**Sehr gutes Hotel – lediglich der Check-in war etwas mühsam** Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel selbst war rundum sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber, bequem und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut und das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Insgesamt hat wirklich alles gepasst und wir würden das Hotel grundsätzlich jederzeit wieder buchen. Der einzige negative Punkt war leider der Check-in beziehungsweise die Zuordnung unserer über Booking.com vorgenommenen Buchungen. Die Mitarbeiter konnten unsere Reservierungen zunächst nur sehr schwer im System finden. Es wurde nach Nachnamen, Vornamen und teilweise auch nach den Namen der Begleitpersonen gesucht. Da wir mit mehreren Zimmern angereist waren, hat sich der Check-in dadurch sehr in die Länge gezogen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht, wirkten mit der Situation aber teilweise selbst etwas überfordert. Zusätzlich gab es bei einer Zimmerkarte offenbar ein Problem mit der Freischaltung. Obwohl das Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht war, funktionierte die Schlüsselkarte in der zweiten Nacht nicht mehr. Zwei unserer Mitreisenden standen deshalb gegen zwei Uhr nachts vor verschlossener Zimmertür. Ein Mitarbeiter war zum Glück vor Ort und hat sich darum gekümmert, allerdings dauerte auch diese Klärung wieder relativ lange. Nach unserem Eindruck scheint es hier möglicherweise ein technisches oder organisatorisches Problem bei der Übertragung beziehungsweise Zuordnung von Booking.com-Buchungen im Hotelsystem zu geben. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt wirklich hervorragend. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Komfort, Lage, Frühstück und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis waren top. Wenn der Ablauf beim Check-in noch etwas besser funktioniert, gibt es aus unserer Sicht wirklich kaum etwas zu bemängeln.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut.

Tolles großes klimatisiertes Zimmer. Ruhig, sauber. Man kann das Fahrrad mit auf das Zimmer nehmen.

Ottimo hotel situato vicino alla stazione; le camere sono isolate perfettamente (non si sentono i treni nonostante la vicinanza della stazione). Camere pulite e letto comodo. Ottima la colazione sia salata che dolce. Il centro città è a circa 10minuti a piedi.

Tutto bene, struttura molto pulita e moderna. Camera molto gradevole, minimale. Siamo stati solo una notte ma è stato confortevole. Posizione comoda per la stazione. Ottimo il wi-fi. Bagno molto bello e pulito con doccia spaziosa.

Secondo me, con un televisore smart con possibilità di mirroring, sarebbe perfetto.

Sauber, ordentlich-so, wie wir es von Häusern dieser Kette gewohnt sind! Als sehr freundlich und professionell empfanden wir den Mitarbeiter „Jonas“ am Empfang bzw. später als Service an der Bar. Gebildet, gute Umgangsformen, zuvorkommend, höflich und professionell-sehr guter Mitarbeiter !

Dass an der Tiefgarage die Ampel rot zeigt, obwohl die Einfahrt möglich ist. Das war für uns sehr verwirrend und wir hatten deshalb in der Strasse um die Ecke geparkt, die zum Bahnhof führt. Dummerweise mussten wir bei der Abfahrt feststellen, dass die Stossstange vorne durch einen unbekannten Verkehrsteilnehmer beschädigt wurde: 1.500 € Schaden. Das war leider der Wermutstropfen unseres Besuchs; sicher nicht durch das Hotel zu verantworten. Aber wäre die Einfahrtregelungen klarer gewesen, hätten wir besser dort geparkt 😉

Schimmelflecken in der Dusche. Geruch von den Abflüssen. Trotz Klimaanlage war es im Zimmer sehr warm.

Premier Inn standardı tatmin edici. Başka bir şehirde de bu otellerden birinde kaldık, her şey neredeyse birbiriyle aynı gibi. Hızlı check-in ve out, yeni ve temiz eşyalar ve iyi iletişimden memnun kaldım. Bu sefer üç kişilik odada kaldık ama çocuklar için aile odalarını öneririm, genişliği ve köşede olması daha iyiydi.

Maalesef oda sıcaklığı bizim ailemiz için hiç iyi olmadı. Klima sistemi çok enteresan: sıcaklık -+3 °C arası ayarlanabilir ama dış sıcaklık akşam 18-19 °C iken odamız kesinlikle çok soğuktu. Resepsiyondaki görevli oldukça sempatikti, ona durumu anlattım ancak otelde kimsenin bu durumdan şikayetçi olmadığını belirtti ve klimanın kapatılmasının mümkün olamayacağını söyledi... Klima fanını 0 olarak ayarlayıp kapatmamıza rağmen odaya sürekli serin havanın giriyor olması geceleri bizi üşüttü ve mutsuz etti açıkçası.

- Überteuerte Parkgebühren 20€/Nacht für was ? Ich finde eine Parkmöglichkeit gehört zu einem Hotel dazu und sollte für Gäste nichts zusätzlich kosten! - defekte Klimaanlage wurde trotz Meldung an der Rezeption nicht behoben. Statt dessen wurd uns am Abend ein neues Zimmer zugeteilt. - stark verschmutzte Teppiche in beiden Zimmern - Fernseher hängt schief unf froht von der Wand zu fallen - Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt - bei 4er Belegung nur Handtücher für 2 Personen - die gratis Wasserflasche fehlte gänzlich und wurde trotz Meldung an der Rezeption auch nicht nachgeliefert. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend!

Schönes großes Familienzimmer, für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, nettes Hotelpersonal, das Frühstück international und sehr lecker.

Paar kleine puntjes. 1 we waren met 2 personen, er was voor 1 persoon handdoeken. 2 de airco was niet koel, gelukkig werd het buiten net wat minder warm en kon het raam even open.

Wir sind 4x im Jahr im Premier Inn und wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Besonders gefallen hat uns diesmal das grosse Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben. Die normalen Zimmer sind zwar auch sehr angenehm aber die grossen sind wirklich toll.

Es gab auf unserem Zimmer keine Minibar oder eine Möglichkeit, eigene Getränke zu kühlen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis eher durchschnittlich aber es gibt eine angemessene Auswahl und ist von daher trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Kein Platz für Koffer im Zimmer, check in um 14.00 Uhr war nicht möglich, Personal wollte nicht mal nachsehen ob das Zimmer schon fertig ist

Clean and spacious with excellent lighting. Good soundproofing, could not hear busy road. Close to Mannheim main rail station.

Schönes Hotel modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Was heute auch immer mehr eine Rolle spielt sind die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Frühstück vielseitig und alles da, sehr nette Bedienung. Sauber und neutral in Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof.

Alles in Ordnung, was anderes kann ich nicht schreiben.

Vriendelijk personeel. Ondanks dat duidelijk op de website vermeld staat dat de maximale hoogte bij de parkeergarage 2 meter is, kwamen wij daar aan met onze dakkoffer op de Kuga.. Ja dat gaat niet passen natuurlijk. Uiteindelijk mochten wij op de laad-/losplaats parkeren, i.p.v. zoeken naar een alternatief in de omgeving. Verder hadden wij een ontzettend fijne kamer, groot ook! Prima badkamer. Ook het ontbijtbuffet was goed.

Helaas bleek op de dag van aankomst de keuken gesloten te zijn door tekort aan personeel. Daardoor konden wij onverwacht niet in het hotel eten in de avond.

De extra bedden(slaapbank en stretcher). Veel vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Airco werkte niet. Lossen onderdelen de badkamer.

Izby čisté a priestranné, príjemný personál, vynikajúca polohe hneď vedľa vlakovej stanice, izby výborne odhlučnené. Dodatočná platba za parkovanie bola dopredu oznámená, tento koncept sa mi páči, ubytovaní bez auta by boli diskriminovaní, ak by mali v cene aj parkovanie. Parkovisko podzemné s kontrolovaným vjazdom aj vstupom s bránou.

Sehr gute Lage, top eingerichtete Zimmer und eine hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der Check-in war spitze. Als wegen eines Events alle Parkplätze belegt waren, hat uns das Team an der Rezeption sofort mit einem Personalparkplatz geholfen. Ein schöner Drink an der Bar am Abend hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet!

Eigentlich nichts – wegen eines großen Events waren zwar alle Parkplätze belegt, aber die Rezeption hat uns sofort und unkompliziert einen Personalparkplatz angeboten. Problem perfekt gelöst! Danke an das tolle Team.

Het hotel was erg schoon en modern, net als de hotelkamer. Vriendelijk persoonlijk wat 24 uur per dag beschikbaar is bij de receptie. De afgesloten parkeergarage is ook zeker.een pluspunt. Goed ontbijt met ruime tijden.

We were traveling with a child and once the sofa bed was open, it was almost impossible to move around the room. Also, much too tight to open luggage and not many places to store anything. Also, no fridge which again was tough with a child.

Stayed with my family a few nights ago. The room stunk of must as did the bedding, towels etc. It was really grubby and the hotel in general needs a refresh. I've stayed in lots of premier inns so know what the standard is and this isn't it! Dissapointed

This place is a shambles the room it's self is ok but no heating been told it's not working but did say they would bring heater.there is no cups or tea making facilities but did get some also only hand towels but did get a bath towel when asked pub next door closed till 4 pm and £7.05 pint and only larger on tap but there's a pub 2 mins walk and £4.00 pint the flying horse not bad pub this used to be a really good place to stay but give this place a miss plenty of other hotels around here staff helpful not there fault just poor management all booked on there website £59. on day I came it was only £54 so be aware 👍

Our room had a duvet cover with a hole in it, a blocked sink in the bathroom a the stairwells were particularly dirty. It has a rundown feel about it. The staff (2 very pleasant, friendly and helpful ladies, who were trying to run hotel and restaurant between them) were totally run off their feet. The restaurant (awaiting refurbishment was cold, unwelcoming and the food mediocre and overpriced )and again the two staff from the hotel tried so hard to provide a friendly service, but on quite a busy Saturday night why only 2 staff. A very poor Premier Inn experience.

We stopped here the night before for our flight to Barbados, have to say it was very disappointing, it was absolutely freezing in the dining area and everyone was either sat with a large hoodie, thick jumper or coat on, we stopped for an evening meal and breakfast and with in a minute or so the food was clap cold because of the low temperature in the dining area, I am not exaggerating by saying you needed a think jumper or coat on to dine. We expected a buffet in the morning for breakfast but it was waiter service and we had to wait a while, it wasn't very warm when it came out add to that the temperature in the dining area, well we didn't finish it as the food got so cold so quickly, needless to say we won't be using this one for future reference.

Well located for the airport if flying early, great friendly staff (who were in the Halloween spirit) Rooms a bit dated but clean. Comfy bed and a good start to holiday. Restaurant next door but didn't try.

Hotel is ok although the welcome was a bit cool. Food in the restaurant was not great and the service was worse. Burnt fish and chips, cold burger and a lot of food not available, just waiting for my banoffee cheesecake but there’s no banana ….

Pre airport travel, bedroom looked okay on arrival and we unpacked and went out for a meal. It was only later we noticed the bathroom was a disaster. Would have complained then but we're leaving in 4 hours for a flight and it was too much hassle. Stayed here before and know it's not the best premier inn but this was the worst room we have stayed in. Cheap for a reason.

Ridiculously Convenient location for the NCP airport parking. Bathroom a little tired, bedroom fine. Consistent with what we'd expect from premier Inn. Dinner was alright. Breakfast on point. The lad serving was a superhero. Not sure if we are nameing names but big up I**N. Top notch Premier Inn worker.

This premier Inn is really poor, on arrival the family room we were given did not have beds made for the children and smelt of damp. The window was open which we can only assume was to diminish the smell. The next room we were given also smelt of damp but had two double beds. This hotel really needs an update.

Hotel was ok up until I noticed the toilet was running none stop by the point I noticed at around 9pm I thought i could live with the noise but it kept me awake most of the night I was up for 3am for a flight anyway. When I mentioned to the lady at checkout she never seemed surprised about the issue. This is my first bad experience with premier inn I don't think i will be back at this hotel

Terrible hotel, rooms smell damp carpets filthy and badly needs updated. We did not sleep well due to the stench in both rooms so not well rest for the long flight ahead of us. We will not be back and would not recommend.

Great stay. Warm welcome, very clean room and bathroom comfy beds, fab breakfast and friendly staff. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for one night prior to flying from Manchester airport. I've got to say for the price I was very impressed. Friendly staff, big room with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The hotel itself is slightly tired but for the price I will definitely stay here again when flying from the airport.

We were allocated room 31, which has connecting doors with another room. On entry the connecting doors were closed with settee placed in front of it, both connecting doors were unlocked, although we had no reason to suspect this. While in the room two young occupants in the connecting room decided to open the door, push the settee out of the way and try make entry to our room. Fortunately my partner, in a state of undress, heard a noise, shouted and they ceased with an apology then heard from the other room. On reporting to reception no resolution was offered other than the doors being locked, we were provided with the guest feedback card and the person on reception considered the matter closed. I did not consider this matter closed. We were not automatically offered a different room and were expected to remain occupying a room my partner could no longer feel safe in. I had to insist on a move and had time/circumstances allocated we would have left the hotel and gone elsewhere. What might have happened had it been adults making entry to the room? What if it had been a lone woman and it had been 2am, or it had been young children and someone had entered their room? The safety / security implications here are huge and you might have thought Premier Inn would want to take immediate action to contact us, however a week on and they have not. I would think carefully about booking a room with a major hotel chain who don't seem to be able to treat such a basic thing as your safety in a room you're paying for as a priority.

We have always stayed here when flying from Manchester Airport, unfortunately this could be our last, the price is good but the rooms & bathrooms need updated badly, the restaurant,although its obvious its having work done to it, I found was dark and uninviting, not for us for a while -will go elsewhere until renovated and updated..

Excellent service excellent food - Jo was on hand at all times will recommend and we will be back when travelling to Manchester Airport the next day absolutely perfect :-)

Good hotel for a night's stay, avoid the restaurant, the food and service are shockingly bad, even for a drink it takes you ten minutes to find a member of staff to serve you

Stayed as we were flying from Manchester early doors and needed something local. Positives. 4 mins on the train from heald green to airport it’s literally on your doorstep. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good kebab shop and a Tesco express round the corner. Cons. Very dated and smelt abit foisty. Couldn’t open the window wide through the night to let some smell out due to cage on the window and also on flight path (expected) which was noisy. Overall for the price and location would stay again, did what we needed but certainly in need of a refurb. Also, just to add. They do a good deal on food for evening meal and breakfast especially if staying with kids but we didn’t use it.
