Sehr gutes Hotel mit moderner und ansprechender Einrichtung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem. Auch das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen – eine große Auswahl und viele verschiedene Optionen. Positiv fanden wir außerdem die E-Ladestationen in der Tiefgarage, die zu fairen Tarifen genutzt werden können. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal und den tollen Service. Ich hatte eine Kleinigkeit im Zimmer vergessen und das Team des Premier Inn hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und organisiert, dass sie mir nach Hause geschickt wird. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service und den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lautstärke - Zug und Autos sehr laut - Fenster musste geschlossen werden. Dreckiger Kaffeelöffel. Auto muss für 16 Euro ins Parkhaus geparkt werden. Es gibt keine Parkplätze in laufbarer Nähe.

Mancanza di parcheggio, ricerca di un posto lungo la strada ma a tempo. Quindi abbiamo rischiato la multa perchè non ci poteva mettere il disco orario per la notte. Basterebbe dare un pass da mettere sul cruscotto con date del soggiorno ed avere la priorità nonchè la certezza del posto auto. Non ci era stato comunicato che non c'era da parcheggiare.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp für eine längere Fahrt mit Kind sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel befindet sich nahe der Autobahn und gleichzeitig ist man in nur ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß (man läuft durch ein hübsches Wohnviertel und einen Park) in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Die An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Der Frühstücksraum war am Sonntag sehr voll, aber man konnte in den Loungebereich ausweichen. Die lange Schlange vor den Kaffeeautomaten war trotzdem etwas nervig. Hier wäre eine dritte Automaten sicher von Vorteil.

Stanza comoda e più che adatta per un breve soggiorno, ambiente climatizzato , cosa di non poco conto in giornate molto calde. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Die Fenster im Zimmer sind absolut schalldicht. Man hört die Züge überhaupt nicht.

Modernes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe, gutes Frühstückbuffet von 6:30 - 10:30 h. Zugangskontrolle zu den Zimmern erhöht das eigene Sicherheitsgefühl.

Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind gut besucht und leider nur für 2 Stunden kostenlos. Ansonsten noch mal 16€ für die Tiefgarage fällig. Standardmäßig kein Zimmerservice, aber wenn was fehlt jederzeit Hilfe an der Rezeption.

This place was very clean and comfortable and the shower was exceptionally good.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Zimmer war ausreichend und hatte für eine Nacht alles was man braucht. Klimaanlage vorhanden, helles Zimmer und Bad hatte eine gute Größe. Betten sehr bequem! Parkplätze vorhanden, allerdings für länger nur in der Tiefgarage für 16€ Aufpreis p. T. Die Parkplätze vor der Tür sind nur für 2 Stunden verfügbar. Personal war nett uns für Fragen offen. Frühstück war okay. Wir sind leider in der Stoßzeit gekommen und mussten erstmal auf Platz warten und vieles musste auch erst wieder aufgefüllt werden. Aber für jedem was dabei!

Zimmer war etwas klein, man hatte Schwierigkeiten die Koffer gut auszubreiten um an seine Sachen zu kommen. Für zwei Personen auch wenig Platz in der "Garderobe". Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort, daher soweit okay. Aber für länger etwas blöd aus dem Koffer zu leben. Außerdem hatten wir einen ganz unguten Geruch im Badezimmer. Ich war mir erst nicht sicher ob es die Toilettenbürste war oder das Putzmittel (evtl Chlor) so einen unguten Geruch bildete. Aber ansonsten alles andere sauber! Top.

Although we booked with parking, the parking was not available. I had to park the car away from the hotel. The explanation - it is like that in whole Germany! That was a bit too general.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen zu einer Zeit, als viele andere auch ankamen und es war nur eine Dame an der Rezeption. Trotz des stressen, war sie sehr freundlich und nicht genervt. Die Zimmer waren super dunkel durch Vorhänge, perfekt zum schlafen.

Die Betten waren quitschig und man spürte die Federn der Matratze, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, der Klositz war locker und wenn man duschte war das Badezimmer unter Wasser.

Alles. Sehr schönes Hotel.

Praktisch, ruhig, bequem, großzügige Zeiten (Frühstück bis 10:30, Check-out bis 12:00), Personal stets freundlich; Wasserkocher mit Tee-u. Kaffeepäckchen runden das positive Bild ab.

Noch eine Ablage im recht kleinen, aber insgesamt sehr praktisch eingerichteten Zimmer wäre nützlich gewesen.

Moderne kamers, comfortabele bedden, ideale ligging om naar het centrum te gaan en toch rust te hebben.

Douche slecht onderhouden: loopt van bij het begin over, zowel regendouche als handdouche kunnen niet normaal sproeien als ze omlaag hangen, schimmel in de hoek en heel de badkamer loopt onder als je doucht.

ホテルから少し離れた路上に駐車することは可能ですが人通りが少ないので心配ならば素直にホテル地下の有料駐車場を利用した方が良いかも知れません。市内までは徒歩で15分ほど要します。 It is possible to park on the street a short distance from the hotel, but as there is little foot traffic, you might want to simply use the hotel's underground paid parking if you are concerned. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

Das zeitige schließen der Bar. Hatten einen Mädels Trip,wo wir um elf zurück waren,war alles geschlossen.hatten sowas noch nie in einer Stadt erlebt.nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen beim Personal ob wir noch ein Getränk erhalten,bekamen wir eine schnippische Antwort die Bar ist bereits geschlossen.

New hotel, smooth reception! Clean, comfortable sheets, you can choose a soft or hard pillow (big plus)! Near the highway. As we were going through Germany and this was a short stay, it was good value to take a shower and get some sleep.

A very small room for a family of four. Clogged shower, really unpleasant! Air conditioning set automatically to 24 degrees, a bit warm for me! No possibility to open the window for fresh air. Pricey parking (€16) but there is a possibility to park nearby outside. Electric charging is possible for a maximum of 2 hours. There is no mini-bar. I also didn’t like the bright purple light above the bed. A softer, warmer light would have made the room feel much more pleasant and relaxing.

We only stayed for one night during our road trip through Europe, and I was amazed by how great this hotel was! It was very clean, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and it was only about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. We also really enjoyed visiting Regensburg — such a beautiful place! ❤️

The fourth bed was quite small and short, so our teenage daughter found it a little uncomfortable. However, I understand that I booked a family room, so I’m not complaining at all.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und neu und liegt in einem schönen Stadtteil.

Die Zimmer werden nur auf Wunsch gereinigt. Ich fänd es besser, wenn alle drei Tage eine automatische Reinigung stattfinden würde.

Vary clean and comfortable beds as always. But prices are going up and can rise significantly between looking for a break and the booking a few days later. Facilities have been pared back over the years - no shaver socket, no second chair or table, no toothmugs, no tissues, no biscuits, no room service. You have to ask for more coffee etc, shower mat, extra pillows, extra towels (only one set in room even though booked for two adults) No case rack so you have to put case on floor or bed to unpack/pack

Was lovely stay with clean rooms, comfy beds, and really welcoming staff. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay again!

Found the hotel to be clean, tidy and well presented. Only down side was the beds are high if you are on the short side. The shower is in the bath which are deep so that was also a challenge for a 5ft tall person - maybe a warning should be visible online. We paid extra for the breakfast, which was ok not great. Food was only warm not hot. Coffee was not very nice.

It was an overnight stay as we were at a party and finished late, and its a fair distance to where we live, so we stayed at premier inn, place was nice and quiet and beds were comfy.

The staff were so professional and friendly. The rooms were tidy and clean. The car park was really big and had a lot of space to park. Overall, the stay was great and I would recommend to others.

To say I was shocked at the comments made by one of your staff is an understatement, we always ask for an accessible room as I am unable to get into and out of a bath, regardless of height, all the accessible rooms we had booked in the past and we have booke many MANY times with P/I, have all been wet rooms or flat floor showers etc, we have an account to make it easier and it is on there. We got to the hotel to be told we had a bath, which I can not get in and out of, but to then have the receptionist stand there and say "let me see if you can get in" and then walk down to the room and attempt to get me a registered disabled person to get in the bath, just to suit her is not only disgusting but illegal.... You can not ask any disabled person if they can or can not do something especially when they have already advised it is not possible. Yes they offered to change our room the following day, but that was inconvenient as we were out in the morning and only had a 45 minute turnaround to get to an even just up the road for 3pm, so had no time to pack up everything move then get ready and be there in time for the start of the event. They did say they would refund one days breakfast, which was "generous" of them, but I am seriously unhappy. NO ANGRY... It is hard enough not being able to do the things I want to do, but then to be questioned over what I am able to do or not but a member of staff, then be escorted to the room and told, yes TOLD to get in the bath while she stood there and watched, made my blood boil, I AM SO ****ing angry. I hate to have to ask my better half to assist me with my ablutions, and I generally never have too, Holiday Inn were really good and did everything that was asked on the booking without any quibble, and stated at the desk on book in, if there is anything about the room thats not right just let us know and we can see what we can do, Travelodge, whom i really do not like, were the same when we had no alternative but to stay with them, nothing for both was too much trouble. It is really making us seriously consider not using Premier Inn anymore if this is now the way that they treat Disabled customers, and for a hotel that size to allegedly have ONE flat floor shower in the entire place, another of our group was in the same position, only she is in a worse condition then me, they were less than impressed as well.... Disgusting, utterly DISGUSTING. And to say they are an Accessible hotel.. That's a JOKE !

Nothing to complain about at all, from check in to check out everything was great from the politeness of staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. I would happily stay here again in the future as I have done in the past.

Good stay, would recommend. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was nice. The beds were comfortable and rooms were neat and tidy. Car park had many vacancies. Reception team were extremely professional and kind!
