This is a modern and clean hotel. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The street is noisy, but closed windows provide silence. Air conditioning and WI-FI work very well. Comfortable beds and two types of pillows. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Lots of high-speed elevators. The breakfast –ok. The restaurant has many tables and there's no line for food. Convenient parking (but you can't reserve a space in advance). The staff is friendly and helpful. No problem with payment. Check out at 12.00 Snacks are available for purchase near reception.

The room for three people is very small. There is little space to store things and clothes. Glass door in the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom. A beautiful view from the window, ruined by the dirt on the windows.

Está ubicado cerca de la parada de metro de Postrasse que te deja rápidamente en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está limpio y es moderno.

Es imposible moverse por la habitación de lo estrecho que es. La maleta no la pudimos dejar abierta porque no cabía.

Los empleados se negaron a ayudarme a realizar una reserva para las mismas fechas de 2027 con tiempo. Me dijeron que aun no habian salido y resulta que ahora esta lleno, otro hotel mas que se suma a la especulación y usura de Colonia durante gamescom. Una pena.

Die Lage war wirklich super, da wir für ein Konzert da waren und die Haltestelle nur paar Minuten von dem Hotel entfernt ist. Insgesamt ist man so 15 min unterwegs mit Fußweg zur Arena was super war !!!

Das Bad war an sich sauber es hat nur gestört, dass es eine Glastür hatte finde sowas immer sehr unpraktisch und man sollte in eine normale Tür investieren (egal mit wem man unterwegs ist) oder es wirklich explizit angeben.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Aussicht aus dem sauberen Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend.

Schade, dass das Parken nicht inklusive ist.

Perfekte Lage: 4 Stationen zur Messe, 4 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof - und trotz der Stadtnähe konnte ich gut schlafen, Freundliches Personal

Das Personal war nett und wir durften vor Check-in sicher unsere Koffer verstauen. Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss mit SB-kasse. So dass man sich zu jeder Uhrzeit was nehmen könnte. Es gab sogar Zahnbürsten und kleine Binden. Zwar teuer aber im Preis eines Kiosks halt. Ich fand die Betten bequem nur das Kissen war niedrig. Ich musste es dann Falten. Aber man kann ja nach weiteren Kissen fragen.

Die Duschen waren dreckig in den Ecken und der Boden war voll mit Flecken. Man kann dem nicht übel nehmen da es Teppichböden sind und Kaffeeflecken nunmal hartnäckig sind. Aber ist halt trotzdem da.

Schön eingerichtetes kleines Zimmer für eine Nacht.

Es gab nicht identifizierbare Flecken auf dem Teppich aber ansonsten war das Zimmwr völlig ok.

Sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich schöne Zimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch das Badezimmer hat alles was man braucht. Für einen Besuch auf der Messe Köln perfekt gelegen.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, lokalizacja naprawdę dobra — niedaleko Neumarkt co jest ogromnym plusem. 😊 W hotelu było czysto, wszystko zgodne z oczekiwaniami i tak, jak należy.Poza tym pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze i zdecydowanie polecam ze względu na lokalizację.

Nie ma minusów

Хороший современный отель, высокое здание, которое хорошо видно из исторического центра, удобно ориентироваться ) Достопримечательности Кёльна и магазины в шаговой доступности. Хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе. В номере есть чайник, чай и растворимый кофе в пакетиках. Хорошая звукоизоляция.

Подушки пожалуй не очень удобные.

READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING ANY ROOM I made a reservation of a room at this place and added my Austrian erste Bank debit card as payment. Next day I got a message that my card is not acceptable and I reached them and they told me explicitly add a credit card, because they can ONLY make the payment through that. I decided to cancel my booking then. The instant that I cancelled my payment, I got cut 90% of the room reservation cost, even though they told me they can not accept my card! I then called them, and they first direct you an extremely useless AI agent, so they can make you frustrated and waste your time, finally I was passed to a person, and they did not take any responsibility regarding my case, and after 5 minutes of argument they put the phone on the table and put me on hold and fully ignored me for the rest of the call (10 more minutes of no response), until I gave up and got frustrated and stopped the call! this is my experience with this people, who have NO respect for costumer and they really do not care about costumer, just for your money. If you want to make a reservation here, DO reconsider your decision, there are far better places in cologne to stay, so you do not need to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant people.

Comfortable bed

Shower only had one heat setting and leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were also stains on the bedroom floor. Also no real desk in the room which made it difficult to work.

Quise ampliar mi estancia un día más y reservé por error en otra fecha, aún así me quedé otra noche más en el hotel. Se negaron a buscar cualquier solución y me comí la noche de hotel al completo sin poder disfrutarla.

Anche se il parcheggio é privato e devi pagare a parte, per i clienti dovete avere i posti riservati, non che arrivi se occupati devi cercare i punti di parcheggio.....poi con i bagagli a cercare a ritornare al hotel....questo e stato molto brutto La mocheta era macchiata .....

Todo bien, la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero para ir a dormir , no se necesita mucho más .

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm war die große Duschkabine. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück ist aus unserer Sicht sehr teuer. Auch die Getränke und Snacks in der kleinen Supermarktbar in der Empfangshalle sind deutlich zu teuer.

Travesseiro fino, quarto pequeno, edredon pequeno, ar condicionado não funcionava e mesmo reclamando pra duas pessoas, uma delas arrogante, nao resolveram o problema. Pedi reembolso, não fui respondido. Tivemos que “dormir” com a janela aberta e cada banho demorava meia hora porque nao havia pressao de água. Faz muito tempo que não enfrentava tanta incompetência. Depois ficamos no mesmo hotel em Dusseldorf e tudo era igual, mas funcionava corretamente, portanto, conclui que como íamos ficar somente uma noite, nos mentiram e colocaram no quarto com problemas de ar condicionado e fluxo de água e o discurso estava preparado: o ar condicionado só funciona quando lá fora esta quente… se fosse assim todos os ar condicionados no mundo desligavam se a noite. Pior noite no país!!!

En general siento que es un buen hotel. La ubicacion es buena, fueron 5 minutos a los lugares de interés. No me senti inseguro en ningun momento. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Tal vez el Check in fue muy demorado, solicitaron papeles de nosotros 4, algo poco común cuando se reserva con Booking. Las personas que atendieron la cocina fueron muy amables. Siempre pendientes a recoger las mesas y atender. Calidad precio me pareció justa. Y el desayuno estaba bien, tenia variedad de jugos, fruta, quesos, jamones, panes. Algo que uno agradece al buscar estas estadías estando en familia, algo para todos los gustos. La habitación tiene donde colgar la ropa en un closet, una silla muy cómoda, una caja fuerte. Lo necesario.

El ascensor toca tener cuidado que no se cierre, no tiene sensor de proximidad entonces en una ocasión nos alcanzó a lastimar. Ya la habitación nos pareció algo angosta. El separador de la ducha no estaba completo al suelo por lo que se salía el agua, fue incómodo tener que poner toallas en el piso. El secador de una habitación no servía y quemó el que trajimos. No hubo agua en la habitación. Y tienen que tener presente avisar para que limpien la habitación de lo contrario va quedarse como la dejen. A pesar de todo esto, no siento que haya sido una mala experiencia solo lo menciono para que se tenga en cuenta al momento de la reserva y tener expectativas claras.

Everything we needed. Great views of Koln from the 16th floor! Room was small but very well laid out; excellent shower. Very good air con.

A little bit further out than we'd have liked but city centre an easy walk. A bit noisy as close to tramline/major road but windows kept out most noise.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance of the centre of Cologne but the metro station is near the hotel so you have the possibility to take the U-bahn as well. There is a park with a playground a few hundred metres away from the hotel so that was great in our case since we were travelling with our 8 year old son. The room was clean and comfortable and more than we expected for the price paid.

Das Hotel hätte ein kleines bisschen näher am Zentrum liegen können, aber das hatte ich mir ja selbst ausgesucht. Besonders lecker und eine reichhaltige Auswahl hatte das Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, wir waren auf Städte Tripp und das Zimmer wurde nur zum Ruhen oder Schlafen genutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, wir hatten über 30 Grad draußen. Das Bad war sehr schön und modern, die Dusche war groß und der Druck sehr gut.

Es gibt nichts was ich hier hätte bemängeln können. Wir haben KEIN 5 Sterne Haus in der City gebucht, haben aber ein richtig gutes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bekommen. Gern wieder.

C’est un hôtel qui Sale j’ai réservé pour Mon Frère il n’a même pas passé une seule nuit sur cet hôtel, tellement que l’hôtel il est sale, on a demandé de changer de chambre, j’ai dit que il faut qu’il ajoute de l’argent malgré que le sang sont dégoûtant Je vous déconseille vraiment de réserver sur ce hôtel, on a perdu pour réservation de 6 jours.

Everything was a 10/10, but if I could give a higher score, I would give it to the staff especially the kind and cheerful gentleman who welcomed us at reception. He was absolutely wonderful. At our request, he kindly changed our rooms to a higher floor without any hesitation or complaint, and he did it with such warmth and kindness. Thank you

After 13 hours of travelling, I made a small mistake when booking the hotel. I needed a room for the night from the 15th to the 16th, but by mistake I booked the 18th to the 19th. When I explained the situation at reception, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. He laughed at me and told me that I should be more careful about what I was doing next time. He dismissed me in a very rude manner, leaving me with no choice but to book another hotel, where the staff were very kind and helpful. What makes the situation even worse is that, despite knowing about my situation, Premier Inn still charged my account the following day. The staff were extremely rude, arrogant and completely unwilling to help. After this experience, I will never stay at Premier Inn again.

Posizione comoda, a circa 10 minuti dal centro. Colazione ricca e abbondante, con una buona varietà di prodotti. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità della struttura nel mettere a disposizione la camera prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in.

Prezzo complessivamente un po' elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti. Letto leggermente usurato e non particolarmente confortevole. Parcheggio molto costoso, che incide ulteriormente sul costo del soggiorno.

Świetny widok z okna, bardzo wygodne łóżko i fajne podświetlenie pokoju. Łazienka z ogromnym prysznicem. Jedyną wadą jest fakt, że wokół nie ma dosłownie żadnego sklepu (hotel znajduje się na obwodnicy), dlatego trzeba się przejść 5-10minut. Mimo wszystko polecamy!

Ontvangst was hartelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was comfortabel genoeg. Fijne doucheruimte. Goede airco. Schoon. Hotel kon 24/7 betreden worden, waardoor we lekker ontspannen uit konden gaan.

Behulpzame, maar slecht ingelichte medewerkers getroffen tijdens ons verblijf. Er ging veel mis in de communicatie. Medewerkers spreken slecht/gebrekkig Duits of Engels. Lift was defect voor onze etage (5e). Er werd aangegeven dat we zelf een handdoekenwissel moesten initieren als dat nodig was. Eenmaal beneden aangekomen met de handdoeken wist de medewerker niet goed wat er moest gebeuren. Met handen en voeten uitgelegd wat een "handtuchenwechsel" precies inhoud. Uiteindelijk werden mijn handdoeken als een soort chemisch afval met handschoenen en extreem veel afstand aangenomen. Gaf mij een wat ongemakkelijk gevoel. De dag erna had men de handdoeken opnieuw verwisseld. Tof natuurlijk, maar niet in lijn met de communicatie.

Beim Buchen ist angegeben, dass Parkplätze für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig verfügbar sind. Leider ist das Parkhaus öffentlich zugänglich und war aus diesem Grund voll und wir mussten weiter weg und zum höheren Preis parken. Abflüsse im Bad haben streng gerochen .

Breakfast very good; generally all items available although on the last day they ran out of all juice! Good number of coffee stations which meant that queues did not build up for coffee - an improvement on all the other hotels we stayed at during this trip.

Nothing that the hotel can do anything about, but as a pedestrian it was tricky to get directly away from the hotel because of the inner ring road and the nearest public transport that ran continuously throughout the day was about a 10 - 15 minute walk which given the heat wave was at times a bit of a push.

Bon accueil du personnel, chambre propre et spacieuse, facile d'accès et non loin du centre ville ( le + : une bouilloire pour un thé ou un café dans la chambre). Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Je n'avais pas vu que l'hôtel était en zone nécessitant une vignette environnementale, qu'il faut commander à l'avance... Se faire siphonner le réservoir en étant garé sur le parking de l'hôtel...
