Place was great.. but too much noise from music

Todo fue excelente: la habitación, la limpieza y, sobre todo, el staff. Cada persona del hotel fue amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Realmente hicieron que mi estadía fuera especial. El único detalle a tener en cuenta es que se puede escuchar algo de ruido proveniente de la música exterior, pero considerando la ubicación del hotel en una zona tan animada, es algo completamente entendible. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme y lo recomiendo totalmente.

I was charged an additional $130 Dollars usd for bringing in a guest.And you are only allowed one guest. Really made my vacation lonely. David was great but i am never going there again.

El hotel es muy bonito, con excelente servicio. Sin embargo, el area alrededor de la propiedad es sumemnte insegura; mi pareja salio en la mañana a dar una caminata para ver la plaza que esta cerca y tomar cafe etc y por poco lo asaltan. Tuvo que regresar corriendo al hotel, muy mal rato.

The hotel it self is beutiful but the area has a great deal of prostitution and loud music until 4:00am. The level of prostitution is sad.

Excellent location , noise didn’t bother me like I read in the reviews , Front desk/reception staff excellent especially Charles and Alicia who very helpful with everything I asked for. The roof top is great! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff was on point. Very friendly, very fast service and very polite. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The one downfall was it’s very loud outside and you can hear it and I was on the seventh floor. Other than that, it was perfect.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.The location is perfect close to restaurants, bars etc. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. What really stood out was the level of care and hospitality. It truly felt like the team went above and beyond to make sure guests had a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin and will definitely stay here again on my next trip! I also want to give a special thank you to David, Edwin, Natalia, Daniel de la Barra.

Love this place. Staff were amazing, food was excellent and the room as well. The pool and bar were very relaxing and a big plus for our stay. We felt very safe and loved the location which is near by almost everything. I will definitely recommend.

The hotel was right in the center of all the excitement. The room was amazing and had a beautiful view of Medellín. The rooftop was relaxing with a breathtaking view. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. I can see myself coming back. A great experience overall!

El hotel es muy céntrico, ideal para viajar en pareja, a pocos minutos caminando de Provenza , cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y con un rooftop con una vista preciosa. Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas. El personal muy amable y siempre está pendiente de que uno esté cómodo. El desayuno delicioso a la carta con buenas porciones y hasta te ofrecen un desayuno para llevar si sales para el aeropuerto antes que esté disponible . Volvería sin dudarlo

Excelente Hotel

The hotel was amazing! The rooftop view is spectacular! We traveled with kids and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was super helpful and nice.

We loved this property. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well designed rooms with good amenities. There’s even a great jazz bar in the basement that we enjoyed. The location is in the hottest neighborhood of Medellín, especially for nightlife. Therefore, all the best restaurants of all price ranges are nearby. All the best shopping is also nearby. Metro to other parts of town is within walking distance and very easy to use. Given the location, it can get noisy at nights until early hours of the morning. However, that was a problem for us because we used the white noise on our phone at nights and it worked perfectly. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful wonderful time. Reception is Celine is exceptional and amazing. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to go back.

It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of the night life. The top floor has a really nice area with a small pool & jacuzzi (not hot water). Staff is bilingual and helpful Unfortunately I got a bad room. The ventilation system would only stay on for maybe 10 minutes and then shut off. The staff came to check and reset but it never worked correctly making it incredibly uncomfortable at night as it was very warm. They did offer me to change the room but it was already 9:30 at night and I was in bed. They should have offered earlier in the day when I first complained around 5 PM And the TV had issues the entire stay. They use Roku. The staff came to login and had to change out the system. It worked for a bit but the next morning it wasn't working again. The condition of the room is ok, not great. It looks like the bathroom hasn't been maintained and the large sliding wood door is very hard to open & close On my last stay I was on the 5th floor and the noise from the area wasn't too bad at night, but on the 3rd floor it was really bad. Thankfully I brought noise canceling earbuds otherwise I wouldn't have been able to rest until the parties outside stop around 4 AM I feel like they gave me a bad room, and although they did send staff several times to fix issues, they should have offered me a new room immediately when the air-conditioning wasn't working, not wait until 9:30 at night only after so asked for a reimbursement Finally they should be able to change effectivo 👎

Meine Familie und ich waren drei Nächte dort und kann nur weiter empfehlen. Ich war mit meine 19 jährige Tochter und zwei kleine Kinder. Service im Restaurant, Terrasse, Rezeption, Cleaning service war Hervorragend, immer sehr hilfreich bei alle Fragen wie Tourismus oder Hotel Infos. Auch geeignet für kleine Kinder. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und haben wir ein super service gekriegt, viele Alternativen zum Frühstück, 3 Getränke pro Person und auch Empfehlungen. Cocktails super lecker und auch immer gute Empfehlungen gekriegt.

El hotel Marquee es súper excelente, con atenciones de primera desde el primer momento. Está estratégicamente ubicado en el corazón de todo: rodeado de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, taxis y transporte público. Además, está muy cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas y de la mayoría de las paradas donde recogen los tours, lo cual es perfecto para quienes desean explorar la ciudad con guías. Quiero destacar al increíble equipo de trabajo: Julio, Edwin, Nata, José, Cilene y Sergio — todos fueron lo máximo, siempre atentos, amables y con un servicio impecable. El rooftop es un 10/10, con una vista hermosa y un ambiente perfecto para relajarse. El restaurante, que ofrece desayuno incluido, fue una de mis partes favoritas: delicioso, y con un personal que también merece un 10/10 por su atención. El bar es elegante, con una gran selección de bebidas y un ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda, recomiendo el Hotel Marquee y volvería a hospedarme allí sin pensarlo dos veces.
