very good and I think of a higher standard than we're used to in the UK. The breakfast buffet was pleasantly extensive ( again thinking back to UK !) A good range of hot and cold choices. I would recommend this hotel based on its breakfast ( and I'm someone who books hotels based on breakfast reviews as we enjoy having a good breakfast to set us up for the site seeing during the day!) I would also recommend its position a short walk to the centre of old Dresden and about 15 minutes easy walk from the train station through the modern shopping area - if that's your thing! So very convenient all round.

Brilliant location for 3arena where we were attending the Hans Zimmer concert. Less than 5 minute walk. Very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless and bed so comfy. Spacious rooms. Bathroom spotless. Brilliant shower. Had the meal deal, 2 course dinner and unlimited breakfast, great value and plenty of choice. Very quiet hotel, we heard no noise at all. Special mention to Fatima,(hope I got name right) on reception. So friendly and helpful. The lady who served us dinner was so nice and friendly, sorry we didn't get her name.

Stayed here recently for a gig in the 3Arena- perfect location as a short walk away! Check in at 3 and we travelled up from cork getting there at 5:30 (2adults and 2kids). Receptionist asked me was it a family room required, I said yes and she advised us there were no rooms ready and we would have to wait. I asked if she had a system for calling us as we waited and she said no. I asked her to take my name and she said it was ‘fine we will just call ye when there are rooms available’. Other families gathered too and there were 6 families we spoke to all in the same situation. I asked to speak to the manager - a man named Gediminas came and spoke to me and asked me if I had booked with a third party. I stated I wasn’t sure and he just said ‘hmm’. I asked if the delay was due to third party bookings and he asked if I booked with 3rd party but evaded my question. I checked my email and said that we had booked directly with the hotel site. I again asked if 3rd party bookings was the issue - he stated no. He then took my booking number and advised my room was ready and that I had not given my name to the receptionist making it impossible for her to check. I could not believe that he was attempting to shift the blame onto the booking system and then onto me. When I said this he unapologetically said ‘well your room is ready now so I can book you in. I can take breakfast off the bill for you’. I told him I couldn’t care less about the breakfast. The lady behind me was so frustrated she asked me to deal with it the next day so we could all get ready for the concert. I advised that I would speak to the manager the next day - but he was not there. That evening we were going to eat in the hotel, instead we had to eat the shop snacks we had brought as back up as the restaurant could not accommodate any tables until after 7:30. Several people we spoke to while queueing advised they had waited a long time for their table and their food to arrive. I spoke with reception before leaving and they advised all complaints need to be submitted online. We were so disappointed that I wanted to bring this matter to light and discuss it. I was advised that all matters needed to be submitted online. I did so and was met with a response that my husband needed to contact them as the booking was under his name. I advised the interactions had all been with me and was met with the same previous response. The whole experience was stressful. The lack of professionalism and unapologetic manner of the ‘manager’ was the hard to believe. The difficulty trying to be heard onsite at the hotel and then online with customer service was also so disappointing.

We stayed for seven nights and it was excellent. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed, as always with Premier Inn, was wonderful. Really highly recommend this hotel. Something to bear in mind is that the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm but there are places close by for lunch and the hotel are always happy for you to call in a delivery of food at any time. There was not one single thing to fault.

Your typical premier inn. Clean spacious rooms, staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice. We stayed for 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned between this but we weren’t fussed. Situated a 5 minute walk from the 3Arena, and the centre is only a 10 minute bus (G2 we got from the bus stop around the corner.). You do need change for the buses as they don’t take card and you get no change back from notes. Overall a great stay.

Stayed just the one night, mid-week. Very friendly and helpful staff on the desk to welcome you. Had the standard double room, decent size. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was large and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the main road outside but considering the proximity there was little to no noise to be heard. Will be staying again without question.
