Reviewed Nov 2, 2025The room was spotless and gorgeous. James went out of his way to help us in anything and everything. We travel constantly all over the world, but this was a truly remarkable experience. The owners were alway available and helpful, the tent hotel setup was impressive, and Zhangjiajie mountains are unbelievable. We are definitely coming back

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer you definitely could! They had many amenities, just like your luxury hotels. The location might be a little secluded but that adds to the experience of glamping. Thank you all for making my first experience in Zhangjiajie smooth and comfortable. - Mimi :)
