Wir haben mit unserem Baby von Freitag bis Sonntag übernachtet - wir hatten ein Babybett angefragt und dieses war bereits im Zimmer( mit einer dicken Matratze) - das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend!

It's my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. The beds the bedding, the pillows are extra comfortable that gives you a feeling like you are in heaven. Very hard to leave in the morning though hahaha. I will definitely come back when around.

Zimmer etwas klein.

Kleines sauberes Zimmer, das alles bietet, was man braucht, und das zu einem sehr guten Preis! Direkt nebenan gibt es ein Parkhaus, wo man sein Auto während einer Reise gut abstellen kann.

La habitación era muy cómoda y adecuada para dos personas. Disponía de tés y cafés en la habitación. Tenía secador de pelo y un espejo ideal para maquillaje.

Camera impeccabile, pulita e arredata in modo moderno e funzionale. Plus per riferimenti all'accoglienza di persone lgbtpi+ nella struttura. Area lounge molto carina. Colazione ottima e abbondante con scelte veg.

Location is easily reachable from the main train station and from the city center (a direct tram N9) I got a room on western side of the building, so, I had the sun only in the 2nd part of a day and could enjoy the normal temperatures in the room.

I was a little sad not to find the information about a breakfast price / opening hours and restaurant directly in the room even though I got it at the reception. Plus, in my room there was no refrigerator, which, I think, would be an adequate addition, specifically in summer. A small one would absolutely do. There is even a space for directly under the writing table in front of the bed.

Very descent and comfortable hotel.

Bottle of water/beer 0.5 liter for 4 Euro is a bit crazy.

Frühstück war gut, für den Preis sehr gut. Sehr ruhig in einem Büroviertel. Zimmer sehr schön und praktisch. Freundliches Personal.

Die Lage ist etwas unattraktiv. Die Parkgebühren mit 18.-€ pro Tag fand ich jetzt nicht so günstig. Die Barpreise sind etwas gehoben. Weinschorle wird mit einem Cocktail-Messbecher abgemessen, fand ich doch sehr strange.

It's very quiet at night.

There were stains in more than one spot on the carpet in the room, and I have no idea what was spilled on it. There was also a foul odor in the bathroom. However, the staff refused to switch me to another room, citing that the hotel was fully booked—even though it wasn’t peak season that day. These issues were never resolved by the time I checked out, and I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Wir hatten zwei Einzelbetten bestellt, sollten uns dann aber eine grosse gemeinsame Decke teilen Die Getränke im Automaten in der Lobby sind unsinnig teuer. Das Parken ist im gesamten modernen Stadtquartier nur im Parkhaus möglich.

Great stay at premier inn Darmstadt. Staff were welcoming. The rooms were spacious clean and definitely worth the money. Would stay again.

Prima locatie en accommodatie voor een overnachting vanuit Italië naar huis. Het was schoon, de familiekamers zijn niet erg ruim, maar voor deze prijs helemaal prima. Let op, parkeren kost €17 per nacht, dat wordt nergens eerder vermeld.

Super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, sauber. Preis-Leistung ein Traum. Wir durften das Auto ein bisschen länger stehen lassen, da wir am Folgetag noch in der schönen Stadt waren.

Man duscht in einer Badewanne, was auch mal okay ist. Leider war es unvermeidlich, dass danach der Boden unter Wasser war. Der Bedienung der Klimaanlage könnte erklärt werden, ist nicht ganz intuitiv.

Schickes Hotel, für eine Übernachtung super geeignet. Wir waren als Familie dort und hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Einzelbett und Zustellbett, das hat für uns super funktioniert.

Reception were so helpful to help an issue with my booking and accommodate another nights stay, really great. Great location on the outskirts of the town centre.

Excellent as always! We booked one of the accessibility/ reduced mobility rooms which was just what we needed. All of the staff were very helpful and kind, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel met and in a couple of areas exceeded our expectation. The reception we received was first class. The rooms and facilities are no less than one might expect of the brand. However, the location is not great if you want to leave the car parked up but hey there is a tram service not far away.

We stayed one night, October 10th as we were going to a nearby wedding. The gentleman who checked us in and out the next day could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. He was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome even though he was quite busy. We spent a very comfortable night in our spacious room and the next morning a lovely lady served us out breakfast. She was cheerful and very pleasant also. We will use Premier Inn again. Thank you.

This is such a quiet and peaceful place with excellent rooms, 5-star cleanliness. Had the best breakfast roll ever😊. Friendly and available staff. The free wifi was abit slow up stairs if this can be checked

Upon arrival at the hotel today, I was warmly welcomed by Tanya. Her exceptional service and positive demeanor made an immediate and favorable impression. Tanya's assistance with the iron and ironing board, while my hands were occupied, was greatly appreciated. She is a valuable asset to Premier Inn, and I commend her exemplary service.

Upon arrival in the car park, things looked promising. From the outside, the hotel looks modern and reception was clean and welcoming. That is where the positives end. The room STANK of damp as soon as we opened the door. Inspecting the room, we found the bathroom door to be swollen with moisture and damp patches all over the walls - including behind the sofa. The bed was way too high and difficult to get on to (I am a 5’6 woman so not exactly short), and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Thought about sleeping on the sofa but that was equally unpleasant. Even the shower wasn’t working right, with the controls wired in backwards, meaning you had to turn it to cold to warm up etc. We have had to wash all our clothes and our hair as soon as we arrived home, as the smell has lingered on them. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Perfect overnight stay. We only needed a bed and shower in a convenient location as attending a wedding nearby. Lovely staff, large spotlessly clean room (it looked recently refurbished) and comfortable beds. Hotel quiet and we weren’t disturbed by road noise despite room being at the front of the hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It restored my faith in the brand after a disastrous stay at a Premier Inn near Gatwick airport at the beginning of the summer.

This premier inn is well placed for Croydon and is easy to get to from the M25, the staff and helpful but not to overbearing. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very well presented.

The room was quite dirty, the shower screen was gunky and there was stains on the armchair. There was a duvet in a bin bag under the bed. The wifi didn't work in my room. It was the cheapest thing available and did have free parking, but for £180 for 2 nights (not including food mind you) i would have expected better.

Had a bit of a disaster and my booking didn’t go thru properly and I didn’t realise until we got to the hotel. Amy was so helpful, calm and a credit to premier inn. She sorted a room and made up the bed for our little one. Very helpful and welcoming

Very clean and tidy. We visited for comic con and it was a lovely place to rest between travelling as we travelled all the way from Southampton. We especially loved the little gift from Emma P, we've never had anything like that in a premier inn before so that really made our visit! The staff on reception were also friendly! We will be back!

By far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The WiFi does not work, if you are with O2 you can expect no phone reception whilst in the hotel. Room climate controls do not work, or do not exist and the windows have limited opening. Moreover, the TVs are not smart enabled, so no YouTube or apps available. Currently building works are being done and although this finishes at 17:00 every day, the noise does stop. The constant noise from all the builders outside slamming work van doors and sitting in the vehicles with music and engines running carry on until late at night. On a positive note, the staff here have been extremely supportive and welcoming. I can honestly say that I have witnessed firsthand the patience and professionalism far above the expectations of such a run down hotel, which otherwise would have made this an unbearable experience. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the lady at the front desk who was working the evening/ night shifts, I believe she needs recognition for her attitude and knowledge that exemplifies the best in hospitality. I honestly believe that due to the outstanding service and hospitality, this staff member has exhibited that she would not be out of place working in a 5 star hotel.

Wifi was utterly awful, I couldn't even watch a YouTube video without leaving the device to buffer for twenty minutes. Webpages would need to take minutes to load and my laptop barely even registered a signal. I get that Premier Inn are trying to push their "Ultimate Wifi" however it shouldn't come at the cost of a basic service that every hotel should offer within their room pricing. It was by far the worst wifi I have ever had at any hotel. The room was comfy enough but smelled really bad of damp. The window had been open before I went in and even after leaving the room for six hours it was still there when I got back. The staff though, we're lovely. Very personable and welcoming.
