Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Amazing staff. Pre-cooled our room ahead of arrival. Took our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Prepared play room for the kids with extra amenities and cultural activities. Great quiet location to the ancient town in walking distance. Very dog friendly.

Reviewed May 2, 2025Tan Alley Wuzhen Eco and Cultural Community is exactly what I wanted--and more! I wanted someplace to stay while I visited the Wuzhen scenic areas. Tan Alley is super convenient for that; it is only a few minutes walk from the West Scenic Area, and the East Scenic Area also is only a short walk away. Tan Alley is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Their staff were extremely accommodating; King was available by telephone all night; I had to message him for help in the evening, and he responded promptly. I would definitely stay at Tan Alley again if I return to Wuzhen!
