Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Một trong những khách sạn tuyệt vời nhất tôi từng lưu trú tại Bangkok. Dịch vụ tuyệt vời, tôi chỉ yêu cầu một bức thư chào mừng nhưng nhân viên đã chuẩn bị cả bánh và hoa chào mừng khi chúng tôi check-in. Nhân viên Bellboy đón chúng tôi từ đầu đường và đưa hành lý lên tận phòng chúng tôi mà không hề vòi vĩnh tiền tips. Vị trí khách sạn ở ngay trung tâm thành phố, liền kề trạm BTS và ARL Phaya Thai, bạn có thể dễ dàng đặt xe Grab, Bolt và taxi về đây mà không sợ định vị sai. Khách sạn cũng có dịch vụ shutter van đưa đón khách lưu trú đến một số keypoint của thành phố, bao gồm một số trạm BTS và một số shopping mall nổi tiếng. Có một cửa hàng 7eleven ngay trong tầng trệt của khách sạn nên bạn không cần đi đâu xa. Ngoài ra, có vẻ khách sạn này chung một tập đoàn (hoặc chủ đầu tư idk) với Baiyoke Sky Hotel nên chúng tôi đã nhận được phiếu giảm giá 10% cho dịch vụ buffet tại toà nhà nổi tiếng này.
Wifi tương đối yếu, thường xuyên bị log out hoặc không kết nối được vào buổi tối. Phòng tuy rộng nhưng lại chỉ có 1 chiếc ghế và 1 chiếc bàn nhỏ, nếu có 1 bộ bàn ghế trà chiều với kích thước lớn hơn thì sẽ tuyệt hơn. Bữa sáng khá ít sự lựa chọn và không thay đổi theo ngày. Ngoài ra, hãy cân nhắc nếu bạn ngại đi bộ vì sẽ mất tầm 10 phút để đi từ trạm BTS đến khách sạn.

W pokoju było tak brudno, że nie zostałam tam nawet na jedną noc. W pokoju dla niepalących na półce w szafie znalazłam niedopałki po papierosach. Wszędzie były czyjeś włosy. Pościel była brudna, w czyiś włosach. Tak samo pod prysznicem, kłęby włosów. Nie wspomnę już o ilości kurzu wszędzie. Podłoga nie była wcale sprzątnięta. Okna brudne. Nawet lustro w łazience było w pomazanej paście. Wymeldowaliśmy się po ok 0,5h pokazując kierowniczce zdjęcia brudu, niestety hotel nie chciał oddać pieniędzy nawet za kolejne noce, które mieliśmy spędzić w tym hotelu. Musiałam na ostatnią chwilę szukać innego hotelu w pobliżu. Również booking nie znalazł porozumienia z hotelem i dale nie dostałam stosownej rekompensaty.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Breakfast was great. The lobby area is spacious. We had issues with the toilet and bathroom sink. The staff immediately changed and upgraded our room. The city view is excellent from almost everywehere.
Ground level is not a nice area with a foul smell. The pool area is a little bit small it can be easly overcrowded given the sheer number of rooms in the hotel.

Zu wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer, in manchen Bereichen im Hotel ist die Klimaanlage zu kalt eingestellt

Unser Zimmer war gross, komfortabel und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche, hilfsbereite und herzliche Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

L'établissement dispose d'une piscine avec vue sur la ville et salle fitness avec des équipements neufs. Les chambres sont modernes et disposent d'un wc japonais ce qui est aussi un plus. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix pour séjour quelques jours sur Bangkok.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Magnifique hôtel avec vue incroyable sur les gratte ciels. Très bon petit déjeuner. Équipement de luxe dans la salle de réception. La piscine est appréciable pour se détendre. L hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied du skytrain pour l aeroport ainsi que du marché diurne et nocturne où l on retrouve les meilleurs prix de Thaïlande pour le shopping. L hôtel permet aux clients qui attendent leur avion de nuit de rester dans la partie réception ainsi qu à la piscine en disposant du wifi,tout en gardant les bagages. ils sont très arrangeants !

Und im EG ist gleich ein 7/11 wo man rund un die uhr wasser etc kaufen kann !!! Alleines das war einer besten Gründe für diese Wahl !!

Auch die Bootsanlegestelle für die Fahrt in die Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.
Der Pool war teils etwas schmutzig.

Lediglich andere Gäste sind mehrfach negativ aufgefallen, dass Hotel sollte sein Hausrecht hier rigoroser ausüben. Ansonsten fehlt es an Möglichkeiten mal ein Handtuch oder Badeanzug zum trocknen aufzuhängen.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The breakfast was excellent, with so much choice from Asian and Western countries, a fresh egg station, noodle soup station and selection of fresh fruit. Filter and machine coffee, and Oolong/Jasmine tea in pots. The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing and open till late. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. We got the red line direct from landing at BKK, which was very convenient and much quicker than sitting in traffic in a taxi. There was even a handy 7/11 on the ground floor. A wonderful stay, 100% recommended.

Quartos também super confortáveis e com vista para a cidade. Piscina no rooftop foi 5 estrelas e pequeno almoço também muito bom. Ficaram com as nossas malas apos checkout (tínhamos voo as 23h45) para podermos passear durante o dia tranquilos e no regresso ao hotel ainda nos deixaram tomar um banho para irmos refrescados para o nosso voo. Recomendo este hotel a 1000% Obrigado fizeram o nosso final de férias um sonho.

Located 5-10 min walk from BTS station so convenient. 15 min walk away from Pratunam Market. The room it self was fantastic. Spacey rooms with big shower and room air con was perfect. Buffet breakfast catered for all. Also huge win, check out at 12pm (we can sleep in!)

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the Airport Link station, which makes it a good choice if you travel to or from Suvarnabhumi airport. Hotel is very modern and has everything what you need for a pleasant stay, stunning outdoor pool on 23rd floor, with gym facilities, good breakfast and very comfortable bed. There is even a 7/11 on the ground floor, while another bigger 7/11 is located some 200m on the right hand side when exiting the hotel, and in the parking space there is a small street food shop with tasty and low priced,, real Thai cuisine.
I did miss the warm water in the shower!

El desayuno es muy repetitivo si estás varios dias. En Bolleria hay poca. El hilo musical de las zonas comunes, sobre todo de los pasillos de las habitaciones está demasiado alto y es molesto a primera hora de la mañana si quieres descansar.

Heel fijn punt. 7-11 in hotel. Dus handig. Top restaurantje ' Melbourne house' in de straat van metro, met echt fantastisch Japans eten en heel betaalbaar. Aanrader.
Niks eigenlijk. Op zich is de omgeving niet zo spannend maar 400 meter verderop begint de reuring. Precies goed.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, and well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Hotel úplně nový, pěkné pokoje, super snídaně, nádherný bazén, fitko a výhled. Na snídani umělkyně hrála na tradiční nástroj, každý den. 7-eleven přímo v budově, můžete jít v papučkách. Pozor, recepce na 20 podlaží. Booking nám dal zdarma odvoz z letiště k této rezervaci. Pěšky se dá dojít na vlak, přímo na letiště. Pěšky taky na Pratunam a dál pak na Central World. Kousek taky na lodičku po kanále až ke Wat Saket.
Největší error byla asi klimatizace. Jakože na nejnižší výkon to bylo jak spát ve větrném tunelu. Nebyla hlučná, ale strašně foukala, přímo na hlavu. Vyřešili jsme to tak, že jsme zadělali průduch ručníkem, ale dokážu si představit, že lze nějak regulovat směr vzduchu. Taky je to krásná budova celkem uprostřed ničeho, takže musíte cca 10 minut pěšky někam do civilizace a nejbližší je Pratunam, což není uplně super fancy místečko. Ale stačí skočit na motorku a jste všude za chvíli. Bazén je fakt krásný, ale obsluha byla nějaká dotěrná, pořád nám pán stál za prdelí. Nelze si vzít k vodě cokoliv jiného než hotelovou vodu (kterou si můžete vzít ve fitku), ale jinak nic.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026I loved the location, especially because it was within walking distance of Factory Coffee, one of the best coffee shops in Bangkok. The train station was also very close, making it easy to get around. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including all kinds of eggs, and they even offered sourdough bread, which was a thoughtful option for guests with gluten sensitivity. The room was very comfortable, had all types of power outlets, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, especially the Dyson hair dryer.
Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Clean and stylish hotel with comfortable design for my 3 day stay for a seminar here. Plenty of elevators but quite scary all are glass elevators if you are afraid of height. I love Dyson hair dryer. Breakfast and lunch is very good, not more or less. The staffs are wonderful and willing to help.
I broke one glass in the room, because the desk's drawer was stiff, the glass is a bit fragile and no one cleaning up the broken glass.
