Great stay , classy place

Yes yes yes

Amazing place super modern and luxurious will stay every single time

Beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and amazing. The hotel restaurant staff was also amazing. The food was great! Dinner for two was a little pricey but worth it. Breakfast was also great and reasonably priced. I gave the hotel four stars overall only because my room was on the fourth floor. It was a bit noisy because the restaurant was on the fifth floor and you can hear chairs and tables being dragged.

Clean, nice staff… Excellent

Such a lovely stay. Increíble room, great location.

Very nice staff

Great customer services

Beautiful Hotel! Art Deco stunning!!

My stay was amazing, the hotel was modern, clean spacious and very beautiful. Brunch was amazing as well. 10/10 will recommend.

Love it, was beautiful as well.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with stylish decor, sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance & courteous staff. Remarkable hospitality and first-class hotel!!

Staff and rooms are amazing!

Excellent hotel!staff and rooms are amazing

The main problems are because it's a new hotel I suppose they're rotating the same rooms to reduce the amount of the hotel they're using. The room was freezing at 64 degrees, and no matter how many times you turn it off it constantly comes back on, we both caught colds. The windows are frosted so we couldn't see outside. And worse of all they have BLACK toilets, how do you know if a black toilet is clean? Literally bought our own cleaner. Never going back.

Bed was really good, never did try the restaurants in the property

Gorgeous! I recommend it and woyld come back always when visiting Santiago.

Very good

Beautiful boutique hotel. Cleanliness, service, staff, rooms are a 10/10. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious! The only thing I was weirded out by were the frosted windows in the room - I need to be able to look outside, otherwise, everything was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome service and great staff

It’s a brand new boutique hotel very modern with an outstanding service. The restaurant was only opened for breakfast but they say it will soon be very fully opened later. I was hoping there was a lounge area but they are working on it since it’s a brand new hotel.

Great property

Excellent

Excellent place and staff!

Great stay. Super comfortable room and luxurious bathroom....The property is well located ideal for exploring Santiago!

Luxurious, modern and specious rooms. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to the opening of the other amenities like restaurant.
