This is a modern and clean hotel. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The street is noisy, but closed windows provide silence. Air conditioning and WI-FI work very well. Comfortable beds and two types of pillows. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Lots of high-speed elevators. The breakfast –ok. The restaurant has many tables and there's no line for food. Convenient parking (but you can't reserve a space in advance). The staff is friendly and helpful. No problem with payment. Check out at 12.00 Snacks are available for purchase near reception.

The room for three people is very small. There is little space to store things and clothes. Glass door in the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom. A beautiful view from the window, ruined by the dirt on the windows.

Está ubicado cerca de la parada de metro de Postrasse que te deja rápidamente en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está limpio y es moderno.

Es imposible moverse por la habitación de lo estrecho que es. La maleta no la pudimos dejar abierta porque no cabía.

Die Zimmergrösse war als Doppelzimmer für 1 Person okay. Bei 2 Personen wird es recht kuschelig. Das Frühstücken war reichhaltig und gut organisiert ohne Wartezeiten

Los empleados se negaron a ayudarme a realizar una reserva para las mismas fechas de 2027 con tiempo. Me dijeron que aun no habian salido y resulta que ahora esta lleno, otro hotel mas que se suma a la especulación y usura de Colonia durante gamescom. Una pena.

Die Lage war wirklich super, da wir für ein Konzert da waren und die Haltestelle nur paar Minuten von dem Hotel entfernt ist. Insgesamt ist man so 15 min unterwegs mit Fußweg zur Arena was super war !!!

Das Bad war an sich sauber es hat nur gestört, dass es eine Glastür hatte finde sowas immer sehr unpraktisch und man sollte in eine normale Tür investieren (egal mit wem man unterwegs ist) oder es wirklich explizit angeben.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Aussicht aus dem sauberen Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend.

Schade, dass das Parken nicht inklusive ist.

Zimmer war mit Zustellbett sehr eng und Fugen im Bad waren teilweise schwarz

Perfekte Lage: 4 Stationen zur Messe, 4 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof - und trotz der Stadtnähe konnte ich gut schlafen, Freundliches Personal

Das Personal war nett und wir durften vor Check-in sicher unsere Koffer verstauen. Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss mit SB-kasse. So dass man sich zu jeder Uhrzeit was nehmen könnte. Es gab sogar Zahnbürsten und kleine Binden. Zwar teuer aber im Preis eines Kiosks halt. Ich fand die Betten bequem nur das Kissen war niedrig. Ich musste es dann Falten. Aber man kann ja nach weiteren Kissen fragen.

Die Duschen waren dreckig in den Ecken und der Boden war voll mit Flecken. Man kann dem nicht übel nehmen da es Teppichböden sind und Kaffeeflecken nunmal hartnäckig sind. Aber ist halt trotzdem da.

Schön eingerichtetes kleines Zimmer für eine Nacht.

Es gab nicht identifizierbare Flecken auf dem Teppich aber ansonsten war das Zimmwr völlig ok.

Sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich schöne Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch das Badezimmer hat alles was man braucht. Für einen Besuch auf der Messe Köln perfekt gelegen.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, lokalizacja naprawdę dobra — niedaleko Neumarkt co jest ogromnym plusem. 😊 W hotelu było czysto, wszystko zgodne z oczekiwaniami i tak, jak należy.Poza tym pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze i zdecydowanie polecam ze względu na lokalizację.

Nie ma minusów

Хороший современный отель, высокое здание, которое хорошо видно из исторического центра, удобно ориентироваться ) Достопримечательности Кёльна и магазины в шаговой доступности. Хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе. В номере есть чайник, чай и растворимый кофе в пакетиках. Хорошая звукоизоляция.

Подушки пожалуй не очень удобные.

READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING ANY ROOM I made a reservation of a room at this place and added my Austrian erste Bank debit card as payment. Next day I got a message that my card is not acceptable and I reached them and they told me explicitly add a credit card, because they can ONLY make the payment through that. I decided to cancel my booking then. The instant that I cancelled my payment, I got cut 90% of the room reservation cost, even though they told me they can not accept my card! I then called them, and they first direct you an extremely useless AI agent, so they can make you frustrated and waste your time, finally I was passed to a person, and they did not take any responsibility regarding my case, and after 5 minutes of argument they put the phone on the table and put me on hold and fully ignored me for the rest of the call (10 more minutes of no response), until I gave up and got frustrated and stopped the call! this is my experience with this people, who have NO respect for costumer and they really do not care about costumer, just for your money. If you want to make a reservation here, DO reconsider your decision, there are far better places in cologne to stay, so you do not need to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant people.

Zimmer war extrem eng für 3 Personen. Eigentlich unzumutbar.

Comfortable bed

Shower only had one heat setting and leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were also stains on the bedroom floor. Also no real desk in the room which made it difficult to work.

It was clean, staff were nice and it was easy to access public transport

Quise ampliar mi estancia un día más y reservé por error en otra fecha, aún así me quedé otra noche más en el hotel. Se negaron a buscar cualquier solución y me comí la noche de hotel al completo sin poder disfrutarla.

El desayuno está bastante completo . Camas muy cómodas , buena almohada y se puede llegar caminando a todos lados desde allí

Todo bien, la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero para ir a dormir , no se necesita mucho más .

Die Zimmergröße ist für Drei leute mit einem mitreisenden Rollstuhlfahrer zu klein und die Schlafcouch war unbequem

Ordentliches und sauberes Zimmer, Größe völlig ausreichend, funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer

Das Personal, weitestgehend abwesend und unfreundlich und versuchte zwanghaft deren persönliche Meinung kund zu tun. Völlig überflüssige Gespräche beim Check-in die selbst auf bitte dies zu lassen einfach fortgeführt wurden

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm war die große Duschkabine. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück ist aus unserer Sicht sehr teuer. Auch die Getränke und Snacks in der kleinen Supermarktbar in der Empfangshalle sind deutlich zu teuer.

Travesseiro fino, quarto pequeno, edredon pequeno, ar condicionado não funcionava e mesmo reclamando pra duas pessoas, uma delas arrogante, nao resolveram o problema. Pedi reembolso, não fui respondido. Tivemos que “dormir” com a janela aberta e cada banho demorava meia hora porque nao havia pressao de água. Faz muito tempo que não enfrentava tanta incompetência. Depois ficamos no mesmo hotel em Dusseldorf e tudo era igual, mas funcionava corretamente, portanto, conclui que como íamos ficar somente uma noite, nos mentiram e colocaram no quarto com problemas de ar condicionado e fluxo de água e o discurso estava preparado: o ar condicionado só funciona quando lá fora esta quente… se fosse assim todos os ar condicionados no mundo desligavam se a noite. Pior noite no país!!!

Добрались до гостиницы на общественном транспорте (U3, U4), заселили в номер очень быстро. Для двух взрослых + ребенок 15 лет брали соответствующий номер: одна двуспальная кровать + раскладывающийся диван (довольно широкий и комфортный). Все чисто, и что удивительно, хорошая шумоизоляция. По городу гуляли пешком, 20 минут со Кельнского Собора. Локация отличная.

Может, кому-то не понравится вид из окна на соседнюю гостиницу, но меня, как художника, он впечатлил. Я любовалась. :)

En general siento que es un buen hotel. La ubicacion es buena, fueron 5 minutos a los lugares de interés. No me senti inseguro en ningun momento. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Tal vez el Check in fue muy demorado, solicitaron papeles de nosotros 4, algo poco común cuando se reserva con Booking. Las personas que atendieron la cocina fueron muy amables. Siempre pendientes a recoger las mesas y atender. Calidad precio me pareció justa. Y el desayuno estaba bien, tenia variedad de jugos, fruta, quesos, jamones, panes. Algo que uno agradece al buscar estas estadías estando en familia, algo para todos los gustos. La habitación tiene donde colgar la ropa en un closet, una silla muy cómoda, una caja fuerte. Lo necesario.

El ascensor toca tener cuidado que no se cierre, no tiene sensor de proximidad entonces en una ocasión nos alcanzó a lastimar. Ya la habitación nos pareció algo angosta. El separador de la ducha no estaba completo al suelo por lo que se salía el agua, fue incómodo tener que poner toallas en el piso. El secador de una habitación no servía y quemó el que trajimos. No hubo agua en la habitación. Y tienen que tener presente avisar para que limpien la habitación de lo contrario va quedarse como la dejen. A pesar de todo esto, no siento que haya sido una mala experiencia solo lo menciono para que se tenga en cuenta al momento de la reserva y tener expectativas claras.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance of the centre of Cologne but the metro station is near the hotel so you have the possibility to take the U-bahn as well. There is a park with a playground a few hundred metres away from the hotel so that was great in our case since we were travelling with our 8 year old son. The room was clean and comfortable and more than we expected for the price paid.

Das Hotel hätte ein kleines bisschen näher am Zentrum liegen können, aber das hatte ich mir ja selbst ausgesucht. Besonders lecker und eine reichhaltige Auswahl hatte das Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, wir waren auf Städte Tripp und das Zimmer wurde nur zum Ruhen oder Schlafen genutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, wir hatten über 30 Grad draußen. Das Bad war sehr schön und modern, die Dusche war groß und der Druck sehr gut.

Es gibt nichts was ich hier hätte bemängeln können. Wir haben KEIN 5 Sterne Haus in der City gebucht, haben aber ein richtig gutes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bekommen. Gern wieder.

After staying at the hotel I received a parking ticket for £100. Informed parking company that I had stayed at the hotel and booked my car in with reception. However parking charge was reduced but not cancelled. Tried to complain to Premier Inn as I will no longer use them for business trips but unable to do so. You just get sent around in circles. Very poor

It’s what you expect, clean room, good friendly staff, food was standard and no issues. Yes the restaurant was a bit dated and walls chipped and marked but it was all fine. Bar staff great and loads of parking. I think the staff were great and if I were to be fussy then the exterior could have been tidied up. (Through the glass in the fire escape door there was lots of rubbish). Worth the money and did the job and I would certainly go back.

Overall a great stay, room was lovely, clean, comfortable and had a lovely view. We are in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast and was happy with both.

Booked relatively last minute, was planning on attending a funeral in Hull. A really smooth check in. The room was very nice, standard premier inn. Would recommend if needing someone to stay in the area.

Don’t go, worst hotel we’ve stayed in staff went out of their way to be rude and unhelpful, we ate in restaurant and wouldn’t recommend that either food awful and line it had been reheated and tasteless. Couldn’t pour a Guinness (3attempts) noisy room from a pump somewhere that intermittently cut in out, air con that doesn’t work, not great when you can’t open window, noise from other rooms , poor decoration( peeling paint, stained &dirty carpets) Really felt we were an inconvenience to any of the staff we had to deal with.

Really good check in experience - arrived early with my partner on a Sunday to be greeted by Karen who was wonderfully helpful and efficient. Nice and easy for a Sunday.

Lovely welcome hotel is in good condition bed was comfortable. Breakfast nice, best premier inn in Ipswich I’ve stopped at recently. The lady who serves at breakfast on the 28th is lovely very very lively stopping to speak to all the customers the lady who checked me in on the evening of the 27th was so helpful as well couldn’t fault any of them

We stayed in a Premier Plus accessible room for two nights while visiting family and were very comfortable. There was a fridge, Nespresso machine, and an armchair and foot stool as well as a huge bed. The bathroom was huge and the bath had low sides and loads of safety handles which was what we needed. The only disadvantage was the shower curtain - I find some water always goes through the gap and onto the floor, and hate hows the curtain sticks to you! We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but did enjoy two very good breakfasts. We didn't have time for any sightseeing or shopping but the hotel is in a really central position if that's what you've come to Jersey for.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns previously but never found such a friendly one as Chantry Park. The staff were all amazing especially Selina who looked after my sister and me as though we were family. Each of the staff we encountered went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and well cooked. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and in fact were sorry to have to leave. Emily …you are an excellent manager and have an amazing team . WELL DONE .

Aura the receptionist was very polite and respectful, the inn was a lovely place to stay very clean and tidy and the evening meal was really good we had plenty of choice, the breakfast also had a great choice from a full English to cereal and yogurt with a choice of fruit and finally as many cups of tea you needed to wake you up.

We had the best experience staying at Premier Inn Kingston today. The breakfast buffet was just amazing. Staff members Karen, Abdul, Jay and Shane were accommodating and helpful. Thank you guys!
