We had a late check in and all the information was communicated to me and made everything very easy.

It's clean

Few spider webs up in the corners of the walls in the living area with big spiders on them so we disposed of them ourselves but might want to check around those areas periodically to make sure there isn’t an accrual of insects and/or cobwebs etc. but overall the room was really really nice and we loved it! We will definitely be back and the workers there were excellent! Will deff be back!

At the base of Marble Mtn ski area, perfect location if it’s ski season, has a gas station and Tim’s within 10 min walk, quick/easy access to highway, room was very clean, has bathroom, shower, kitchenette, table chairs, and Tv all in our room. We were in “off season” so wasn’t too busy, easy check in/out. Definitely stay here again!

Very well located and quiet

The room itself is great and very clean and comfortable however the shower does not work and the blind in the window is broken and cannot be opened.

Property was pretty much as expected. The kitchenette was a bit cramped, but had everything we needed. Found the ac quite strong when it came on, definitely felt the cold air, but was nice to have. Would have preferred an option to use a lighter comforter/blanket on the bed, as I found the bedding way too warm for me.

Fast and easy check in with security codes for entry emailed previous to check in. Comfortable beds. Small, but with the necessary amenities: mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Employees could be more welcoming. Convenient location a minute off the highway.

The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The bed was great and had no issues sleeping.

We recently stayed at Marble Villa and really enjoyed the convenience of being right on Marble Mountain. The location is perfect — just steps from the lifts in winter and surrounded by great hiking opportunities in the warmer months. Our suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The villa itself is quiet and peaceful. It’s a great choice for anyone wanting to experience Marble Mountain in comfort and convenience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The rooms.where clean there was a gas station just a minute away. Tim Hortons was also just a minute away. Just a few minutes drive from cornor brook. Reasonable price too.

The property was amazingly clean! And the surrounding area was beautiful to just walk around and explore! We actually did 5th birthday pictures of my son outside next to the villa

I really liked that it had a mini kitchenette area. It had self checkin which was very convenient. And nice and clean. Definitely would stay there again.

It was a nice clean area. The elevator didn't work, but that happens. Overall nice and comfortable.

Nice hotel at the foot of a skiing hill. Very private and quiet accommodation with kitchenette. Good value for the money. Water from the faucet was yellowish so we used bottled water for tea and coffee.

It’s sort of starting to run down and need updating. It seems like it was really nice in its day. The outside is really starting to look old and the bathrooms really need some work. I will say though, the room was spacious and the view absolutely amazing!

The location is great. The condo needs upgrades & new blinds. The view of the ski hills is great.

Not a nice experience.

The cleaning staff was wanting to clean my room even though I didn’t put out the “clean my room” door hanging tag. I would have preferred a “do not disturb” door sign. I had the door lock on and they tried multiple times to come in and were very annoying.

Good price

Lovely well appointed condo with all the amenities I needed. Three things are really important to me when travelling: cleanliness, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. This spot has all three well covered. I will definitely stay here again in future.

TV did not work, toilet flushing was an issue, basic blind on window, poor directions to site and limited services near location but I did like that it was extremely quite, great shower and great bed.

Room was everything we needed for a one night stay. Clean. Really comfortable bed. Staff went above and beyond. Great place to stay.

No front desk or front desk staff on weekends, which is when my boyfriend and I stayed here. Hotel has a very dated vibe to it, and is not as crisp and new as the photos suggest. Only one small towel was provided in our room which was booked for 2 adults and there was no staff on site to be found to ask for another one. Something about not having staff on site made our stay feel a little less secure. Overall, will not be recommending this hotel to anyone as it’s probably the least welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No personal touch whatsoever given there was no front desk.

The suite was very nice. Clean. Plenty of amenities. The fireplace was difficult to work out- took more of my time than I anticipated. The place was clean. Check in was convenient (all code based). The only issue I had was the vending machine. It kept $8 of my change. It also gave me an out of date twix. I did reach out to the hotel, but they didn’t respond. That said, I would return… just swerve the vending machine.

A great haven of rest to break up a long drive. Had everything we needed and a great view. Comfortable clean and well equipped. And a great price.

Ok to stay if you’re stuck for overnight stay

The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERY sound. The check-in text message provided a phone number and email for around the clock access to the manager on duty, however, I wasn’t able to reach anybody using either of these means. The amount of noise from other guests, the barking dogs downstairs, especially well after “quiet” hours was incredibly frustrating.

Self check in and out. Not much dining options. It’s part of resort. Room is nice with few amenities. No tea bag.

Quiet area, nice property and clean condo.

It was incredibly run down. The ceilings were stained due to old leeks. The stoves large burner knob was broken so we couldn’t use it. The air conditioner was working great and the location was great. A few repairs and it would be great!

Good stopover during summer while driving through. Good pricing, clean and comfortable.

Really nice place to stay. Excellent location. Very quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location and the small kitchenette worked great

Hallways and room were clean. We didn't cook but there was a hot plate, microwave,toaster, fridge, cutlery and sink for use. Bed was comfortable. It was difficult to find where to go to check in. Some signage would be helpful.

Room was not cleaned from prior guest- bed was unmade and wet towels were on the floor. As a single traveler this was scary as maybe someone was still in the condo. Staff reacted to remedy the situation as soon as notified and I was moved to another room, but overall, it put a damper on my stay.

Scenery was lovely

An enjoyable, quiet stay. So nice to have a kitchen and livingroom. Close to Corner Brook, and a lovely walk close by ended with Steady Brook Falls. Amazing!

The property was very clean. We had a pet-friendly room and there was no sign of previous pets staying there. No hair or mess around.

The room was a good size, comfortable but rather warm even though it was cool outside. We kept the windows open all night to help. Also, no fan in the bathroom which made it rather sticky after showers. Besides that, there was a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes. Just perfect.

No interactions with staff

Stayed at this property after a late night flight into the airport. We received after hours checkin details and all went smoothly. Room was simple, clean and convenient. The next day we enjoyed the waterfall hike behind the premises.

Everything was great, the room so fresh and clean and cozy, bed comfortable, so very quiet, staff was great. A very beautiful spot.

This is a great and inexpensive place to stay. We had a studio room with a kitchenette and table. Everything you need. We only spent a night as we’re travelling across the island. Great location for some hiking.
