The hotel is really close to the main train station but on the other side of all the activities, so for business travel it's good or if anyone wants to be in less crowded area, while still really close to the train station and dom.The staff is really polity and helpful and the breakfast is solid. The internet was working fine.

The elevator in hotel is a bit weird as it takes you between the floors so you still need to go with stairs one floor up or down. Hot water needs some time to "arrive" in the bathroom so some might think there's no hot water. There's no safe in the room which is also a bit weird. Value for money is extremely low but I guess it's related to the period of the booking as there's huge expo in Cologne so all the hotels were booked.

The room itself was very big, spacious, and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower too, and was also very clean. The hotel itself was also nicely designed and quiet. Was a very nice, calm place to come back to and rest after a long day at Gamescom. The location was both good and bad - The good side: very close to the main station near the cathedral so commuting was very easy.

The location was also bad in that there were always homeless or shady-looking people near the hotel area - no one actually bothered me, but the general feeling was of a lower-quality area of the city. For a lone woman, for example, this might be scary at late hours (again, no one actually did anything, but just the general vibe). The breakfast was very poor from a vegetarian point of view - very few options for me to eat.

Awkward couple of 'junkies' outside on the public corner. Police picked them up a few hours later, but it's one hell of an impression to arrive to. Didn't happen again during my time there!

Ein sehr gutes drei Sterne-Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage, nur wenige Gehminutenh vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend (wir durften kostenlos früher ins Zimmer) und hilfsbereit. Das Doppelzimmer war groß genug für zwei Erwachsene und einen Koffer, im Bad gab es ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Das Frühstück ist sehr mittelmäßig für den Preis, hier kann man über eine Alternative nachdenken. Eine grandioses Aussicht darf man an diesem Standort nicht erwarten. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt beim Hbf, somit auch recht laut. Da muss man sich entscheiden, zentral oder ruhig. Mit Oropax kein Problem.

Die Nähe zum HBF ist ideal, da das Zentrum gut erreichbar ist, man aber auch bei Geschäftstreffen schnell am Bahnhof ist

Es ist ziemlich laut. Zu einer Seite sind die Gleise der Bahn, zur anderen eine laute Straße und auf der dritten Seite ist ein Mini Park, in dem auch zu späterer Stunde noch Leute sitzen

Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Sehr gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Hatten ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. War am Ende ein großes Doppelbett. Das Frühstück hätte gern noch abwechslungsreicher sein können. Sehr überteuerter Preis für zwei Übernachtungen(war aber sicher der Gamescom geschuldet, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war dieses da noch "günstig").

Der Preis von 234,- Euro für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Denke, dass dies bedingt durch die Gamescom war.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately were not satisfied with our experience. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and welcomed us rather indifferently. There were also many issues with the room, even though we had booked a superior room. First of all, the shower was broken. It was leaking from several places, and the shower head would not stay in place and kept falling down. It was very uncomfortable to use. We were asked, “Do you want a different room?” but since we were only staying for one night and were already very tired, we did not see the point of moving. We stayed in the same room, but we never received an apology. In fact, the staff even laughed about the situation, which was very unpleasant. The towels also smelled bad and were clearly not fresh. We asked for them to be replaced, but the new towels were simply thrown onto the bed, while the old ones were left in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was installed so high that I could only see my head while standing on my tiptoes, even though I am of average height. Trying to dry my hair with a hairdryer without being able to see myself in the mirror was extremely inconvenient. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. The underfloor heating was on, while the air conditioning could not cool the room properly. It was extremely hot inside, especially considering that the temperature outside was +36°C. Why would the heating be turned on in such weather when the air conditioning is clearly not powerful enough to cool the room? There was also no way for us to control the underfloor heating ourselves. There were only two bottles of water in the room. Since this is a 4-star hotel, we expected drinking water to be readily available, as it is a basic necessity. After returning from a full day of walking around, we asked at reception for some water. The staff member told us that he would not provide any and that we could only buy it from the hotel. He even warned us that

it was expensive and recommended buying water at a shop instead. The next morning at breakfast, however, we noticed that there was actually always an option to refill our own water bottles at the drinks station. The receptionist simply did not offer us this option. Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. We knew that breakfast was included in our booking and had already been paid for, so we simply went to get some food. Nobody had told us during check-in that we were apparently supposed to find a member of staff ourselves and register for breakfast. One of the female staff members stopped us and told us that we would have to pay if breakfast was not included in our booking. She could not find us on the breakfast guest list, and only after asking another colleague did she find out that everything was fine and that we were allowed to eat. Why did we have to go through this embarrassing situation and worry that we were somehow not on the list when breakfast had already been paid for? We were then asked to choose a table. There was very little choice because most of the tables had been reserved. This was the first time we had ever encountered reserved tables at a hotel buffet breakfast. Our table, like most of the available ones, was extremely uncomfortable: it was very low while the chairs were too high. We had to bend down significantly just to eat and ended up sitting in a very uncomfortable position. Another issue was the language. The staff repeatedly spoke to us in German, even though they knew we were foreign guests. They kept asking us questions in German despite knowing that we did not speak the language. The location is convenient in terms of being close to the train station, but the surrounding area was unpleasant. There was a strong smell of cannabis everywhere. Overall,the unfriendly attitude of the staff and the poorly thought-out design and organization of the hotel made us feel like unwanted guests. Unfortunately,we cannot recommend this hotel

Close to the train station, and good area with good restaurants nearby. Still quieter area for good night sleet. I was surprise to see Indian restaurant next door, I ate dinner there for all the days i stayed here as it was convenient. Location is superb, you can walk to the Koln dom (Cathedral), Neumarkt, walking street around with shopping malls. From Kolner Dom it was also easy to walk down to Rhein river view and chill evening for drinks and dinner. Please note: The hotel does not have onsite restaurant to order food , it just offer the breakfast.

No Dine in or room service of food. But it didn't bother me much as they have plenty of restaurants next doors.

Room was much bigger than I thought. The location was also great and reasonably easy to get to the HBF (although the walk can be a bit sketchy at night). There was also a street with restaurants nearby which was convenient. Luggage storage was fine but not super secure (they’re just in the corner of the reception area).

The suite was nice but not accessible. You had to take an elevator that required you to walk up/down half a flight of stairs. They were also at the back of the building and required additional walking to get to. Cleaning is done on request only.

Everything. We were very close to the cathedral, like a five minute walk and it was a good execution of a futuristic hotel.

They don't their own parking lot.

Yani otele giriş ve bize verilen odanın konumu uygun degildi

Завтрак на удивление приличный, обычно в немецких отелях он сильно хуже. Здесь же был турецкий персонал и марку они стараются держать.

Это больше не к отелю претензии... Очень много "асоциалов" в округе, они не агрессивные, но ... Нет своей парковки, ближайшая в километре от отеля.

De ligging is goed. 5 min wandelen en je staat aan de Dom.

Hotel is wel rumoerig niet binnen maar langs buiten. Waren nu ook werken bezig vlakbij dus uitslapen zat er niet in.

Gemütlich & sauber.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles top. Die Freundlichkeit des Mitarbeites (21.08 gegen 20:00 - den Namen weiß ich nicht mehr) war hervorragend und er war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein. Alles vorhanden Fön, Duschgel, Seife. Es gibt keine Minibar, aber in der Lobby einen Getränkeautomaten. Die Bar war ausreichend, haben dir den ersten Abend genutzt.

Das einzige Manko ist, dass es so gut wie unmöglich ist jemanden vor Ort im Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir hätten dringen Hilfe gesucht, jedoch der Anruf wurde von eine KI Stimme geführt, die einen im Endeffekt darauf verweist eine E-Mail zu schreiben. Hier wäre eine einfachere Lösunf für dringende Fälle gut.

L'Hotel molto carino e moderno in ottima posizione, la pulizia delle parti comuni, il letto grande e molto comodo, l'accesso alla stanza tramite scheda, la disponibilità e la funzionalità delle prese elettriche, l'illuminazione e le dimensioni della camera.

La gestione superficiale, lo staff indisponente e la camera inadeguata. Prima del nostro arrivo a Colonia, la struttura mi aveva contattato per ricordarmi che la stanza prenotata prevedeva due letti singoli, offrendomi la possibilità di convertirli, se richiesto, in un matrimoniale. Essendo in coppia, ho risposto subito confermando la preferenza per il matrimoniale, ma lo staff non ha mai letto il messaggio né inviato un riscontro. All'arrivo in hotel ci è stata quindi assegnata la camera iniziale con i letti singoli e, per rimediare all'errore, siamo stati sistemati in una stanza per diversamente abili. Per noi questa soluzione si è rivelata estremamente scomoda: l'assenza di barriere architettoniche creava ampi spazi vuoti e inutilizzabili, con pochissimi punti d'appoggio, ridotti a soli due mini sgabelli come comodini e a una piccola scrivania. Anche il bagno era privo di piani d’appoggio e dotato di una doccia aperta con una semplice tenda come paratia. Come se non bastasse, la camera non è mai stata pulita per l'intera durata del soggiorno; solo dopo abbiamo saputo che la pulizia veniva effettuata esclusivamente su richiesta. Infine, parlando dei servizi, la connessione Wi-Fi era talmente instabile da risultare inutilizzabile, mancava un mini frigorifero e la colazione costava ben 17€ al giorno per persona in all inclusive. Consiglio allo staff dell'hotel di fumare qualche sigaretta in meno davanti all'ingresso e di leggere e rispondere invece a qualche messaggio in più.

We stayed for one night . Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet and we slept very well. The room was small for two people, but perfectly comfortable for a short stay, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly, and we also liked that coffee, drinks and cocktails were available at the hotel until late in the evening.

Disposable hotel slippers and an electric kettle in the room would make the stay more comfortable. The tissue holder was empty, but after I contacted reception, the staff brought tissues immediately, which I really appreciated.

Stanza e "armadio" piccoli, assenza frigorifero e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Essendo vicino alla stazione si possono incontrare senza tetto come in tutta la città del resto.

Bella camera, bagno piccolo ma essenziale. Posizione ottima vicino al Duomo di Colonia e quindi al centro. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Il parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a 8 minuti dall'albergo al costo di 24 euro al giorno.

Tivemos problemas com funcionários, nomeadamente no pequeno almoço, na negativa em deixar as bagagens na recepção por algumas horas depois do checkout e na insistência das arrumadeiras camareiras em baterem em nossa porta 3x pela manhã para tentar entrar, sendo a primeira vez antes das 8:30h. O único funcionário simpático e prestativo foi o rapaz do checkin à tarde, de resto o staff feminino não correspondeu à simpatia. Bom hotel mas da próxima não voltaremos.

Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Lage um Köln zu erkundigen. Guter Hinweis auf der Internetseite zum nächsten Parkhaus. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Die Ausstattung war toll und die Klimaanlage bei den ordentlichen Temperaturen ein Traum.

Lediglich die Parkplatzsituatiin vor Ort, wenn man nicht weit laufen kann oder in einem Parkhaus (ca. 300 Meter) stehen möchte. Luxusprobleme halt.

Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade. Ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro com regulagem de temperatura. Café da manhã farto.

O quarto talvez um pouco pequeno, mas não incomoda muito não.

Great location near the train station, which suited us as we were on the way from Prague to London. The staff were really friendly and competent at reception and our room was clean and cute, tucked away on the top floor of the first building. It had a K kettle, good and quiet air con and fab black out curtains. Which meant we got a really good nights sleep. There is a busy road on one side of the hotel but many of the rooms face away in a different direction. As long as you don’t get a room on that side of the hotel it’s a great stop over spot. And really good value. We found a lovely beer hall five mins walk to the north, just us and the locals as it’s slightly out of the central area. Had lots of outside seating and good service. Would recommend the local beer and homemade potato pancakes at Brauhaus Em Kolsche.

We liked everything about our room. But may want to avoid rooms near the road.

The room was fairly basic, which is what we expected given the price. That being said, it met our expectations: it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was decent. To top it all off, the hotel staff was friendly. All in all a pretty good little hotel.

Came here with family as we were having a family gathering at a restaurant near by. There was issues with staff sorting rooms out so we didn’t get in our room until 4:00pm or so. But they opened the restaurant so we can have a drink. Our room was ready during our drinks which we managed to check in. Comfy beds as usual. Would go again if in area.

We stay here on a weekly basis for work purposes and everytime its a great stay. The rooms are always clean and the food in the restaurant is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to racheal (rachel) on reception, who goes above and beyond everytime we stay, she has a friendly smile and is always chatty and nothing is evwr too much troubke with any issues. She is a credit to the company! Which is also a reason we always come back to this prwmier inn

The hotel was easy to find straight off the motorway. The receptionist was lovely and the room, even though quite a walk, was lovely. We also had breakfast which was excellent

Our room was not ready when we arrived around 3.30pm. There was a queue and we discovered they were short staffed and our rooms were not cleaned. It was suggested we wait in the new restaurant. We had to wait til 5pm for the room to be ready! The coffee, we feel should have been complimentary after this wait. We had less time to get ready for dinner at 6pm, as we were out to an event at 7 30pm. We had to wait nearly 45 mins for four little plates to arrive. Then there were issues with the til. The staff did their best, but felt there wasn't enough of them overall. Hopefully the teething problems will diffuse with time. The room was great and we slept well 😃

Parking was free (whilst multi-storey cannot be used) and very close. Very friendly. Everything was very clean and they have the comfiest beds!

I think the only thing that lets Tiverton Premier Inn down is the car parking. The multi story is accessible but is costly.Also I was stung by having a parking permit stuck to my windscreen.This was because the ticket machine at 10.30 decided not to issue a ticket after an attempted payment. Consequently an over zealous park attendant stuck a notice on my screen at 7.0am.Not impressed so I think Premier Inn needs to have an agreement with Mid Devon Council about resident stays.

We were here for one night and although we arrived pretty late, we had a lovely friendly welcome. It's next door to the train station and not far from the town centre too. Our room was on the top floor and it was very spacious, clean and with all the usual Premier Inn features plus their lovely comfy bed. It was very quiet so we had a great sleep. Breakfast was really good, the restaurant was quite large but we did find it pretty cold in there. All in all, it was one of the nicer Premier Inns we have stayed in.

Hotel reception staff never ever pick up their phone no matter the time for day. After 2 weeks of trying to call, spoke with female staff who was searching for my booking on a WRONG date and kept saying my booking did not exist. No apologies for my wasted time

My wife and I have stayed in this Premier several times before and enjoyed it, which is why we booked again. On arrival at the car park it looked just the same except for some obvious building work going on. Signing in was easy and the room was the usual Premier quality. So everything was much as expected so far. We then tried to book dinner to include our son-in-law and grandson which was the only reason we had come to Tewkesbury. We were informed that only residents were allowed to eat in the restaurant!! After much pleading it was agreed that an exception would be made and our get-together could go ahead. However, when we entered the restaurant, the need for the new ruling became obvious; what once had been a lovely, homely pub-style restaurant that could accommodate 300+ customers had become a very plain canteen with 56 covers. It appears that this is happening at many other Premier Inns. Apparently the reason is to sacrifice eating space to contruct more rooms i.e. attract more customrs but reduce the room to feed them?!

Great staff, room and food. Came with a small group of friends and had a great time, rooms were comfortable and warm and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Looking forward to coming back

I stayed for a week and its not a bad hotel the staff are very friendly. They just need to work on their cleanliness. It turns out they only clean your rooms if you specifically request it and leave a sign on your door. I did this two days and they still didn’t clean the room. Bathrooms really should be cleaned regularly. The last night I went to the bar and a member of the kitchen staff arrived for work. He told his colleagues to stay away from him as he had “the plague” a bad cold I believe he was referring to. He then donned his chef’s attire and went to serve food. Safe to say we ate out that night. Genuinely not a bad hotel. Just needs a bit better oversight.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The check in time was nice and quick and had no issue in doing so. When arriving at our room, we was very satisfied how clean the bedroom was, as well as to how nice it was. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

It is sad to see how far the standard of the rooms have fallen since our last visit to this Premier Inn last year. The room smelt musty upon entering as if it hadn’t been used for quite a while, the bathroom reeked of bleach. The fittings are far and few between, the room looked tired as did the bathroom. As there were only two mugs I had to ask for a couple of glasses and asked why I needed them. Furthermore, please, is it really too much to ask for standard loo rolls! The little sheets just feel unacceptable. The worst was yet to come as nearly all night, bar a couple of hours, the guests above us moved around the room loudly all night. My husband said it sounded like clog dancers practising for a dance. Yes, maybe we should have complained but exhaustion and hope it would improve meant we didn’t. My husband only got a couple of hours sleep and myself an hour. We couldn’t endure another night of this and as a result had to quickly find alternative and more expensive accommodation for the following night. A highly disappointing experience especially since we have been loyal Premier Inn guests since they started their business in the U.K. I know, Premier Inn now offer a luxury range however I hadn’t expected this to mean the normal rooms were made to be far inferior and no doubt the luxury ones are as previous normal ones. Not having the chance to travel to much we were very much looking forward to this weekend and the experience at the hotel affected our visit for the worse. Although we were quickly refunded the upcoming nights accommodation by the staff at the desk any discussion of compensation had to be taken up with guest relations. Given their number by the staff we called them once home to no avail. Apologies but no real practical recompense for our night.

Centrally located. Room was clean and comfortable but general areas were poor with check in machine not working and lift broken

Hotel and staff were great. And room prices very good. BUT THE PARKING IS APPALLING. £16 to park over night in the multi-storey. Cheaper if you can park in one of the small number time limited spaces outside the adjoining council office, or a few hundred yards down the road (not great when it’s raining!!). But that requires a lot of moving from place to place, in and out of Waitrose car park for 2hrs etc. to comply with length of time your allowed to park. We would come again, but now more aware of the VERY limited or costly parking arrangements. All are shown on the web site, but who reads that. We don’t. 🥴.

Whilst the room was comfortable and the mattress divine, the washbasin tap took 10 mins to run hot water. What a waste of water. The bar and restaurant were as filthy as the last time I stayed about a year ago. The bar tables were sticky and the carpets were looking shabby but it was the restaurant that gave us most concern. The walkway to the hot buffet was badly stained with ingrained grease. Likewise the carpet in the restaurant seating area. The bin to deposit used tea bags etc had no pedal so to use it people had to handle very dirty lid to dispose of rubbish. This was bad enough but I am sure the leads from the Christmas tree lights wrapped around the plug were a safety concern to us. I will be sending photos to Torbay Council. I have attached photos of the above.

I had wonderful staying in that cozy place "Premier Inn West Thurrock", very good service! Especially Ralitsa on the bar best service staff!

Stayed here before and the staff that your deal with on face-face basis are great , the food from the restaurant is fantastic and always served quickly by the great staff. Breakfast is always fresh and hot, and Jamie is always on hand to help and is a credit to the hotel.. BUT , the premier inn management must think it’s a cost saving idea to have all the rooms set to 17’c and non controllable in the rooms . I was not the only one complaining about this daft procedure… guess it may save them a few quid in the long run doesn’t help us paying guests on what is the coldest days of the year …

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Stayed in Premier Plus and well worth the extra. Nespresso coffee machine a bonus and additional pods appreciated. Room a little bigger and gorgeous shower. Breakfast is definitely one of the best features. Lots of choice all beautifully cooked and very fresh. Absolutely delicious. Everyone was very helpful and made a difference to our stay

Highly recommend this hotel no problems staff extremely welcoming and nothing to much trouble hotel is amazing clean you can’t fault this hotel at all and food is fantastic and excellent value for money can’t wait to go back for Christmas

Very disappointed with this Premier, clean and tidy as you would expect, but issues with the plumbing ie bath taps extremely difficult to turn on and off and the toilet flush was also very hard to flush. We got back to the hotel bar around ten pm only to be told they were closed, they must have turned away at least a dozen people There was no info re opening times when we booked. Very disappointed.

went for a meal in the restaurant. Excellent choice of menu, Kelsey was a fantastic host and she was a very pleasant girl, nothing was a problem and she is a credit to premier inn. also Michael who took my reservation was very professional and his multi tasking was a credit, from reception to bar to the floor he was efficient in everything.

Lovely Premier inn based in the middle of Tiverton. Friendly service quality accommodation and quality food. Car parking fees structured so overnight parking is expensive believe as it a multi storey joined to the Hotel it could be subsidised by the local council for guests of the Premier inn.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the lady at reception polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The towels supplied were ample. Having the shower gel and shampoo supplied was great. The coffee and tea facilities plenty. Check in was easy and having early check in was great. The only think is bring a bottle opener. The price was reasonable
